Definitely looking forward to seeing how Wrestlequest does for reviews. It takes a lot to do something new with turn based mechanics, but the game does it! It certainly felt novel in the demo.
WrestleQuest is a buy for me. Might preorder it if it's on the store.
I"m curious about the musical one.
Come on Xbox 🤦🏼 hmm yes that’s all I can say
I played Stray on PS5, and it’s a pretty good game. The novelty of playing as a cat coupled with some nice graphics make it worth your while. Just a shame it’s not on GP where more people would have got to play it. I’m definitely curious about Atlas Fallen, though will wait for reviews.
I’ve got Stray pre ordered.
The calm before the storm that is Everspace 2 next week.
I cannot be the only one stoked to try Legend Bowl, can I? I mean 16ish bit football? Not Madden but actually looks like effort. For years I've wondered with all the clone games why nobody ever tried to recreate classic sports titles that isn't Soccer, not one Tecmo Bowl or NHL 94 knockoff? Despite being the GOATs as far as sports games are concerned. No Blitz, Hitz, Bigs like remakes? C'mon? EA and 2k won't give it to us. Now if we could get a collection of older Sega Sports titles my life would be complete.
Stray got old fast, even as short as it is. Not what I hoped either, with the forced future angle. I want to be a dog or house cat in modern times allowed to bite normal children and mail people.
I didn't realise Stray is only 25 quid, and 20 if you pre-order. Looking forward to playing that now, as anything more would probably be a bit steep for something I'll only play once.
Atlas Fallen sounds interesting. Might bite on that depending on the reviews.
@Brigurugi Did you play "NHL 94 Rewind" that EA released 2 years back? But I also do wish we had more arcade sports titles still released. They must just not sell like the full simulation games do.
If only Stray was on Gamepass....
