@themightyant Sony says "For The Players", you say "Luxury" Believe you me, I do not like sony at all, but I am kind'a leaning towards "for the players" motto.
Windows based new Xbox with steam support sounds great (to me) if priced affordable. I am ready to buy upcoming xbox instead of an overpriced graphics card.
If Dear Mr. Phil Spencer comes up with a stronger flagship console, I'll be more than happy to buy next xbox, instead of PS6.
My funds ready.
I hope it turns out to be better, both on hardware and software wise.
...
I was preffered the very first xbox instead of PS2, years and years ago. I always been happy with it.
I am not interested in any type of hendheld, but can not wait for next beefy flagship xbox.
I am hoping that (especially software wise) it is going to be better console, unlike to xbox series x.
I played (both) on Xbox One S and PC, who knows how many hundreds of hours. Probably I almost fully consumed it. There is no reason for me to re-install it and spend more time.
Dear friend @Nintendo4Sonic Colsoles, with and without disk drive, must co-exist. For now, it is the only way we can be sure that "sony & microbe-soft" duo won't be able to abuse gamers of this world. We (all end users) are eternal friends, regardsless the type of games we prefer...
Dear my friend @Nintendo4Sonic I am also happy that world does not spin around me. I am only a mere one, among the hundreds of millions of gamers in our world. I am not saying (as I never did) physical copy of games must die. I got close to 90-95 box / disc games of Xbox and Xbox 360 But it if we include the counting PS3, PS4, PC disk games, they are close to 200 (not to mention hundreds of DVD and Blue Ray Disk Movies). My shelves are not only filled with science, scienfiction and fantasy books, but also with physical games. I respect and support the physical media games (despite the fact that I have no more additional room for new games in my house) because, I fear that sony/microbe-soft duo, may abuse gamers via the absence of the physical media. But, I am sick and tired of paying 100 $ more for the disk drive on each new console. By the way (as you know) gamers of our world lost their purchasing power. We need, more affordable, lighter, less electricity consuming, less heating, less space accupying consoles and personal computers.
We need (both hardware and software wise) powerful flagship console. 1 - It must have (both) with and without diskdrive models 2 - Adequate ssd size 3 - Reasonable price 4 - No bandatory (and seperate) subscription for online play 5 - 100% Backwards compability to all previous xbox games, along with pc games.
I stated that back in 2017 and I'll repeat again (hopefully one last time):
GAMING WORLD NEEDS CORRECT WAY OF REWARDING AND INCENTIVES.
GAMERS WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO PLAY & COMPELETE GAMES, IN CASE "SONY/VALVE/MICROSOFT" TRIO IMPLEMENTS RIGHTFUL REWARDING MECHANISMS.
ACHIEVEMENTS MUST BE CONVERTIBLE TO REAL PURCHASING POWER, WHICH CAN BE USED FOR REFUND OR BUYING OTHER GAMES.
I bought my first Xbox, instead of PS2, because it was superior hardware wise and it delivered. I still keep it and never gonna sell it. I bought Xbox 360 Halo Reach Limited Edition, not just because it's GPU was stronger than PS3's, but also games were lovely. I bought Xbox One S because it was affordable and natively supported 4K BlueRay Movies. I was going to but Xbox Series X but I was waiting for disk driveless model which never release in time. So, I am waiting for next gen flagship xbox console. I am hoping that it is going to have better hardware components than PS6. I'll gladly consider to buy it, in case it (hardware wise) it is superior and diskless model is 100 $ cheaper.
Indie games where all the creative ideas implemented to modern gaming world. Microbe-soft and sony should focus on independent game developers. Sinking fortunes to each & every AAA project are not sustainable.

Dear @Isolte Ok. I platiniumed both "Nioh 1" and "Nioh 2" Therefore, please feel free to advise if you need any assistance and/ or companion. I can re-install them and help you. Both great games...
Dear @Isolte Thank you my friend. Grim Dawn is so much fun. Especially in these winter days By the way, "Nioh 2" nothing but pure joy. It is all about progressing step by step (without rushing) and making our warrior stronger and stronger, along with our guardian spirits (thanks to amazing soul cores). By the way, which skill did you chose for your character?
Despite the fact that I have PS+ (essential) subscription until December 2030, I am so happy that I did not waste any money for "PS5" or "PS5 Pro"... Maybe I'll consider PS6 after it is released. Until than, I'll continue to reduce my backlog on Xbox One S, PS4 and PC. No need to rush.
Dear friend @Rog-X souls games are already on xbox. Therefore, it won't " a legendary surprise" if it turns out to be some new souls game. There is nothing surprise about it... (By the way, what is wrong with souls games, for you anyway?)
The reasons why I had to give up the idea of buying xbox series x are
1 - Not enough storage

I would have (gladly) buy some xbox series x version without disk driver and with at least 2 TB ssd.
But it is too late since 2024. I'll have a look at next generation consol options.

It is kind'a too late, I guess. Cause my hype is already died around last year... Sorry... But I'll be very happy to hear it is (turns out to be) a good game. There are always place for good games in our world.
Unfortunately, I am playing Code Vein with a constant agony.
Only 2 more achievements left for platinium.
I did not know that this game is so bad and boring.
Unfortunately I am on NG+5 because game has a despicable glich that does not give you "good ending" trophy on NG+1
I had to unlock the "Dweller in the Dark" tropy on NG+4
Probably, this is the worst game I experienced since Mid-90's.
I will get the remaining trophies and start to enjoying my life again. Fingers crossed...
