New Switch would be $499, probably. $700 could be a preview of what to expect with the next Xbox and PlayStation.

Look, Concord took 8 years on the making. State of Decay 3 is on the way to be a real game, it takes time.

@armondo36 No, they have been focused on 3, off course. The last SoD2 updates came from an auxiliary studio: Wushu.

They just are moving some last resources to the next installment. We don't know what kind of resources are those, and we don't know in which phase of development they are.

It’s just the current strategy. They release “incomplete” games, then when players numbers decline, they drop an update, and everyone is talking about your game again.

That Galaxy Black is so sexy. I love those starry themes, like the purple galaxy 3DS. There's a starry theme in PS Vita I have in my home, as well.

Tainted Grail: The Fall Of Avalon? Cool, the board game is great and I've heard good things about the videogame.

I think it's important this minimum level of transparency and communication. Specially in current times of commotion in Xbox.

Users have been mentally setted to value console units sold and exclusives as the only and successful way to operate in this business. It has been a lot of years and propaganda to accept that culture, and that's rapidly changing.

My current Series X is working without problem and I don't see myself upgrading in the next years.

@Raw_Dawg don’t get me wrong, I love Stardew Valley. What I’m seeing in these two titles is generic mobile art direction, cheap assets, and lack of unique or differentiating elements.

Not the quality I expect. And I'm not talking about AA/AAA, there are high quality indies, these look like mobile games.

Bought FH4 Ultimate, and Samurai Shodown (plus its season passes).

I discovered it recently, and I was very delighted about how faithful and cool it is. I hope the maker finish it.

@AtlanteanMan on point. And these are the same reasons why retrogaming is resurfacing. The simplicity, certainty, and feeling that you are in control again as player and as a hobbyist.

I can't see a big leap in technology in the console market. Yeah, we will have more teraflops, like upgrading your PC, but nothing substantial.

It has been hard to sell Series X|S, and it would be even harder to move people to a new hardware. I don't know if this 'generation' is ending soon, but a portable Xbox seems possible as a new alternative to access Microsoft services.

It has great visuals and the gameplay sounds good, I'm very curious about this one.

Well, we are in the second half of the generation, so the curve is going down.

Leaving Switch aside, a generation very solid in terms of online services, and expanding audiences, but lacking a sense of identity and posterity.
