Reviews seem to be all over the place (Pcgamer gave it a 93, Trueachievements gave it a 6). Ofc i'll decide myself when i actually play thew game but from what i've seen so far it looks interesting, to say the least.

The gaming industry has really mastered the art of stirring up entire communities just by using a single word. They say "exclusive" and everybody's going nuts.

It's just multiplayer for me this weekend. Gears 5 Horde/Escape on Series X and Overwatch on pc. Waiting until Thursday to jump in on The Ascent.

One aspect of the game i can give a 10/10 right now before even touching it: the sountrack

Regardless of your disposition towards EA the show was quite entertaining actually and the host was a very cool guy. Cringy at times, sure, but still a 100 times better than that corporate crap they show us at E3s.

I'm interested to see how it'll work since the pc version is getting updates prior to the console versions.

Having more variety is always good but personally i'll stick mostly to what Xbox/Bethesda do best: fps and western rpgs.

Long-overdue i think.

Really interested in this game but not to the point where i'll pay full price for it when i can get it on gamepass. I can wait for a year. Thankfully there's no shortage of games to keep me up until then. Same thing also applies to Ghostwire Tokyo.

Definitely "The Ascent" as a highlight. Also shoutout to Cris Tales which was completely under my radar up until recently when i saw some gameplay. The rest are probably gonna be a pass.

Lvling up a bit more in PSO2 and also started Spiritfarer which looks great so far.

Whoever's a fan of classic DOOM/Quake should definitely try Prodeus.

The Evil Within 2 on Series X and a few matches in Overwatch here and there on pc.

Recently started GreedFall and PSO2 New Genesis.

The first one, although nothing revolutionary technically and gameplay-wise, is a decent rpg with a nice story and characters and interesting world building.

The second is a different beast. A pseudo-mmo with fun combat and a very fluid class system. I do hope it doesn't become too much of a grindfest further down the road which i'd guess is a false hope since these types of games have grinding in their dna. We'll see....

I know it's a video game but that scene at 3:10 is utterly ridiculous. Even for a video game.

I keep my expectations low as always. What i really want to see is a polished Halo Infinite presentation and a Starfield reveal. After that anything else will be a pleasant surprise. And that's how i prefer it. And tbh, while new announcements are cool we don't need more new game reveals that have a 2-3 year release window. Xbox already has plenty of those.

The thing though is that this is BGS who make Fallout and Elder Scrolls, not Id Software.

Personally? No. I don't like these games. In general? Yes. More variety is always good for the ecosystem.

Got Metro Exodus Gold Edition. I've been meaning to play this for quite some time and at 20e it was a nice deal.

@Bmartin001 You're in for a treat. Especially now that you'll experience the remastered versions which will have some of the less-than-stellar mechanics updated and polished(mako driving).

Recently started Avengers and Remnant: From the Ashes. Having a blast with both of them so far.

@BrilliantBill There are more. I find it funny that you included Konami, who seem to be exiting the video game bussiness alltogether, while neglecting to mention japanese giants like Capcom and Square Enix. Or even Sega.

@StonyKL Halo will be the 6th main game in the series and Ragnarok will technically be the fifth. And yes i know GoW 2018 was a "reboot" but Halo also had gameplay changes implemented through the years. Halo Infinite will also try a new approach by making the game world more open ended with a bit more focus on exploration.

Dual wielding hasn't been a thing in Halo since Reach so no big surprise there tbh

@elpardo1984 I hope it's true. I played the demo and enjoyed it but not to the point that i would justify paying 60eu so i'm all for it.

Just think about it though: if that was the case wouldn't MS and SE had already announced it instead of putting on the store for a few weeks and then say "hey, we got news for you, Outriders will be on GP!" just before the game launched? It's just doesn't make sense.

After finishing Fallen Order mid-week i got Immortals Fenyx Rising on the Ubisoft sale. Amazing game and looks absolutely stunning on Series X. Also grinding a couple of lvls at a time in Torchlight III.

I don't think it's gonna be Ourtiders. Imagine the outrage(and justifably so) from the ppl who pre-ordered the game(even if they can still get a refund, it's just an unnecessary mess). Also, i don't think Square Enix will hand their new gaas product on gane pass day one.

It'll probably be a release date announcement for an already big game confirmed for game pass like S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 or something new. There's a rumour going on around right now about Sekiro.

In all honesty seeing the Doomslayer and Master Chief side by side gives me the chillsXD

Seriously though the id tech engine is one of the biggest advantages that come from the Bethesda aqcuisition moving forward
