Shame that a couple of achievements are copied from previous instalment's and the list is as boring as ever from Turn 10

@InterceptorAlpha thats so annoying, happened to me with a sherlock game, i played through it 3 times, deleted saves locally and cloud saves, reinstalled the game and a big fat no on unlocking it.

Whatever the Call of Duty game on XBLA with 200 GS was i an achievement glitched, it was 5+ years later and it randomly popped for me.

Still all that aside ive still had fun and thats the most important thing 👍

@InterceptorAlpha yeah, its so frustrating. FM7 had issues with the MP race 50 laps in the night/rain etc... only work around was to play it on PC. For many that's not a option. Don't know if thats fixed finally.

Your Batman ones have they just not unlocked or do you have the dreaded "100%" or "done unlocking" in the tracker?

Luckily I've mostly kicked my achievement hunting habit, but when i play a game and im having such a great time i decide I'm gonna go for them all and they're glitched/broken it winds me up

@InterceptorAlpha it'd be nice if that happened. But cant see it, the achievements system in general has gone to.... just finished Pillars of Eternity, 6 achievements haven't unlocked. Guess why?, you have to play through it all in one sitting because a patch broke it and thats that.

MS need to start sorting these achievement issues.

Having played the Divinity games on the X360 that looked awful, the slow down was shocking and all round the performance of the games was dire. They also had a glitched achievement.

I played divinity original sin and that wasn't exactly silky smooth.

Don't know if its competence thats the issue, but blaming the series S publicly isn't exactly professional. I dont care for coop and its not available on the steamdeck.

My biggest concern is that it will be Baldurs Gate in name only. Still i own it but not playing anymore until launch

Yeah i do, but ive sadly felt like that since the X1 launch. X360 was glorious and great days. But nothing for me has really gone that extra step. Ive dabbled on the PS3 and PS4 and feel the same so im not been down on xbox. Found myself playing steamdeck and switch and getting more enjoyment than i ever had. Its like being back in my younger days

@themightyant reminds me of reading American Psycho and the urinal cake part... MS have just taken "that infamous E3" and still ploughed ahead with the same mindset just wrapped as a dessert.

Yet when you bite into it you begin to realise its still that same urinal cake... its not a very nice thing to digest.

Yet here we are. I only have myself to blame and my own naïvety, ive completely lost all faith in them. The "early access" day one stuff has really turned me off, they can spin it how they want but gamepass day one is an outright lie now saying its day one but for £35 i can play 5/6 days early isn't day one and not was was advertised.

£156 for a years GP (yes im aware of the stack but im creating multiple accounts to keep doing it or any of the other faff(which is telling isn't it, I'd rather have the sub i thought i was buying))
At that price and the past 12 months... it'd of been cheaper to buy the games i actually liked.

If only game devs could somehow give us a playable demonstration of their games....

@AlwaysPlaying it does worry me that the infamous E3 of TV TV TV and always online has just been repackaged and sold slower.

I mean 7billion for nokia to shutter them. WP was brilliant!

MS goal was "windows in every home" yet they seem to purposely shoot themselves in the foot in achieving that.

They are a software company, with a long history of bullying and just paying the fines as they're a pittance to them to achieve what the shareholders want.

If MS/Xbox actually wanted to grow its business, it wouldn't have wasted all these years. Which is years ive wasted financially and time wise

I'd prefer Midtown Madness came back,
MS remembered all their IP,
Fixed Deathloop so i can finish it without it locking up,
Told us why Hellblade 2, FM, perfect dark, fable, everwild, avowed are seemingly in limbo and taking this long,
Were honest that in a few years once they've acquired everything my massive library of xbox games won't vanish into a streaming sub service,
I can leave my digital library to my son or daughter in my will,
Theres quite a lot i like MS to do. Other than blizzard games Activision has nothing im interested in.
£70 billion. We could have Xbox VR/AR. MS could be doing something. Get us VR and Half-Life Alyx. Get gamepass on steamdeck.
Just give me something as to why ive stuck with Xbox since the OG one and continued to spend other than im an idiot

@Kaloudz ive always been a light and bad sleeper. Still it has its benefits ive seen many films and tv shows in those hours of insomnia. Perpetual tiredness becomes easy😂

F-Zero is a Nintendo game. Nintendo seems to have forgotten about it sadly😭👍

@Kaloudz 🤣 my 8 and 6 year old are past waking at silly times.. mostly. Biggest issue is me waking at 2 or 3 and then im up! Its like i didnt get enough sleepless nights with my babies and now im spiting myself 😂👍

Now you've mentioned Wipeout im also thinking about F-Zero, dare i hope Nintendo will ever do anything with it again? It'd be amazing if somehow playground games got to do some crossover racing DLC that really would be something 👍

Id also add after greatly enjoying Deathloop (for as much as i could play) it's repeated crashes/freezing and loss of progress so bad i ditched the game i was loving i have little faith in arkane delivering a game that isn't broken and if they'll ever fix it. Its left my soured

Having tried Deathloop, loving it but 5 crashes within the two days i played and lost progress be nice if the studio could fix that

Super mario 2 but it wasn't really mario is my understanding all these years later. In the west it was a reskin of a different game.

Still never completed the nes Mario/ duck hunt combo cart.

Best completion and best game ever for me was super metriod.

Prior to that my memory of game and watch is a blur

@BartoxTharglod because it was the same as marathon. They literally remade the same game. Marathon wasn't that good other than it was on Apple Mac. 343 took the references and biblical ones and ran with it to good effect for me personally.

Having loved these new (new to me)FPS like goldeneye, half-life, etc... even Myst, (obviously marathon) halo was ***** by comparison for me. Halo 3 was halo 1 remade, was so bad. Halo 3 is the worst halo game and probably the worst FPS I've played

Also I do not play MP so I'm talking purely campaign as a single player

Halo: was ok
Halo 2: I enjoyed
Halo 3: so go awful
Halo ODST: didn't mind it
Halo Reach: turned it off never went back until it was added to the MCC got maybe an hour in... not for me
Halo 4: realty did. have fun
Halo 5: bloody brilliant was sad it was over
Halo infinite: bloody brilliant, brilliant game again was sad it was over

So I honestly think 343 have made better games, I don't bother with mp nor do I care for mp in general.

I think having played marathon, halo then destiny before 343 halo I realised Bungie make the same game over and over. So halo 4 and the subsequent games were a breath of fresh air.

They should be proud of this it was a cracker of a game.

I also only liked Gears 3 out of them all to date so maybe I just have a different taste all round to general consensus

@Grumblevolcano after FM5 at the Xbox one launch I'd hope turn 10 has learnt its lesson👍 This is basically the rubbish they pulled and it didn't go well.

It's a shame as I was enjoying GT7 until I couldn't play it and this all happened. I feel tricked and ripped off

Bought it. Filled with regret, Ive dashboarded it I'm going to play something else. I can't afford to smash controllers over it.

I've spent an hour trying to equip arrows, not a clue. I don't mind it being hard, but when I can't do that it's poor. The controls are awful. I don't know if it's input delay or not but really annoying how long it takes to try and hit someone with a sword.
