Re: Control Ultimate Editionā€™s Latest Update Reduces Crashes On Xbox Series X

@AJDarkstar ā€œbias googlesā€? The game is literally held back on Series X by the low framerate cap performance of PS5, the photo op mode actually confirms this fact and exposes the developerā€™s shoddy work for which they are charging extra xD. BTW ā€œIT IS the actual in-engine gameplayā€ which renders using the GPU capabilities and is indicative of the actual hardware performance. Itā€™s a shame that ps subscription only gets you old AAA games (not for free) with anti-consumer sub-par quality next-gen upgrade policies which is a joke of an excuse considering the fact that the studio already has past track record of providing free upgrade to enhanced consoles. Itā€™s cuz of blind fanboys like you that some companies get away with such anti-consumer policies.

@Medic_Alert Well itā€™s a last gen title which obviously doesnā€™t have any XVA, RDNA2 optimisations (gen 9 aware) so itā€™s not an hardware issue. Itā€™s more like a poor job done by the developers. Anyways Xbox users are not missing out on anything since almost all backcompat titles and (some next gen titles like Hitman 3) run at noticeably superior performance profile on Series X. Expect the differences to grow wider once the true next-gen titles launch during this gen..

@GamingFan4Lyf Iā€™m not sure youā€™re able to hear a Netflix Dolby Atmos recorded content with 3D Pulse headset unless it supports so. Netflix supports streaming with Dolby Atmos audio on select titles. Also the new Dolby Atmos for gaming is something Xbox is the first one to support.

@orionreplay
ā€œMicrosoft has no foundation with VR to build onā€

Microsoft has deeper foundations on a way more complicated and cutting edge technology called Mixed Reality & Holographics (Hololens series) which is widely used commercially like heavy industries and military. Anybody can make VR headsets from cardboard cutouts.
