I’ve been debating buying Sacred 2 for a while so I won’t complain to that

This is my most anticipated game. I’ve been looking forward to it since its announcement.

Horizon Forbidden West will be soaking up the next 30+ hours of my gaming life

I absolutely love Quick Resume and get irritated when games don’t have it. It could use a bit of tweaking because it doesn’t always work properly, but overall it’s great.

Colin was saying on Sacred Symbols that he believes Platinum is in trouble and that we’d be seeing the effects in the next few years. This kind of talk makes me think he’s right. I’m a huge Platinum fan so if habits the case hopefully someone picks them up.

@GuyinPA75 that one would be one of the few games I’d be willing to play online again. I’m not much of a multiplayer guy, but like you said, that game was such a great balance of many aspects that make it so fun. There’s many games where it’s if you have the best gear you’ll likely win, but that game always felt more about the skill than anything else. I would absolutely pick it up if Microsoft brought it back.
I also felt it was a truly unique game, not just for the time, but even modern days I haven’t played anything like it.

@Would_you_kindly they did a few fairly well known games in the 360/PS3 era like, Heavenly Sword (which I believe Hellblade is a spiritual successor of), DMC and the absolutely fantastic Enslaved Odyssey to the West. They’re not the most well known. Though I have to stand corrected, I just looked it up and they were considered an indie AAA studio prior to the buyout.

@Would_you_kindly Technically, I don’t think it was because it’s a Ninja Theory game, but the size of the dev team was absurdly small, so it might as well have been.

This is easily my most anticipated game. I can’t wait at all.

@isturbo1984 it certainly seems that way. I’m a few hours into Nobody Saves the World and it’s absolutely fantastic, I haven’t even had a single hiccup of any sort.

@abe_hikura I’m in that exact same boat! I’ve been eyeing it for a while but was waiting for a price drop or sale. I saw it was coming to GP and added it once I knew I could.

I’d watch a full length movie of that! I was really hoping it’d end with the camera panning up like it did and then a little girls voice says, “Look Mr B an angel.”

@Microbius I agree completely. So many people are complaining, but I really don’t see it as that big of a deal, is it accurate to the show? No. It doesn’t bother me though. My coworker was fuming about it. I told him to go play the game if it matters that much.

Maybe Sony will have an exclusive FPS again. I do wish both companies would slow down some though (especially MS), we don’t need every developer under an umbrella. Though if it’s between Sony/MS and Tencent, I’ll take Sony or MS.

Just in time for my son’s birthday

I jumped into Guardians of the Galaxy, which I’m really enjoying. The character interactions are some of the best in a game I’ve seen. Plus, there’s a hilarious Easter egg if you try to shoot your guns in populated areas.

Hogwarts Legacy, Dying Light 2, Starfield, Lego Star Wars, but most of all (not likely 2022 and no release date, but a guy can dream) Hellblade 2!

@Alduin Dying Light is a fantastic game. It was well worth the full price let alone free with points. It’s far better than Dead Island was, so I don’t think you’ll be disappointed if you grab it.

Finished everything I can do in Halo Infinite, so it’s probably back to Guardians of the Galaxy or Death Stranding.

@BlueOcean the first one is a better game than most people give it credit for. III started the decline, but Black Glag truly lost me.

I got the invite and already have one so I passed, I considered getting it for my friend to give to his son, but I know it’d end up being more than he is looking to pay.

God forbid a woman tries to have fun and unwind in a way she enjoys. I would love for companies to start permanently banning abusive people like this.

@RedShirtRod my biggest problem with it was that it was a good game, but a terrible AC game. I felt they decided that they had something good with the naval combat of the third game, so they had to make an entire game based around it. If it was a separate IP based on pirates I think I would have enjoyed it more, but the game felt like a Frankenstein’s Monster of
a game where none of its parts came together well enough for me.

My favorite I encountered was, “You better leave me alone or I’m going to find someone who’s bigger than you and … so yeah!”

I swear I’m the only person who hated Black Flag

February is such a ridiculously stacked month at this point. Crossfire, Horizon Forbidden West, Life Is Strange, Dying Light 2, Elden Ring, and Destiny 2: The Witch Queen. People’s wallets will be hurting. As intrigued as I am by this, especially after the Black comparison, I won’t be touching this with Horizon and Dying Light 2 around the same time.

@UltimateOtaku91 as of right now, it is not announced that it’s coming to Game Pass, I wouldn’t be surprised if it did down the road though.

@Spaceman-Spiff Unfortunately, mine already has been. He’s obsessed with the Lego games and the Toy Story 3 game (which is, admittedly, great). I’d buy him a SS if my wife wouldn’t kill me just so I can have my SX back. Though part of me is a proud gamer dad watching him develop his gaming skills.

@Krzzystuff The Gunk looks great, I’m really looking forward to playing it. If I remember right it’s by the same devs that did the Steampunk games and I loved those!

My son will be so excited for Paw Patrol. I almost bought him it on Switch, glad I didn’t.

HALO!!!!!!!!!! That is all.

I’ve sunk in about 8 hours already because I took today off of work. I’ve barely touched the story, but the gameplay is the best Halo has ever felt. I’ve cleared everything I can so far and I’ve barely jumped in vehicles because I have been having so much fun with the grappleshot. As far as gameplay goes it’s a 10/10, for me. I’ll have to get further into the story before I can really judge that, which to me was the worst part of 5, so I’m hoping 343 proves themselves on the story end.

That’s not too bad at all. I’ll try to download it as soon as I can. Once the kids are in bed I’ll be playing all night. Tomorrow is my birthday, so because of Halo, I took it off of work for the first time ever. Elite 2 is charged, headset is charged, beer is cold, I'm ready to go!

Luckily, with its size it’s not the end of the world.

I’ve been playing Wonderful 101 on Switch, I’ve been really enjoying it.

Like I said on PushSquare if I didn’t already have a few games I’m playing through and Halo just a few days away I’d be picking this up, the gameplay looks fantastic. Also, since I just finished the book Cytonic I really want to play a space game that makes me feel like Spensa!
