Lucasfilm has revealed Lucasfilm Games, a official banner that brings together the universe of Star Wars games, with "its eye toward the future".
While very little is known about the future of Star Wars games outside of the upcoming LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, a sizzle trailer recapping on the franchise's history bared the description: "Celebrate Lucasfilm’s rich legacy in games, as we enter an exciting new era of storytelling in Star Wars and beyond."
From incredible single player experiences such as Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order to The Mandalorian's inclusion into Fortnite, it's all being classed as Lucasfilm Games from this point onwards.
The official statement from StarWars.com reads:
"StarWars.com is thrilled to reveal that Lucasfilm Games is now the official identity for all gaming titles from Lucasfilm, a name that encompasses the company’s rich catalogue of video games and its eye toward the future. To mark this new era, Lucasfilm Games has launched social channels on Twitter (@LucasfilmGames) and Facebook (@LucasfilmGames), which will deliver breaking news and more directly to fans."

The Facebook page is a verified account but it’s called Star Wars Games. The profile picture and background are lucasfilmgames.
All unite against Marvel.
So a LucasArts rebranding?
Bring back the point-and-click games!
Smart decision
As much as I LOVE Star Wars, would be amazing to get some new monkey Island or Indiana Jones games. Hell even a game set in the Willow universe.
They should have named it just LucasArts instead
Sounds like a holding company to manage games across publishers. EA may not be the sole license anymore next renewal.
@Beermonkey Your wish just got fulfilled. Cheers!
@Senua I messed my trousers. 🥴
