Re: Xbox Teases 'News You Don't Want To Miss' At The Game Awards 2023

It needs to be something along the lines of Xbox is getting its very own God of War or Uncharted or The Last of Us style game series that is exclusive to the Xbox but is very much a single player story driven game of those magnitudes. And nothing to do with Gears of War or Halo. Those games are fun, but not nearly as good as some other 3rd person style games. Those are the best games made.

Re: Reaction: Looking Back, Xbox Has Had Some Strange GOTY Omissions Over The Years

I agree, Xbox doesn't have any great games lately. The best games are to Big Story drive, single player campaign games and Xbox gets none of those. Ever... I have been an Xbox fanboy for years and years and I have lately been playing my PS5 more because the games are better for someone like me who only plays single player story games. Xbox needs to step up and learn from PlayStation on how to make really good single player games.

Re: Xbox's Matt Booty Suggests Hellblade 2 Will 'Come Later' In 2024

@y2jarmyofficial None of the games you mentioned are on the same caliber as what PlayStation has been putting out. I have been finding myself playing my PS more than my Series X because of the lack of 3rd person single player story campaign games. Halo is fine every 10 years when a new one comes out, Gears is fine every 10 years, Starfield felt too much like Fallout and it was boring. Forza is a racing game so it's extremely repetitive. Hellblade 2 is honestly the only good game coming out in the future that is even close to being what some of us want out of gaming.

Hopefully Xbox starts bringing some good games to the system. Need more God of War, The Last of Us and Spider-Man style games that Playstation makes. I havnt been impressed with any of the games Xbox has been coming out with. Starfield was slow, Souls like games are dumb and racing games are only fun for like the first day. Give us more Third person, story driven single player, campaign style games so All of us can be included in gaming...

Re: Xbox Reiterates It Will Have Stronger Relations With Square Enix Going Forward

@GunValkyria In my opinion, the One thing Xbox is missing is good First-person story driven single player games like God of War, The Last of Us and Spiderman. These are the main reason I play games and there have been almost zero on Xbox with the exception of multiplat games like Assassins Creed and a handful of other games. And i am in no way talking about Souls like games. There are way too many of those and don't interest me at all.

Re: Elden Ring Dev Undergoing 'Large-Scale Recruitment' For Future Projects

@CenturianShark I LOVE seeing other people who feel the same way I do about these games. They look amazing and the lore is really cool, but the difficulty is too much and the backtracking when you die or not having enough potions or health is annoying. I want a Souls or Elden Ring game but with an Assassins Creed or God of War style playthrough. Where when you die, you just start right back at the boss and dont have to go through hours of play again just to get back to that point.

Re: Assassin's Creed Mirage Becomes Ubisoft's 'Biggest New-Gen Launch' So Far

I like it a lot, however I do also very much like the huge world of Valhalla and all of the customization options. I loved the skill tree and being able to do so many things in the larger games. But this one is fun in its own way and feels condensed into one type of game and I appreciate that. But hopefully they bring back a massive world bigger than Valhalla for future games. I like to explore and finding hundreds of collectibles and playing for over 200 hours to complete everything and see everything the game has to offer.

Re: Xbox Confirms Game Captures Will Be Deleted Beginning January 2024

@Kaloudz This is fantastic news. My biggest gripe about the new Xbox controller is that dumb capture button in the middle. I have clicked that so many times on accident and my kids click that button so many times that I am always going through my captured images and videos and deleting them because for me personally, it's a useless feature that I don't and will never use. I have remapped the button so many times already, but it keeps removing my remapping and going back to the original capture button so i will just have to deal with it.

Re: Assassin's Creed Mirage Continues To Impress In Seven Minutes Of Raw Footage

Assassins Creed is my favorite game series ever. But I was so happy when they veered away from the original trilogy ways of playing. I like the gameplay and style of Vikings and Odyssey and the last few. I like the game taking me 245 hours to complete everything. I like how big the maps are and how much there was to do. I was so happy that I didn't have to stand in a crowd of people to "hide" from the enemies or follow someone for 45 minutes while not losing track of them. I don't know man... I guess I like things differently than most people.

Re: Star Wars Jedi: Survivor's Next Xbox Update Outlined, Here's What To Expect

I'm waiting for the patch that stops the stuttering and a complete revamp of the absolutely horrendous map. Also, having them include an on-screen view of your objectives so you can see at all times where you want to go instead of having to click the map every 3 seconds to make sure you are going the right direction. Forget using BD to view your objective, that was a waste of resources to add in the game. Lastly, you should be able to click a button to use the Force to "see" your surroundings and see through walls and see collectibles around you.

Re: All Of These 60+ Games Are Included With Ubisoft Plus On Xbox

NarutosBiggestFan

I just need Ubisoft to make an infinite number of follow ups to their 360 games. Naruto Rise of a Ninja and Naruto The Broken Bond. Those are some of my favorite games of all time and I really want to them to make more. The Ultimate Ninja games are fine for fighting games, but I loved the open world and the use of jutsu on the old Ubisoft ones...
