The only thing I can think of is that it might seamlessly transition from gameplay to cutscene, like it's all on one camera.

Either that, or Master Chief has adopted a young BOI.

I doubt I'll be picking anything up this week, not with The Last of Us Part II dropping on Friday.

@TheNewButler I agree, I think there's a good chance they could announce a price in July and launch pre-orders immediately after the event.
If they're looking to release in Oct/Nov, I don't think they'll want to wait much longer before announcing this kind of info.

Microsoft are in a great position now; they've got an opportunity to learn from Sony's presentation and really nail it.

I'm expecting lots of announcements, a nice chunk of Halo Infinite gameplay, and an ending that shows the Series X and Series S (confident it'll be called that) side-by-side.

I thought I'd give Jurassic World: Evolution a go, and it's pretty fun! Nice game to chill out to.

Great showing from Sony! I'm still set on getting the Series X at launch, but I'm looking forward to owning both consoles eventually.

I mean yeah, he nailed it on the head haha. I'll get a PS5 eventually, but the two most exciting games during that event were RE8 and Hitman 3... And I need Halo Infinite in my life.

Series X design is a lot cleaner, and will largely disappear into the background, which is what I need it to do, really. Stellar showing from Sony though, bravo.

I've started Halo: Combat Evolved, with an eventual goal to replay every mainline Halo game before Infinite launches.

I vehemently disagree with The Phantom Pain being up there. That game was such a wasted opportunity in every regard. Heartbreaking.

I remember playing a demo for the original Destroy All Humans and being totally hooked, despite being very conscious that it wasn't technically very good. Will give it another go!

I'm not really keen on playing a game with such egregious bugs, so I'll sit this one out until they're fixed.

I’m tempted to pick up Sonic Adventure 2, I must admit; many happy memories with that game (and some frustrating ones)!

@ThanosReXXX I thought the same thing... Activision's insistence on rehashing previous games is getting tiresome at this point.

I need to give this series another shot. I played through seasons 1 & 2 and then just stopped for some reason. Absolutely loved it though.

I went for Burnout Paradise Remastered in the sale. It's such a great game!

I think 343 lost a bit of this with Master Chief's redesign for Halo 4/5 - he looked a bit too sleek, with huge gaps in his armour. I'm glad they seem to have finally rectified this with Halo Infinite.

6/10 - that was a difficult one!

I've jumped back into Assassin's Creed: Origins (aka the best one), but I do also plan on downloading Red Dead Redemption 2 and seeing what it looks like on the One X!

So excited to see how this turns out!

Good news indeed. I can already think of several franchises that could do with a bump up to 60fps!

Couple of decent looking horror games, Dirt 5 looks great, and I'm obviously going to get Valhalla. It was a good show; pretty much what I was expecting!

@John_Deacon personally I think Origins is the better game. It looks better, travelling around isn't quite so tedious, and the characters are far more compelling. However, if you enjoy dialogue choices and constantly upgrading your armour/weapons, Odyssey might be the better pick.

Nice to hear! My plan is to get the XSX along with Halo: Infinite and Assassin's Creed: Valhalla, which contrasts nicely from when I got the PS4 on launch day with Killzone: Shadow Fall and Assassin's Creed: Black Flag.

I see they've gone for the whole "let's cram it with as many characters and ships as possible" route.

@Captain_Chao5 Yep, I totally did! I'm pretty sure there will still be stealth elements though - the very existence of a hidden blade points to that.

@Captain_Chao5 Stealth is still a huge part of both Origins and Odyssey. In fact, I think the stealth mechanics are far more accomplished than previous games in the series.

If it is Assassin's Creed, it'll either be a brief CG trailer, or an even briefer logo reveal.
