RE:Verse implies multiplayer taking place within the RE 'universe'; so perhaps it incorporates environments from multiple games.

I started it this afternoon, got through the Dubai level and now onto Dartmoor. It's absolutely superb. IO are masters at level design, and their Hitman games just ooze with class and sophistication. I've no doubt they're the right studio to take on Bond.

I'll definitely be playing a bit of Dead Rising at some point. It's been years since I've played it, so it'll be nice to dive back in.

I'm also still hooked to Hitman 2 (including the first game's levels), and I'll likely still be playing it right up until the third game is downloaded!

I'm honestly surprised Disney went to Ubisoft after the storm of allegations earlier in 2020. Mind you, the deal had probably already been struck by that point.

Absolution is winning, and I just don't understand what's going on... I enjoyed it, but man, it's far from the best entry.

I love all of the Hitman games for different reasons, so picking a favourite here was tough. In the end, I went for Blood Money.
Although it's obvious that the World of Assassination games are technically the most impressive in the series, I played Blood Money to death back in the day, particularly levels like 'A New Life' and 'Death on the Mississippi'.

I predict a Game Pass price hike. Not the most positive of predictions, I know, but I feel it's an inevitability.

I gave it a C overall. It wasn't bad, as such, but there's plenty of room for improvement. We've still yet to receive a true, next-gen, first-party title for the Series X, and Games with Gold has been severely lacking.
That said, the console launch was good (for me), the Bethesda acquisition was frankly astounding, and Game Pass continues to be the best deal in gaming.

Thel 'Vadam will absolutely be in this game. I wouldn't even be surprised if he's a playable character at some point.

I'd expect most characters from Guardians to show up in Infinite.

So just to clarify, is this lawsuit purely in relation to the poor quality of the game on Xbox One and PS4, or does it pertain to the fact that CDPR knowingly misled the media and their customers?

I bought Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time in the sale, so I'll be playing a bit of that!

I won't read too much into this, and will believe it when (if) it's officially announced.

I certainly hope this is the case; I fear a repeat of the Cyberpunk fiasco is almost inevitable unless they completely cut the cord with the Xbox One.

I'm quite happy leaving it as it is for now. I've played Skyrim so many times, the 30fps isn't exactly a deal breaker for me. An official patch to add 60fps would be more than welcome however.

I'm struggling with it, honestly. From a technical point of view, it's mostly playable on the Series X, albeit with plenty of minor bugs and glitches.

I just can't connect with the story and its characters, though. The map is utterly atrocious, and I feel like I'm being constantly bombarded with new jobs, phone calls and messages. It's kind of relentless.
I actually went back to Skyrim today, and the quiet tranquility was a genuine relief by comparison. Never thought I'd say that...

Yes, it absolutely should skip Xbox One. We knew it was a risky idea from the start, and now we've seen proof that it's not the way to go.

I'm playing CyberPunk 2077 (which definitely has issues, but I'm enjoying it so far) and will be downloading Yooka Laylee and the Impossible Lair later today.

I honestly can't stand it when studios announce games super early in development... Bioware are buggers for doing this, and it kind of feels like damage control. Just once, I'd like a AAA game to be announced and released within, like, a week.

I'm glad they've steered away from the utterly ridiculous armour designs in Halo 4 and 5. They looked like failed Iron Man experiments.

Spent some time and read the whole article this morning. It does sound like they're making some real strides in visual fidelity; it must have been hard putting that gameplay demo in front of public eyes already knowing it's no where close to being ready. I'm cautiously optimistic.

Wow... I know quite a fair bit about the Halo universe, but that synopsis is absolute nonsense.

Control is objectively their best game; it's not even close, in my mind.
I do have a real soft spot for Alan Wake though, and its relation to Control has only increased my love for it.

His last remarks really stand out. It's clear 2020 has been really tough on the team, including the pandemic, the tepid response to the gameplay demo, and a reshuffling of the senior members.

I'm quite happy to wait until they're in a stronger position to show off the game, but I also understand the frustration of the fans.
