Recently got this on disc for £14.99 and it's an alright game but no way should GOTY edition cost over 100. Ubisoft have been taking the p*ss recently with their games now costing £70 and now this!

Was excited for this until I saw the gameplay trailer 4 months ago. The combat doesn't look right to me, not enough fluidity to it and is just bland.

I know it's not trying to be like the Arkham series but still.

Really enjoyed The Outer Worlds on Xbox One so this is very cool!

@Kaloudz They should make dynamic backgrounds from their first party titles like Gears of War, Sea of Thieves.

@gollumb82 Fear 3 has never been on sale unfortunately. It would of been a good time to do it considering it's October and the game has horror elements.

Why is it always the same games on sale? Cant Microsoft add newer ones like Otogi, Armed and Dangerous and much more.

@Kaloudz I always turn off my games after playing them and tbh I forgot quick resume was a thing. Don't know how your comment is short sighted when it only takes 2 buttons to turn off the game.

I had Windbound on my wishlist so I'm not too fussed about Octobers games with gold.

@Banjo- I've always wanted to give Banjo Kazooie series a go, should I start from the beginning or Nut & Bolts since that's more sandbox with vehicle customisation?

I never grew up on N64 so I missed out on titles like Banjo, Perfect Dark and Goldeneye. On the original Xbox I had Grabbed by the Ghoulies which I remember enjoying so I chose that.

Current playing through Metro 2033 Redux after having a blast with Metro Exodus. I'm gonna start Deathloop next week and will try to stick at it after not really enjoying it on the PS5.

I find it very funny how the main character from the artwork is the doing same exact pose as Sam Fisher from Splinter Cell Conviction.

As a fan of the original XIII, It's good to know they've actually made the remake playable after that complete sh*t show of the 2020 release.

@Banjo- Thanks for the reply. Never understood why games in countries had different names. For example Resident Evil is called Biohazard in Japan.

Same thing with cover art though I remember Europe and Japan a lot of the time got the better and artistic cover art unlike US.

Assassins Creed IV Black Flag is the peak of the series in my opinion. I dropped out of the series after not liking Unity but lately considering trying out one of the latest, and hopefully get back into it.

We know full well if Sony acquired Activision, COD would never be on Xbox. What's funny is Microsoft are being generous by offering 3 more years of COD on PlayStation and Jim is still complaining about it.

Gungrave Overdose was a blast back in the day so I'm glad this is coming to Game Pass day one.

@Dezzy70 You ain't wrong about them relying on Game Pass. They definitely do need to have exclusives spread throughout the entire year instead of leaving it to the end of the year, like they did in 2021 and were going to do it again this year with Starfield and Redfall.

@Dezzy70 If Starfield, Redfall & Forza Motorsport don't get delayed it will be a very good start of the year for Xbox. Plus we'll be getting Ghostwire Tokyo, Stalker 2, Diablo IV and maybe Activision games will be on GamePass if the the deal finalises next year.

@Dezzy70 This had to be the worst year for Xbox when there's literally no first party exclusives whatsoever. I'm glad the games are becoming Series X/S gen only but Xbox seriously need to do something with their studios, be a bit more strict instead of being completely hands offs.

The Halo IP needs to be given to another studio since 343 can't even add features like co-op and forge that were in the other games day one.

@Dezzy70 I'm getting sick of this remake/remaster trend that's been going on for years. The only games I can think of that benefited of it were Demon's Souls PS5 and Gears of War Ultimate Edition which actually improved on them, unlike Resident Evil 3 remake which has less content than the original game.

At this rate Resident Evil 14 and it's remake will both be released on the same day.
