Wonder if there's gonna be an interval review at the CMA with people's relationship with Jimbo as they are looking bad with their decision here. Clearly looking at protecting the market leaders position based on the market leaders word. Definitely no due diligence done before making their statements.

Started Bloodroots, really fun fast paced game. Wanna play Sable and Echo Generations as well....will see if i can get them all done. Been on my play later for a long time now

@Snake_V5 I'm still torn on the CoD exclusivity. Warzone will stay multiplat for sure as it's a F2P game but i think they will gather data for a few years first to see how it being in gamepass AND being sold at full price on PlayStation affects the player base. If the revenue from Sony takes a nosedive then yeah they can pull it, if it's a healthy chunk of cash and gamepass subscriptions grow maybe keep on both.

Gonna try it out this week with the boys. It. Looks like a good time.

Lol gotta say it's actually disappointing with the lack of speed. Was hoping to play it with kids but it's even slower than racing with Ryan, i don't see them enjoying this. It's for toddlers I'm guessing? I'll give it a go n see how they like it but not expecting much.

If nothing else it's just great to see people in such high positions just enjoy gaming like the rest of us.

Platinium games really wants anyone to give them a lifeline as they are about to disappear aren't they? They made Babylon fall didn't they? I would just leave these guys alone, they scammed you once and are making trash today...why would you work with them?

@Clankylad giving concessions would be an acceptance of guilt kinda. They don't think there's anything wrong with the deal or their offering and they would have been ready to go to court before they announced the intent to buy. I don't see this going to court so they will pass it after phase 2 likely with some sort of small concession. Likely throwing Sony under the buss as they explain to the CMA what's actually happening in the industry. Would be hilarious if there's an investigation into Sony afterwards, won't happen but would be great to see.

Also reminder that the exclusive paid for beta for CoD starts soon on playstation....

@FraserG this is awesome. I loved all the walking dead games so now I'll get to finish up the story. Looking forward to this one.

So i understand now why it doesn't have multiplayer but it's still disappointing. I'll likely go through the campaign once and that's all she wrote. If it had MP i would have played it with buddies to see how it goes. Ah well, was excited, got disappointed, will give it a go and hopefully enjoy it.

So it's looking like no online PvP for Xbox??? Just on switch? That's a shame. One n done now for me. Was looking forward to playing with my buddies online.

I have such fond memories of this game but I'm really scared to ruin my nostalgic memories buy looking at those graphics today. I really want to play it....but I'm kinda scared. But proximity mine multiplayer.... that's a lot of fun

@Sol4ris he might not be there for the long term and could be happy with his role. Wasn't he retired and came back to help out? I don't think he's looking for a looking for a leadership role.

@Royalblues a campaign as a grunt would be great. They are funny so I'd play some sort of Uggony liberation campaign.

As for infinite at this point i think they will need to give the first camping dlc for free as the game was clearly shipped light and i can't see them actually expecting people to pay for it in a year.

This is a fun game and my oldest absolutely loves it. I have to help out with the quests sometimes so I'm down with more modes.

This is absolutely hilarious on so many levels. Willing to block anything from other consoles but cries like a bitch when someone actually buys the whole company. I hope the CMA does decide to go to court so that all the bad practices from the innocent industry leader go public. But they don't want to deal with the costs. Jim is clearly looking for a written statement that COD will be on PlayStation, can't actually blame him. But he's showing everyone he's a little bitch.

@Tharsman I'm not so sure that Sony was thinking of co@& blocking gamepass when they signed the deal for Deathloop and Ghostwire so i think it will be going into both services at the same time. Question is when did Sony start getting worried about gamepass, I'd imagine anything signed after RE VI they were trying to get that into the terms, buy don't think Deathloop would have it. We'll know next week for sure

@Tharsman do a spin-off ODST COD. They need to restructure the management of 343 and switch to Unreal and hire good talent. You can see that they really wanted to make it great....just didn't deliver fully on any fronts.

I only jumped into the Xbox ecosystem with the series x but i gotta say that without major restructuring of management and changing their temp worker situation they won't be able to. This game was over a year behind before COVID hit, before they brought back JS. I still have a hard time understanding how they had all those marketing deals in place and didn't know the state of the game. That's on Phil in my eyes. I really enjoyed the campaign and still think the multiplayer is the best there is. But it's constantly shrouded in negativity and so slow to move forward, I can only imagine it's the engine? But they permanently tarnished the IP at this point.

I've no doubt that MS was expecting at lot more roadblocks than they've seen so far so for them it's likely no big surprise. Seeing how quickly they had a reply posted they knew about it and are already doing what needs to be done to move forward. Deals going through without a doubt in my eyes, will it be this year is the question.

I see no issues with the X or S so this isn't needed in any way. Also clearly not happening, looking at the state of the global supply chain no way they making a 3rd sku.

So i only play gamepass games but if you're not a physical collector of limited editions i don't understand why anyone would pre order a game. The last few years have shown that games are launching in poor conditions so i wouldn't give anyone a penny until they prove it's a finished product.

Although I see them having the open window to raise prices as it's what the industry is doing i think they are still trying to get into as many households as possible and keeping the price static will just be that much more appealing to the casual market.... which is the largest market. Again they could do it but i really don't think they will

Personally i have little interest in the game but it does feel odd having it on an Xbox service. It's not Sony first party so it's not overly outlandish but still odd. Hope folks enjoy the game.

Since the start there wasn't any reason for stopping the deal so it's definitely going to go through. No amount of Sony trying to play victim will erase the fact that Sony is still ahead of Xbox after this deal. Hoping for some Crash Bandicoot racing on gamepass after the deal to play with the kids.

There is a drasticly lower amount of traffic on the roads in FH5. I liked the feel of the different vehicles more in 4 as well. Maybe they are a bit more realistic in FH5 but some cars just feel very clunky. Both games are great and hopefully 6 is a ways off so we can get a chance to miss it. Also a little slower with the cars you get....i don't want to grind forever but there's less sense of accomplishment this time around.

@J_Mo_Money @GuyinPA75 i haven't seen the sale in Canada last year and not sure if they will have it this time around. The sales are regional so it's not for everyone. I have been using my rewards points to get extra time instead. It mentioned that 4 people in the same country could use the family plan so might be splitting it with buddies at some point. We all have some time stacked up so it could only happen once 2/3 are out of GPU time I'm guessing.

@J_Mo_Money Same.... however depending on the legal notes if I can share a family plan with a few buddies it might be something i look into.

Problem is a get big money is in multiplayer games with MTX. I like multiplayer games but i also really enjoy single player games. We definitely need a world with both but EA is definitely chasing that cash. Hopefully a solid Titanfall 3 with a campaign and multiplayer can appease both sides.

For those that are just getting this in their regions congrats and definitely take advantage of it. Get into a routine of doing the daily bing searches on top of the GPU quests. It's legitimately free money and with everything going on in the world getting free GPU time, DLC, games or accessories goes a long way. Enjoy!

So it says that i will get 2000 point's and some free sweepstakes entries but if i go to pick any sweepstakes it's looking to charge me points....how does that work? I'm in Canada so is it a regional thing?

@J_Mo_Money I've also discovered that i tend to enjoy indies a lot more than I ever expected. Having no risk trying them through gamepass has been the key to me discovering this. Also games being shorter is more palatable for me as I don't have a lot of gaming time. Keep em coming.

Math harassment here...they said 300MB or more per game and that it uses around 1GB of data. Once they are over half rounding up makes sense....so suck it 600MB crew!!! Lol

This game looked awesome. And the best part of gamepass for me is playing all these smaller games that I wouldn't have tried otherwise. Just helps broaden your experiences without the financial risk.

@NEStalgia they also had a conflicting message around Valhalla being on gamepass bor long after launch on the official gamepass sure right? That's 2 times now with Ubisoft games that they had misleading messaging.

People need to not be buy the packs....if you buy them then they are reasonably priced. It's the only way this would change. We'll see how it goes but you can bet someone will be dropping the $100.

Looking forward to playing this one. Wife doesn't like violence so likely won't get her to play co-op with me lol.

This will be great once it's available. I'm not going to be making any maps but i can't wait to try what the talented folks in the community make. Ideally a map in the shape of a t-bag... that would be great.
