Really solid lineup. Watch Dogs 2 is fun. This also gives me a reason to finally try a Moto GP game and Inside. And as others have mentioned, As Dusk Falls is getting great reviews so I’m sure I’ll give that a go soon as well.

Might pick up the Borderlands Legendary Collection for $20. I have some Microsoft rewards points so I could get it for under $10. I bought it on the Switch then a month later ended up snagging a Series X, wish I didn’t get it for the Switch now as I’d much rather play the titles at 4K 60fps lol.

I tried to get into Sea of Thieves a few times and just couldn’t. I know it’s a good game but it’s just not for me. My vote went to Assassins Creed IV.

Glad to see it turned out well. I’ll wait til it’s on a sale since I have a lot to play at the moment plus it’s digital-only here in the States. Looking forward to getting around to it as I’ve never played these games but heard good things!

I bought 3, 4, 5, and Primal on sale a couple months back as I have friends that recommended them. I’m looking forward to giving them a go and based on the results of the poll, they seems to be some of the best.

That Fall Guys costume is sweet. Definitely snagging that tonight.

I usually don’t care much for EA’s showings but I do want to see what the new NFS and Skate look like. Hopefully this report is true!

Busy this week but the time I do have to game will mainly be Fall Guys on Series X and Yoshi’s Crafted World on Switch.

The original 2 titles are on Steam. I’d consider getting them later during a sale as I’ve never tried the series before but heard good things. Hope the third gets localized to the west, I love my Switch but I prefer most of my multiplatform titles on PC or XBOX.

I’m excited for Fall Guys, TNMT Shredder’s Revenge, and FIFA 22. Also just downloaded Tetris Effect… and that’s all only on my XBOX! I have more than enough to play for a while.

Unfortunately I’ve been so busy that I’ve had little to no free time the past week and a half. I’ll try to give it a go this Sunday. Glad to hear everyone is enjoying it and it seems like it’s a great time!

Sweet. I used to play FIFA a lot back in the day. I bought FIFA 22 on my Switch so I had a game to play with my friend who moved across the country (don’t worry, I did not pay full price for it lol). But yeah, I would like to play the actual FIFA 22 and not the Legacy Edition stuff. Glad it’s finally coming even if it was inevitable.

Glad to see it. Brings competition and will probably push Microsoft to make GamePass a better deal than it already is going forward. That might be why they were pushing it so hard in the Showcase.

Eh, it was decent. It felt way longer than it needed to be. Forza and Starfield looked great, though.

It would be an amazing surprise but I’m not expecting it at all. If anything I think there will just be a teaser for FF7 Part 2 for PS5 and maybe PC if we’re lucky.

Obviously I hope I’m wrong, though. I’d love to see the remakes come to XBOX.

Good stuff but actions speak louder than words lol. I know the acquisition is technically not complete yet but I’m excited to see Crash, Spyro, Tony Hawk, CoD, and more on GamePass!

Eh, hope it comes to GamePass. Otherwise I’ll just wait for it to go down to $50 or under. That aside, the game trailer seemed alright. Hoping the campaign is fun and they bring back a few maps from the original MW2.

Gotta hand it to them, they are definitely listening to fans. This, Mr. Neutron, and the lower price you can find it for now might make me finally purchase it.

My prediction is I’ll be sad that XBOX will still never acknowledge Banjo or Conker.

I’m not expecting it but it would be a welcome surprise. I haven’t played it yet and even though I have PS4 Pro, I’d much prefer to play it with an XBOX controller with the much improved performance on my Series X.

Sweet, I was going to give Pac-Man Museum a spin anyways. Given the punchcard works properly I’ll do it when I get home Thursday night.

The only thing I’d want from a new XBOX controller would be gyro-controls but that probably won’t happen this generation.

I haven’t been keeping up with my gamepass news so I had no idea that Pac-Man Museum was coming to the service. Will give it a download as I love the classic arcade games!

I should give game streaming a go on my Series X just to see what it’s like. That said, I don’t mind this existing. Nice option given the cloud gaming experience performs well.

I’m still having a lot of fun playing this with my friends and this new season and cross-play looks awesome. It’s worth trying if you haven’t played it before. I’d ignore all the “old” and “dead” game comments about the game if it interests you. Lot of fun.

Yup, definitely agree they need to have a banger of a showcase now. I got the Series X over the PS5 for now since I already have a PS4 Pro. But if they don’t reveal anything cool for this year during the Showcase… I’ll be very disappointed. First world problems, I know lol.

Was a disaster all Friday night for me, shame as it was the only night I had to myself in a while and it was pouring out, so i really wanted to play some Forza Horizon. I only have the Series X (Microsoft-wise) and it’s set as my home XBOX. Still couldn’t play any digital game I hd downloaded regardless if it was gamepass or owned.

Microsoft really needs to fix this mess. I don’t want to be locked out of my games because of a technical/server issue on their end.

Yeah, not being able to play last night was a huge bummer. It was one of the only nights I had to myself in a long time, couldn’t even go outside for a night walk or anything cause it was pouring rain. Would have loved it if I could have just played some Forza, Halo, CoD, or something but I couldn't launch anything.

If I have nothing going on, then I’ll definitely watch it live. Given it’s on a Sunday, chances are I should be able to.

@K1LLEGAL This might sound silly but if you have gamepass you have access to a ton of sports titles that have insane visuals at 60-120fps. NBA 2K22 was recently added due to the playoffs beginning a couple weeks ago and it’s a beautiful game in 4K HDR. Obviously sports titles aren’t everyone’s cup of tea but if you just want to see how good a game could look, NBA, FIFA, and a few others are fantastic option imo.

Believe it or not I actually really enjoyed CoD Vanguard... but that may just be since it was the first CoD I've bought and played in a long time.

That said, I know the general consensus online is that the game was underwhelming so I'm happy to see the company actually acknowledge that and blame their higher-ups and lead designers (at least it seems). Activision/Blizzard has a lot of other concerns at the moment though lol.

I’m very satisfied. Yoku is a game I’ve been itching to play and just haven’t gotten around to playing yet. I never played Hydro Thunder but I keep hearing great things about it in the comment sections so I’m now pretty excited to try that out. And Viva Piñata Party Animals is a neat little party game to have in case I have some buddies over and we want to try something new.

Yoku’s Island Adventure has been in my bucket list of games to play. Pretty excited for it!

The big game I want to see is the Forza MotorSport reboot. I’d also love to see Perfect Dark and Everwild if they’re ready to be shown. Maybe a surprise Gears 6 reveal as well. I’m not as big into Halo multiplayer but I’m sure we’ll see a lot of that.

If we’re talking more unrealistic hopes then give me any new Banjo-Kazooie. Whether that’s a true Banjo 3, reboot, remake of the original, or even Nuts & Bolts 2 (I’m very desperate lol). Another Conker would be awesome too.

I’d also love to see a new IP, preferably something more lighthearted instead of another shooter.

Cool. I’ve been playing the Switch version I bought last fall but since I got my Series X about 4 weeks ago I kinda wanted to play it on that. Good to know I can now without paying extra!

Timing makes sense and it would be fun to play the newest FIFA on my new console.

Definitely a slow month but as someone who games on all platforms, this is actually kind of nice to have a month with no big game I want to buy or get invested in. Got a lot of other games I want to finish playing through so a catch-up month is nice

Down the road I’d love to get a Samsung QLED (7, 8, or 9 series) or an LG OLED. For the time being, my 2018 TCL 6-Series is holding up great. High peak brightness, wide-color gamut, and Dolby Vision make all my games look great, regardless if it’s 4K and/or HDR content. Minor issues aside I’ve loved using it over the past 3+ years.

Cool. Kind of weird that they’re still updating MotorSport 7 despite it being delisted last year due to expired licensing but hey, I’ll take it lol.

Got mine about 3 weeks ago. Having a lot of fun with it and I’m glad to hear it’s doing well despite the chip-shortage. Looking forward to more game reveals

Yup. I have quite a lot of games I’ve never played that I’ve purchased between XBOX, PS4, Switch, and PC.

The good news is that I’ve been on a buying freeze and finishing quite a lot of titles recently. Just got done Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Legends Arceus this past weekend, and it seems like I’m close to halfway done Forza Horizon 5!

My dog woke me up a bit early to go to the bathroom so I was scrolling through some sights and found it around 6am. Snagged a copy for my new Series X… stoked to play through this once I’m done playing Forza Horizon 5. Heard it runs really well on the Series X!

I didn’t even know Hyper Scape was a game that existed. Lol.

Guardians of the Galaxy for me

Really hoping there is a strong single-player element to this game. It looked like such a cool world and has the potential to have a really cool story and exploration around it. Playing co-op campaign games with any more than one other person usually really hinders the story and atmosphere of these type of games for me.

I only played a couple of them back in the day but I remember really loving Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga. Maybe one of these days I’ll pick up one of the Marvel or DC titles as I continue to hear good things about them.
