Arkane went from the best studio ever to wtf man? Raphael's doing his own thing and Dishonoured 2 was so amazing, this looks like a cash grab that will alienate the old fans to try for a completely different audience.

I hope they leave the most important scene in, the one where the albino midget has a giant statue in his likeness chasing after you.

I really hope we see Scorn. If we don't then the game sucks, they'd want to promote it if it really is coming in October and is any good.

Fable definitely needs player housing, it's probably its most notable feature of the series.

Maybe Brian Fargo will release a less buggy game under Microsoft. I'm on a Bards Tale bender, I has constant cut scene errors followed by a hard crash from BT 2004, so I change to BT4 director's cut which hard crashes about 20 minutes later. Nothing else hard crashes my Xbox X but inXile products. The funny thing is I love their games (until all the crashing)

Greedfall seemed like my kind of game but it really wanted to be a story experience more than a gameplay experience. If they make combat and character progression deep I might give this one a go.

I want a huge in depth Scorn showcase. I want to know what Brian Fargo had been working on (he's getting old so i doubt he has many more games in him) and I want a surprise.

They have Scorn, if it turns out good that will be a big win for Xbox. A horror game with a totally new atmosphere to any game I ever saw.

Ashen is my second second souls clone so this is awesome. Embarrasingly my favorite is Lords of the Fallen. I know everyone hates it but I've played it 3 times now and always enjoy it.

Maybe the release dates don't matter as much for them financially if they are day one gamepass games. If millions of people are expected to play them through gamepass then the profits would be completely different. Also Starfield is probably going to give gamepass a big boost. It's like how Nintendo treat Zelda, I buy Nintendo consoles just for Zelda. Zelda creates the reason for the Nintendo consoles to even exist.

I'm sick of obviously fake death threats being used to create sympathy and exposure for gaming devs. Make a good game and you don't need to do this bs.

I think the Evil Within Series is the best or Prey

The reboot was my first thief game and I thought i was great. I'm more of a Splinter cell and Arkcane Studios stealth fan but the reboot was really good for a noob to the series. I remember lots of die hard fans acting like the new voice actor and story ruined the game. It was probably the those people complaining that killed the series.

Thq are kings of low effort remasters and ports. Dark siders 3, Elex 2 (such a janky game), I think spiders rpgs like technomancer. They are doing the Gothic remake though so I really hope they don't screw that one up.

Evil Within 3 trailer. Lily is actually possessed by Myra who was possessed by Ruvick's stem. Now Seb has to kill his daughter and his wife who are now trapped in the same body. Screw Joseph, I don't care about him anymore.

In about 15 months I've played:
Dungeon Seige 3, Dead space 1 - 3, Fable 1 and 2, Dante's Inferno, splinter cell, Panzer Dragoon Orta and Risen 2. I've probably forgotten a few and really like the feature.

So the other director hasn't been working on Evil Within 3 in secret. Arkane haven't been putting out the best games lately imo (and their founder left to make his own game) and now Tango aren't doing it for me either. Arkane and Tanga exclusive games was the main reason I went Xbox this gen. I still love my Xbox though.

Personally I think the trilogy looks amazing on Series X and doesn't need a remake. And 3 was good fun, lots of content in that one.

Risen 2, it's not as bad as I thought it would be, it feels like Risen 1 to me just not nearly as good.

Wouldn't it be nice if Arkane Studios do the combat or level design of smaller areas, they are so good at that and I as much as I want to like Skyrim I just can't enjoy the action or the repetitive caves and dungeons.

It makes sense to me. Gamepass subscribers get the games for free but PS5 sales bring in more cash so do both. Wow should be on everything to get more money, does anyone actually buy a console just to play COD? Gamepass users get it all included while PS5 users need to pay for it. It still makes Xbox more attractive than PS5.

Also Microsoft aren't afraid of Sony anymore, they are afraid of Netflix, Google, Facebook, Amazon etc. They want Sony still in the industry so that one of the big companies I mentioned before doesn't come in and steal Microsoft's thunder. Is there room for 4 big gaming platforms?
