Anyone that bought the Persona Collection which contains P3P, P4G and P5R. Knows if you receive the play anywhere version.

Every other bundle, game for persona on the store have the play anywhere. Minus the collection of the three games.

This price hike loses all the appeal that gamepass have, pretty sure in another one two years will be 20€. When their games achieve critical success.

Starting to be more reasonable to just use those 18€ to buy the games that I want on sale.
I can wait, as its what I have done before gamepass.

@HonestHick Steam Spring sale was from March14-March21. PS since last Thursday.
FOMO can lead people to spend money first on other platforms.

I'm hoping for different sales. Not the regular two weeks ones, but will probably be the same old sales.

Even with sales they are last. Seriously why start sales one week after Steam and Playstation.

Just launch a Series X Digital for 400, go big on price reduction. Make the new Series X compatible with m2 SSD.

@Lightning720 I understand that, but you should know with the games releasing on PS (even if not all) even fewer people will buy an xbox, well fewer people equals less interest from devs, and fewer games.

Xbox is trying to speed run again as was the case with Xbox One.
This gamepass is great and all, but I doubt people on PS would buy it. I think most of the people who have gamepass and ps+ is because they have to, to play online. Also having two subs is a lot for a lot of people. Might as well wait for sales.

I might be overreacting, but even people overreacting Xbox does nothing, putting everyone on hold.

Only for the league car rewards. Even the car spotlight this week is broken. Honestly last year was bad, all xbox games apart hi-fi were complete bug messes. Like the gameplay, physics the all weather tracks but they are leagues behind GT in some things.

How come the developer that prioritised the Playstation version because more consumers, don't understand this tactic, will tend even further to Playstation.

As I only buy one console per gen. Next one will be a PS and I will stop buying games on xbox right now. Don't have enough confidence on Xbox existing next gen. So its stupid to build my library on a dying ecosystem.

Whats stopping me from selling my Xbox right now is the gamepass sub I have through 2025.

Well I believe this report, here in Portugal its very rare to see physical Xbox games. And even the availability of Playstation games are decreasing as the years pass.

Doubt the graphical quality will be the same between Series and One consoles. Switch also have 1080p60 vs PS4

To me its mostly Microsoft fault. They increase the console by 50€, not a great idea when you need to sell consoles in a territory that buys PS 4-1 or more.

Rarely I see any ads about xbox.
Only now they decrease the price of the console, when Sony have been doing 100€ discount since the summer and more in this black friday. So the 399€ price of the Series X is negated a little by the PS5 digital.

It also shows in the leaflets of the major shops, the big item in gaming is the PS5 discounted

Personally i don't pay full price for a game, maybe GTA6, so the only new games i play, are on gamepass. The rest i buy at 50% discount at least, to play while i wait for another game to be discounted.

But they could be trying to extract the maximum amount of money from people, before Microsoft takes control. Seems like every month has an Activision sale.

Just make a special edition Series S look like a Original Xbox.

If the Playstation classic was 100$. An xbox could cost even more, and Verizon or some company just sold Series S at 150.

Since Forza Motorsport 3 at least, Forza has DLC Packs. No news here. Also that is some of the ways for Microsoft to make money with the gamepass people.

From what i seen, only con is the small list of new rally cars.

@GodofCapcom they can't because they will get sued by EU etc. They tried with windows store and failed miserably. Also if they restrict stores, they will get sued by the regulatory agents. They got sued for having the browser included in the OS

@GodofCapcom cloud is also beta on Xbox only available to gamepass ultimate, its a complementary service.

@GodofCapcom You mean Steam (Which is a monopoly on PC) because Microsoft only makes money with the OS purchase not of every game sold on PC

@Banjo- FIFA only became more popular in the 2010's. But the 360 numbers don't matter anymore. PS4 destroyed XOne in Europe. And it's going to be hard to turn around. The hype train that every game PS makes is Goty is becoming ingrained in peoples mind.

@Banjo- I meant EU has in right now, without UK. At least in the mediterranean countries PS rules. Even when PS3 was crazy expensive. People only wanted PS because how PS2 and PES became popular.

Also Xbox is only strong in NA and Uk (in the 360 era). In the EU Playstation was always king

They don't include Nintendo in the charts because of CMA and FTC they defined a new market, where only Playstation and Xbox compete (it's stupid). If Nintendo was in the charts Xbox would be third. Switch sells more than Xbox One and Xbox Series combined.

Only buy games on sale. So game pass its a great filler.

Bought Diablo Prime Evil Collection. Planning to buy Metro Saga Bundle, loved the first two games.

Didn't want to spend 500, ended up buying the S for 250 in a promotion, PS country. Good for portability has I move in the weekends. Only have 1080p monitor so fine by me.
The great downside until now is the space. Has I like Forza it goes fast.

although i don't have any of those games in digital form

Sonic Generations, Unleashed and Transformed. Mini Ninjas always loved the game. And Resident Evil Code Veronica X.
Bought Jet Set Radio has i never played it.
