Re: Switch 2 Feature Reminds People Of The Disastrous Xbox One Launch

Tasuki

@BacklogBrad That was part of the reason the other part was the name calling it a Wii U made people think it was an accessory for the Wii. So you had parents buying Wii U games with kids that owned Wiis and stuff like that. You are going to have the same thing with people and Switch and Switch 2.

Re: Lots Of Activision Blizzard Games Aren't On Xbox Game Pass Yet, But Why?

Tasuki

As for the Call of Duty series I can see why they haven't been added to Gamepass yet. It's probably due to the fact that multiplayer on the older CoD games is a complete mess with hackers and modders some of them quite nasty too where they can access private information. They would need to severally fix them so it doesn't open them up to problems like law suits and the like and quite frankly they don't have the time to go back and fix older CoDs.

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (March 29-30)

Avowed (Series X) Got to Emerald Stair and started exploring this region. Recently started using a spellbook and pistol.

WWE 2K24 (Series X) Continuing with GM Mode, we just had our second PPV and I am still in the lead with WCW.

Heroes of Might and Magic III (PC) I got the itch to play this game again so I started a new campaign.

Breath of Fire (Switch) Been awhile since I played this one. It's one of my favorite RPGs on the SNES.

Re: Opinion: It's Been A Quiet March, But Next Month Looks Awesome For Xbox Game Pass

Tasuki

@themightyant LOL that's probably why I start so many games and never finish them. After awhile I just get so overwhelmed with the side quests and the main story and then I look and go crap I have been playing this game for six months and I have this huge backlog. But then I try to skip some stuff but then my OCD kicks in and I feel that if I skip that I will miss something really cool or special.

Re: Opinion: It's Been A Quiet March, But Next Month Looks Awesome For Xbox Game Pass

Tasuki

@themightyant I have a friend like that lol. I tried playing WoW with him and I just couldn't. His thing is though he runs through a game like that then gets to a point where he's not geared right or too low leveled and stops playing the game cause it sucks lol. He doesn't have that problem nowadays with games as much as he did years ago. That play style just leaves me thinking well, if you leveled up and get better gear.....

Re: Opinion: It's Been A Quiet March, But Next Month Looks Awesome For Xbox Game Pass

Tasuki

@jesse_dylan @Master_Cthulhu70 Yeah I just hit Emerald Stair myself and already I am thinking of what I am going to do for another playthrough lol. I too pretty much explore everywhere for me that fun. I want to see everything this world has to offer. I have also made it a point to craft as well which is why my weapons are currently as high as they can go right now. I just started finding the next craft materials I need to further up my weapons.

Re: World Of Warcraft Plays Surprisingly Well On Xbox Thanks To GeForce Now

Tasuki

@Ilyn All add ons do is create a toxic community. It causes the elitists to bully, and harass players who don't use them which is one reason I don't raid in PUGs anymore. It splits the player base. As I said I have been raiding for years now with my guild and never used an add on, as long as you pay attention you are good. Add ons are just and excuse for elitists to act high and mighty and treat other people like *****. They forget the objective of the game is to have fun, meet with people and explore a world. Not be the quickest to down a raid or the fastest, it's not a competition, you want something like that go play go a sport or something not an MMO.

Re: Bethesda Reveals PS5 Release Date For Indiana Jones And The Great Circle

Tasuki

@jFug It's basically Fallout/ Skyrim with an Indiana Jones skin, which is not a bad thing. It's one of the best games that came out last year especially if your a fan of the movies. I will warn you it's not a FPS by any means. Yeah you can use guns but you gotta remember that's not Indy's style so going around shooting everything will make it hard for you.

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (March 22-23)

Tasuki

Avowed (Series X) Finished up with Dawnshore and now heading to the next area. Currently level 9

WWE 2K24 (Series X) Doing some GM Mode against my son and two computers. We just had our first PPV and I am currently on top with WCW.

That's probably it for me this weekend. Whatever it is your playing I hope you have a good one!!!

Re: Talking Point: Is It Too Early To Release A New Xbox Console In 2027?

Tasuki

It depends on what direction they go. With their support for cloud gaming and play anywhere they really don't need to rush out a new console, especially if the rumors are true about this handheld console. I honestly don't need a new Xbox console right now, there is still plenty of stuff for me to play on the Series X.

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (March 15-16)

Tasuki

Avowed (Series X) I am just about to wrap up Dawnshore. I have a few areas to explore and the main quest line to finish.

WWE 2K24 (Series X) Started up a GM Mode against my son. I am currently Eric Bischoff running WCW and he Teddy Long running ECW. We also threw in a couple of computers just to spice things up a bit.

World of Warcraft Classic Anniversary (PC) Still playing this one mostly just been building up my crafting lately.

Re: Random: 20 Years Later, The Xbox 360 Is Still Finding New Fans In 2025

Tasuki

My son and I still have his R2-D2 model Xbox 360 which has The Simpson's Arcade on it I just dont have it hooked up right now.

The 360 was an awesome system and for me was the first console that marked modern gaming. It was the first console that I connected to the internet and downloaded games for it.
Granted I had a PC before that and did download games on that but it just was different with a home console. It was the first console I played multiplayer matches on, mostly LOTR Conquest lol. It was also the first console my son and I shared.

Its still one of my favorite console.

Re: Report: Xbox Handheld For 2025 Being Made By ASUS, Will Feature Console-Like Interface

Tasuki

I am not a big handheld person myself, I barely even play my Switch that way, usually playing it docked or if I cant setting it up on a table or something.

I had a Gameboy growing up and the only time I played it was on outtings like a vacation or a trip to Grandma's house. I also had a DS which I only got for the Castlevania games, and a 3DS which again I got for a handfull of exclusives.

If I have my option to play a game on a handheld device or a console/PC I am going to play it that way first. So I will probably pass on a Microsoft handheld. Great for those who prefer that style of playing or have no other way to play games.

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (March 8-9)

Tasuki

More of the same for me this weekend.

Avowed (Series X) Really enjoying this game alot, I find it relaxing just exploring and doing the quests. Still doing side quests around Paradis before moving onto the main story. I believe I am level 7 right now. Really enjoying the combat and just learning about the world.

World of Warcraft Anniversary Classic (PC) Going to try and do a few dungeons tonight Wailing Caverns to be precise and maybe Shadowfang Keep OG. Been years since I have done either of them so it's going to be fun to see what I remember.

Sims 2 (PC) Mainly dinking around with this game but then again isn't that what Sims are all about.

I also would like to get back into Indiana Jones if I have time this weekend but we will see if I have time.
