One of my Games of the Year, went in with fairly average expectations but the game has really impressed me. The sound and graphics design warrant special mention. The gameplay at some points actually reminds me of a stripped down version of Spider-Man!

The story has got me too.

@Feffster For me it was actually worse, and I didn't like High on Life.

It's excellent, 2nd only to Slay the Spire for me. For the people who say 'go buy a pack of cards' it's evident you haven't understood the game at all.

The presenters absolutely ruined it for me, they were awful.

Already own it on Steam but it's seriously a fantastic game.

Game pass version is yet again inferior to the Steam one - as it has no DLSS support at all. Hope they patch it in as UE5 games need all the help they can get.

The same. One of those it said was free was an upgrade to Assassins Creed Odyssey as I already owned the standard edition... though I actually own the gold edition so it's already upgraded! One was DLC for UFC. No idea what the other one was.

Loving this so far.

Publishers should establish a system where they dispose of the top two scores and the lowest two to obtain their metacritic score. That should sort it for everyone.

I'm playing the game now and really enjoying it but can see why some people wouldn't.

FPS Boost or patch please - 30fps for this gave me headaches.

Managed to pick it up for £37 on Steam, really enjoyed the demo. Great to see it's reviewing well

The best I have is a boxed and sealed 3DS game, Shin Megami Tensei Strange Journey Redux - £91 voucher at the moment. Also have Person's Q2 in same condition that's worth £76 voucher.

Played on PC, loved it after I'd sorted out the inconsistent frame rate (disable windows full screen optimization in properties).

@AccessibleDaydream They can - video and basic games. Technically PS5 even has a game that runs at 8k 60 FPS (The Touryst).

@IOI agreed, also hate the fact that the first time I opened the app there were so many prompts for me to buy the battle pass.

Patch still not out on the Gamepass version though.

Sad the Gamepass thing never happened - tempted to buy this!

Very happy with what we've seen. Not bothered about the protagonists gender, race, age - create a character would be nice but it's not a game changer.

Playing the PC version and think it looks amazing for the most part.

This generation started off so well with the backwards compatibility and FPS boost initiative. Game Pass was flying too. Now Microsoft have again reverted to type, they destroyed Arkane Austin by forcing them to make Redfall, now they've also closed the studios too.

From screenshots the only thing it appears to do is soften the shadows. Not worth the hit. I'll briefly check it on PC but I think I'll be playing with it off, good for screenshots though.

Looking forward to playing this again - not played it for many months as I got a bit bored in the end game.

I've had good experiences with the streaming though last few times I've gone to use it the queuing times have been too long.

Been playing this for the last hour, it's really good, seems to have a lot of replayability too.

Need to renew mine but need to find the best price.

Playing on PC, you can tell it's early access but have had a fun time playing it. Will be even better once the latest update is approved by Microsoft.

I'm excited for this! Really hope they do a good job.

@IronMike I'd wait, the English language files are not physically present in this current download. Laughable I know!

@IronMike Everyone is having the issue on PC - it's made worse by Ubisoft locking languages behind different regions. I assume this will be fixed soon.

Used it twice I think, no issues either time. Sony on the other hand are awful.

If he was in any way responsible for the latest Forza then this promotion baffles me - then again falling upwards is fairly common in the higher levels of the corporate sector.

Sick to death of stick drift issues on official Xbox controllers - fortunately the one I am currently using is licenced (also wired only) - GameSir G7se - I highly recommend to anybody else fed up with the crappy official ones.

I'm just waiting for them to include AI that wouldn't be ashamed to have been in an 8 bit game.

@Bartig this, the AI is shocking once you've overtaken them. I once finished a race from the front having severely damaged my car - I just continued driving at 10kph leading a procession of cars driving right behind me as if I were the safety car in F1!

Some new 60fps patches for things like Spyro would be welcomed

That's IGN and GameSpot no longer getting review code then.

Hall effect sensor is my most wanted - sick to death of my controllers all getting stick drift (Sony ones are just as bad).

My first thoughts were No Man's Skyrim, combat looked fun, just hope they can minimise the bugs. With the combat I want 60fps, I'm happy to take an (optional) graphics hit to achieve it.

Now just want Strikers to be ported over.

FPS Boost was one of the big wins Xbox had, just wish they were still doing it.

Tempting to buy another 1tb one just for Flight SIM

I couldn't hack the framerate either will download it again after a patch or two.
