Time to hunt for some platinum trophies

Why is this being touted as a huge win that it barely beats last gen hardware?

I just want this over with one way or another. Tired of this continuing to keep coming up in the news

@ValentineMeikin Activision is worth like 2/3 of Sonys market value, and wouldnt be able to buy them. It would more likely be a chinese firm

Waiting on that trophy list. Might be one for a platinum run if no online trophies needed

Just make online free to play. I dont want to have to jump through hoops with bing reward points to get online for free when there is no requirement on. PC

Crisis Core only got like 6% of sales on xbox for a bigger known title, i think Diofield and Star Oceans were in the 600s in top paid games. Probably just not much of a reason or financial profit to put on xbox without upfront revenue guarantees from xbox

Microsoft has way more studios and their games are simpler and much lessor quality than Sony’s yet appear to be taking much longer. Cant blame mismanagement on Sony. Also so many of those exclusives are niche 10K copy sold games that would literally sel under 10 copies on xbox.

How much is xbox paying to delay it until the deal is approved. Its probably been ready to release for a long time

Remember when Sony did this and was hammered by the media. I expect the same energy for a company who took 2 years to release something.
But yeah no rush on playing anything. I will wait for the price drop and get for free with Reward points at some point

Just push this one through, then i can finally learn about Playstations plan moving forward. Xbox gets this, Playstation can have SQUARE, Sega and Cd Project

Having played this game and with EA. Being one of the biggest competitors its true hardly anyone can match COD

Yeah xbox engineers dont excite me as its been a decade since they have put out anything meaningful. Ill probably wait a bit for them to fix all the bugs and maybe finish the games content thatll probably be 1 year after release. But hey ill be sure to put $0 into playibg this

@Neverwild true and i dont want to come to the point where games are watered down or held back because companies are trying to include mobile devices as players for a Triple A game.

Think i only got throw one of these games due to the poor quality and lack of enjoyment

Thats great and appreciated but xbox 1st party really needs to be making some actual games so this isnt the highlight of the brand

Seems like the issues with the series s is becoming a frequent issue for devs. Maybe its not just them being lazy like people like to say

If the acquisition doesnt go through in time i can imagine the sales will be practically nothing on xbox with people waiting for gamepass

Games look great as it is now of days, please just focuse on the gameplay loop and smoothness

Waiting to see if they start putting games elsewhere after a year or so of exclusivity to get some 1st party revenue for a change.

I just have too many games to play and not enough time to get to this one this year. Wonder how long the exclusivity is, probably play it when it comes elsewhere

Xbox has been super subsidizing its console and subrscription plan being a big loss leader in the process to gain marketshare. No doubt they are gonna raise it if Activision goes through as thats hundreds of millions in revenue lost in sales that would need to be replaced

@Dr_Luigi need a native version on PS, and they could put it on switch. Microsoft wants people to be able to play anywhere so it would be a help for that

4 games on xbox were given 10’s not xbox games should be the title. Also shocker Persona 5 is still incredible years after it was deemed incredible by the majority
