I really enjoyed 3 originally, this will be great to play via Gamepass.

2011 it was for me. May 2011 I picked up my first Xbox, an Xbox 360.

From my understanding it's the better selling model. Cutting off the games from the model which sells better would be madness 🤣

It's receiving solid reviews, dare I say it looks hopeful ☺️

Still my favourite Forza. It still seems like the most complete and refined game of any Forza title.

Legacy of Kain and Indiana Jones for me.

@Bob_Salat A Dreamcast toggle mode would be amazing for sure.

It looks to be fairly solid on the Series S. For the price the system is an absolute bargain. Getting mine when it went down to £169.00 on Black Friday 2022 was an absolute steal.

Not Resident Evil 2... That's a shame.

Back to Forza Horizon 4, it's still a fantastic a game as ever.

Really strong showcase. Gears/Perfect Dark and Doom I what I'm looking forward to most. I just wish we had a few more releases dates and more penned in for 2024.

@Banjo- As you say, a much needed reboot. Looking more like the Gears of old, with a more understandable story..

@OldGamer999 They can gain a lot if they set some solid release dates for games. It's about time Gear's of War was announced too. That's a must for me at this point in the generation. I'm hopeful ☺️

After all the rumours and speculation it will be good to get this done and to see where we stand after the event. I expect a few surprises for sure...

@OldGamer999 Exactly, they need to line up their ducks in a row and promote it properly.
Game pass is still the best deal in gaming currently. As you said with your nephew, once he has Game pass he's all set to go.
For me with little time for gaming, all I have to do is keep my Game pass subscription going and I get the odd game now in a steep sale occasionally. It's a cheap way to access many games going forwards.

If they price this right and advertise it, then it could sell. Is Microsoft capable, though? They will need to do much better than how they have handled both the Series X and S so far. Let's hope they have learnt from their mistakes...

It might be something to do with the game itself, it's nothing special at all. Also, with them saying it's a quadruple A game when it's clearly far far from it is just settling themselves up for failure. Ubisoft blatantly lied..

Ultimately I'm actually of the mindset, what will be will be at this point.. For me the games will still be coming to Gamepass, so I'll just be more determined to play what it has to offer and decide what I do when 2026 comes around.

Utter madness to let everyone stew over this for another week... Which can only really mean a good proportion of the rumours are true I would think...

I'm always physical where possible. Saying that, if it's only available digitally, I get it when on a good sale. I also enjoy Gamepass and keep my subscription for that going too. Regardless of your preferences, it's terribly sad when you don't have a choice, with digital being the only option soon and Xbox at the forefront of this.
With all the advances in technology digital only comes at a steep price.
The days of getting a new game, looking through the manual, displaying the box or even trading it in later down the line, are coming to an end...

Buying Nintendo would be foolish. As for Microsoft helping Nintendo, it seems to be the other way around would be more beneficial as things are currently standing...

Bit of an obvious move from Microsoft. If you don't like it however, move along...
Regatdless, there seems to be more pressure from the top to trim out the freebies the Xbox division offered.

If only Stray was on Gamepass....

Prodeus is a solid game, might need to pick that up again before it leaves the service if true..

Star Wars Episode One Racer was great, although I already had it. But the last game Inertial Drift was on my radar and I played it to completion this weekend, so that was well worth the download too. I have downloaded most of the others but chances of me trying them out I admit are slim

Really looking forward to this. Will be on Gamepass day 1 which is great. No doubt a limited run physical edition down the line also I presume..

This actually looks good from Ubisoft. The strong links with Forza can only.help it in my.view..

@Kaloudz Yes the Tolkien estate is unlikely to be cheap. Likely paid a hefty sum for the licence. Then when the games spectacularly fails, they are left heavily out of pocket.

Tempted by Turok, played it on my N64 back in the day and have the LRG version for the Switch...

@JayJ That's a good choice to make. Just concentrate on a few games at most. I find it to be much more rewarding. Worst thing I did was get a 5tb drive for my Xbox One X 🤣
It seemed fine for about a month, I was filling it up and before I knew it I had about 250 games installed on it.. It felt amazing at first but quickly soured. I started a game and then moved on quickly to another, never finishing anything... Felt overwhelmed with the choice.
Now with my Series S, I only have the internal memory plus the 1tb SSD attached. I still have 33 games installed, more than enough to be playing..

@themcnoisy The choice paralysis is a real struggle for me too. Literally as you said, just have a few games installed and play those before deleting and replacing them is the best bet.

@AlwaysPlaying @Banjo- I agree, Grants statement seems dated. Saying there is not the required audience is a crying shame and also false in my view. The audience is there, Playtonic joining Rare would be a dream come true. Playtonic is where alot of where the original magic lives... Rare today itself is not the the same Rare from the past unfortunately..

Jim doesn't have a leg to stand on at this point considering Sonys past and current practices...
