Earlier this week, we had a bunch of Pure Xbox members telling us that they'd suddenly lost their weekly streaks for Microsoft Rewards, and that problem has been widespread - the vast majority of users have been affected by the issue.
The latest update is that the team is aware of it, and it's currently being investigated:
Unfortunately, we've seen a lot of people "losing" over 100 weeks' worth of progress towards their weekly streaks, so we're hoping the Microsoft Rewards team can find a way to reset everyone back to where they should be.
