@NEStalgia heavy agree with all that. I think something they need to do is be more hip. That sounds vague and stupid all at the same time i know. Hear me out, this won’t be easy to make sense of haha. Apple has that it hip factor. Teens flock to iPhone cause android isn’t cool or hip as i am going with. All apple products carry that hip factor to them even in area where a PC is better for a certain task. Now some of that comes down to Apple has arguably the best marketing team in the world. But Xbox needs to find a way to make Xbox cool and rad and hip and all those buzz words again. Easier said then done and i have no clue how to do that turn around. I liked when they were the bro shooter. I liked those games and that i knew the 360 had that image. It was an easy sell to someone that loved shooters. They just kind of exist with us old 360 lovers at the moment. They need to do something that makes little johnny and little Tina feel left out if they don’t have Xbox like a iPhone and that probadly just made your head explode reading and trying to understand what it was that i was trying to say. Also it wouldn’t hurt if they tried to innovate every so often instead of follow.
@NEStalgia yeah it really does get tiring. Sat and Amy Hood already said no games are off the table for other platforms. I think they really are going to bring Gears and many others to PS5 and i just don’t see how they expect to not feel the outrage. Players are going to jump ship even more if this is all true. Such strange days these days for team Xbox. I wonder what it’s like working there. Has to be wild.
@Doomcrow It would be great if my Series X controllers will work for PS6”
I already said if MS would make the Series X controller for PS with the PS symbols and logo i would main the PS as my everyday console. Cause i love the Xbox controller so much more.
@RIghteousNixon Now if MS starts bringing titles like Gears, Halo, Forza, Fable, etc. to PS…well, that’s when I no longer support what MS is trying to do as those moves would absolutely threaten the possibility of future Xbox hardware. I don’t think they will make those games available to other systems, but only time will tell…
This is my issues as well. If those titles are coming why wouldn’t most Xbox players just go PS? The rumors are all pointing to Gears Collection coming day and date to PS5. Now today i just seen a leak that say’s Gears 6 coming to PS5. Why would they do that? Gears 4 & 5 aren’t on PS5…. Well yet! The other rumor that is hard to swallow is Halo MCC is coming to PS5. Havent heard anything on Forza but my goodness what is left at that point? I’m good with Doom, Elder scrolls etc etc. but Halo, Gears and Forza i mean that leaves no reason to get a Xbox for many.
@NEStalgia yeah good point Gabe don’t seem to be running back to MS, at least not as openly as Jimbo ran into retirement. I think MS should just sell a Xbox and keep some of the games to its platform only but they are hellbent now on being a 3rd party publisher with still making hardware. Thats something we haven’t seen before that i am aware of. We all grew up in the times of certain games were why you bought the hardware. You like Mario? Get a SNES, more of a Sonic guy, get you a Genesis. You like Final Fantasy and Tekken get a PS1. So this thing of Halo and Gears and Forza being on PS just seems so new and risky. It’s not cheap to plan and test and then build and ship consoles. So why even do it if the software is going to be given out and give players a reason to say i can wait and get some or most or even all of the MS games on my PS with all of Sony’s exclusives. Which really mean Spider-Man and Horizon, i kid i kid! 😅
Just not sure about this but the leaks and rumors and even hints from Phil say’s they might go 3rd party even with Hardware and i just don’t know i care for that. I don’t care much for HP, Asus and Dell. They are ok… but not someone i want building my Xbox. DANG YOU Sony for just not making a good controller, or shall i say comfortable. Now if MS really wants to help Sony and be everywhere they should make a Xbox controller with the PS logos and PS6 will be my favorite console ever, at the very least my favorite PS console ever.
@Decimateh you are spot on buddy. There would be no wait times. Not to mention all your games in one place. Which i like. So it will be an option for me no question.
@themightyant im hopeful thats the case. Time will tell of course. I just hate to see them not be in a better position that they didn’t have to do this. But here we are.
@Fiendish-Beaver @NEStalgia from the rumors that are starting to leak about hardware and software from MS. It looks like they will be a 3rd party software publisher so many if not all games will come to PS and other platforms, and it looks like they will allow other hardware makers to make Xbox’s. So we will have a lot of Xbox options in hardware like a pc. If that comes true and it’s shaping up that way. That will be the explanation we are asking from them. But of course those plans will slowly take shape.
@themightyant @Fiendish-Beaver i agree they need to be more open about it. The leak was the CEO and Amy Hood of MS said no game is off the table to other platforms and they have a code name for that project now. So maybe they do have a way of rolling it out. The Rumors of Halo MCC and Gears of Wars Marcus Fenix collection coming to PS5 is everywhere right now. So it looks like plenty more to PS in the coming months.
@nomither6 i can’t say your wrong. I loved Halo 4 and thought it was one of the best looking in the series for sure. Halo fans got a little weird with what they did and didn’t like. I think it will go to UE5 and that way it will be easier to work on and bring content to and even get some help from the other teams.
I think you have to go unreal engine 5. Turn the graphics way up and make it more modern. I know they wanted to try something new with 5 and fans wanted it to go back to its roots. But a really good Halo game is still out there and if made it could get a nice following.
@Ricky-Spanish Yeah the Orange Box on 360 was great. Does seem strange that isn’t on the Xbox store. Who know’s why. I can’t imagine how many copies a new Half life game would sell. It would print money on the PC for a few years.
@BRT15 i wouldn’t say that this year. It is rumored to be leaving behind PS4 and Xbox One and adding new movements and other new features to the gameplay. It’s been in development longer than any COD in a while as they got an extra year with it. So this is the year it changes things up for a while. Then it will be the same in 25, 26 and so on HAHA
@Banjo- agreed he’s better at it than me. I think Xbox will find its grove since the ABK deal mainly cause the software sales are about to kick in hard. They need to figure out hardware yes. But after that, where is the weakness? I don’t see many from a financial perspective. I am the most anti Microsoft guy as it get’s and yet Xbox is my daily driver and a place i feel at home. I hope the June showcase blows the doors off!
@NEStalgia @Banjo- yeah Nes got them good on that. Had i a done that. They would have ripped me for 35 comments. HAHAHA , NES made it look easy and didn’t even get hate. Lol
Nah Banjo, NES and a few others we ain’t leaving Xbox and Pure. This is our home, i mean where else can we watch MS bigwigs shoot their toes off only to try and win us back in ways no one asks for? Jokes aside, i think the June showcase is going to be really good and we will have some good things to discuss.
@NEStalgia that was funny !!! I mean Push has a Xbox article every few days. I mean they can’t need that many clicks and comments. Then the people that comment bash the games and then turn around and ask for them to come to PS5 in a new article a week later. I mean am i making this stuff and need my head checked or am i seeing this correctly. Goodness man!
@NEStalgia true, my point is it’s hard to get an apples to apples comparison is todays tech. So many factors of whats it’s doing and then throw in the exclusive tech consoles use to get more power gains. But i would like to see Xbox stick to x86, i just think for now it makes more sense, but i really love ARM for what it does well right now and i am sure it will continue to advance as well as will X86.
Dude that controller needs a diet. Like a glass of water and a few crackers a day diet. No way i am playing Gears of war on that. Not doing it.
@NEStalgia DUDE that bingo comment on Push has me laughing still man. Dang it that was funny. I don’t think there has ever been a fan base i would love to see lose more than the hardcore PS fan’s. They are not gamers that I respect and i say that as nicely as i can.
@Banjo- yeah for sure. I mean velocity architecture and other things that consoles have into them or not in a laptop built to run spreadsheet and send emails and have security checking for viruses and updates, etc etc. consoles push way above their weight in terms of specs. I expect to see further advancements made in the next gen to gain those capabilities from lower end pc specs.
@NEStalgia one thing to consider on those ARM laptops running games at 30fps. Those aren’t optimized to be great for gaming. The system resources are hogging power and taking resources that a handheld would not need to do. Not saying that gets everything running butter smooth. But it will get more performance. Thats the thing about PC and windows I never liked, you don’t get all the power of your machine like you do on a console. If consoles had to give up the same amount of juice that a desktop and laptop did we would be seeing games run at 30fps and below in some cases. Thats why i never liked when YouTubers would take the specs of a console and compare it to a PC. You can’t. The PS5 and series X is going to run GTA6 better than most if not all similar spec’d console. Windows resource hog is a thing is my point. I don’t know where MS goes next with it console, but as long as they have one i will be happy, cause i did a little test this week.
I downloaded Xdefiant for PS5 to see if i could play a FPS game on that controller. Just in the event Xbox is no longer and the short answer is I’d go to PC and play with the Xbox controller.
It hurts my trigger finger and the paddles are just to wide and fat. I can not believe this thing sells in Japan. That size is very not Japanese. 5 generations of Sony and not one controller that i can say i loved. The consoles and games sure the controllers are insanely bad and somehow most people love them.
@carlos82 @rustyduck i really like seeing some Quake posts on here. I have been asking for a Quake reboot like the doom game got. I love fast paced shooters in smaller maps. If they did that with Quake, i would be all over that. Quake Arena style shooter would be one of the only shooters that could pull me away from Gears of War multiplayer and Black Op’s multiplayer.
@Fiendish-Beaver : Gears of War: The Marcus Fenix Trilogy remaster. Hopefully all the rumours of this game are real, and hopefully the game is actually ready, with a shadow-drop on the day of the reveal so as to tide us over until the release of Gears 6”
Every word you said here is what i need the show to be for me.
@NEStalgia great points and all true. I am on ARM guy. For as much as i like about them there is always trade off. I see MS using ARM in the handheld, where it would be less hot and give it a huge advantage in battery life over the competition. All next gen Xbox rumors i have seen have been saying AMD. With a decent CPU. Man CPU is always the bottle neck for consoles. But i do think MS will have AI in the next Xbox and for sure in the handheld. Tech is so wide in todays world that as much as people want their to be a one size fits all tech, thats just not how it works. X86 and ARM both have their pro’s and con’s and are better for a certain device over the other. I am not sure that changes just yet and again i like ARM. But if Xbox didn’t use ARM in the handheld i would be a bit surprised not going to lie. I think that makes sense and all they need to do is make sure the BC is there. Time will tell cause i think we start to hear about the handheld plans in 2025.
@InterceptorAlpha and that is possible and a great point. I could see that. I think it will need some little extra perk so it’s not all centered around COD. That way it can still sell to others that don’t like COD but see the reason to join that tier. What that perk alongside COD would be, i have no the slightest idea.
@OldGamer999 not so sure we don’t see a price increase. But i buy my games digitally so it won’t hit me. But i am sure we will see some new tier’s as been rumored.
@NEStalgia so i know a decent amount about ARM. I really like it. I ain’t saying if it’s right or not for Xbox. But this rumor was a thing a year or so ago. It kind of died off. The new ARM Surface Pro and Surface laptop are blowing the doors off in performance tests. Not yet the real world experience but it helped surface cut the gap and even lead in some cases over the M chips in the MacBook Air and MacBooks. MS was looking into making their own chips so this all could be very true and if so. Maybe this is their way forward. If and thats a big IF!!! This took off that could leave Sony in a spot where they would have a mess to catch up. Especially in backwards compatibility. This ties into Sara saying they are working on forward and backwards compatibility and i thought that meant a change to Nvida or Arm.
I am so hopeful the rumor, tho some now say it’s been confirmed that this COD is Series X/S and PC/PS5 only. Bye bye last gen. That will make this an exciting game for me this year. I want to see how much they can turn it up without having to use older hardware. 24 hours after COD was announced for GP, Series X sales on Amazon were up 220%. They didn’t report Series S numbers. But i think a lot of Xbox one players will come over for Black Ops. Then next year GTA6 and last gen should largely be moved over.
@NEStalgia Metro was the greatest thing to ever happen to the Mac. It drove numbers of users to the Apple platform.
I will say the COD effect is slowing taking shape. The day after the news broke that COD was coming to GP the sales of Series X was up 220% on amazon. Throw this Ui in and they are pushing players to some sort of Xbox software. Can’t say I’m excited for this, but i suppose i see their angle.
@ZuneTattooGuy there’s a good chance they didn’t have the tech in the last generation to make the games vision they wanted to produce. Not making excuses, just saying sometimes big idea games like this pick and choose their spots. Last gen they had Red Dead 2 doing very well and pushing that tech to its limits. I believe GTA 6 will be a game from a tech standpoint that we be truly next gen. Hell 6 years later and RDR2 is better than most PS5/ Series X games.
@NEStalgia yeah i have lately been talking myself out of it with our conversations and just my own thoughts. I give Sony some heck cause of the controller. But outside not loving their controller i would be fine using a PS5 Pro and PS6 as my main driver. The Ui while not my favorite is still decent, even if it does take 6-7 clicks vs 3-4 on Xbox. Even more if you want to get to the games app. WHY is that on the very end and not front row Sony? But i know those YouTubers aren’t saying it all. I have friends that play on PC. They love it and make fun of consoles and it is what it is for them, they are also more in the rabbit hole on PC’s then me. I am not here trying to sound smarter than i am. I over pay for Apple products because they are intuitive and easy to use. I like consoles because when i ask them to do their job it just works. Does that sound lazy to PC users and gamers? Maybe, but i fish and hunt, i try and spend time with family and friends. I am not saying i don’t have time to game, trust me i do and I make time for it. 800 hours on D4 in a year. But my point is i don’t want my time to be learning how to fix or update something i spent all that money on when i could be gaming, then i am going to be frustrated and hope into a game not relaxed. That just don’t sound good for me. I would take a PC that is a Xbox like you have detailed they might do. That sounds excellent. Trying to remember if i know how to use Legos HAHAHA. I’ll get back to you on that.
@Banjo- i agree and think that would be the best fit for them. If they can turn their hardware around just enough to make it competitive and good business for them they are set. Cause they are raking in cash on software.
@NEStalgia those are a lot of the points that i don’t like about PC. I enjoy my Mac computers even less and less over the years, why? Cause 98% of what i do when i leave my work computer (windows) i don’t do at home on my Mac and iPad. I am not some computer science major, i know enough to make a living using one. I know maybe enough to sound smart to the average user and thats it. So all the basic functions i use at home. I can do quicker and easier on my iPad. Sure i think Apple gimps the iPad so it don’t cut into Mac sales and yes they have a point that a touch based Os on small screens isn’t a great experience. But i love my iPad with the keyboard and mouse. I am not saying to anyone it’s a PC replacement, it’s not. But for 90% of people it can be. I won’t go into how expensive iPad is cause it’s insane. So back to PC gaming. I am not going to be good at most of what i would need to do outside of gaming. Let’s be clear on this, i don’t know how to build them, i am unaware of compatibility and certain updates needed. I can’t use mouse and keyboard for games. I would want a controller, yes even for Diablo 4 on PC i would play it with a Xbox controller and i haven’t even gotten to price yet which is more than I’d like to spend. My work office/desk from home is small, so i would need a new desk, chair, monitor thats another expense. I already have great audio/ video setup for my consoles. I took the bait from the Tango closing and Xbox games coming to PS5 and ran with my favorite console is dying, i better run to PC. But is it dying? Not really, sure MS could do better but i am not convinced Xbox hardware is getting the plugged pulled anytime soon and if it does there’s still PS6. Sure it’s not my favorite but it works. I don’t know. You have a more sensible approach to what PC gaming is like, the videos i watch online try and disprove that notion and make it seem like it’s plug and play. I trust you over someone looking for clicks and free PC parts hahaha those YouTubers are about as truthful as ole JIMBO.
@NEStalgia yeah thats a great point about having to enjoy all of the hobby and not just the fun part. I am still not sure i want to go PC and it’s because i know i would want high end specs to just run everything much better than console, plus i see a lot of ports on PC not run well on medium settings cause the port teams don’t know how to optimize for PC as well as they do console. They just assume the extra power will be enough to run the game. Last of Us was a mess on PC at launch as an example. Not sure i want the bad ports and have to wait for them to correct it when i spent that kind of money. Gears of War on a high end PC will look so good it will tempt me. Otherwise i am fine with console most of the time.
@Banjo- im glad it made sense, cause sometimes i am overthinking what they could do to get hardware moving and maybe it’s GP having more big titles over time but maybe it’s not. I do think the S will be the Handheld and the X will be the under the TV console and thats a good strategy. However build the console really powerful and make sure it’s a 60fps machine for unreal engine 5 games.
@NEStalgia you couldn’t give me a portal cause it’s the one thing i don’t love about PS. The controller. I mean it’s an ok controller. Honestly if the triggers were better and they shrunk it down in size by removing the touchpad, I would be fine with the dual sense. Yeah man i just don’t know if i want the headache with PC. I am playing a lot right now of the new season in diablo 4 and there is a warning on it with NVIDA, saying they are aware and to disable something. Meanwhile i am playing and it runs smooth.
I agree big time and you hit the nail square on the head by saying MS games on PS will be like Square are they coming or not and if so when. That was a money and a half statement.
@NEStalgia yeah man windows updates and passwords all sound like hell to me. But it is part of playing on PC. I think Xbox lives on i just need to know why i need to own it outside of controller and Ui. But maybe it’s just cause i like it better and not worry about if Gears is coming to PS5. Let that be good and exciting for those that don’t want a Xbox. PC is my last resort. Xbox and PS will have to really suck and it’s possible they will. I think Xbox should say you know what we aren’t going to sell much to causals and the ones we do we could get them in on a handheld that docks to the tv so let our console be insane expensive and powerful for the hardcore group and let Sony be more console power and form factor. I would go for that. I would and i ain’t saying everyone or yourself would agree, but i would pay $700-$800 for a Xbox that is capable of being a powerhouse that avoids updates and drivers and all that PC stuff. Sure it might only hit 25 million in sales. But thats not to far off from where they are now and the rest would be happy with the docked handheld experience. If it were to live on like that I would be all in. Dev’s won’t care if it has low install numbers cause they are porting the PC game. The handheld software would fall somewhere around PS6-Switch 2, so that would be the real work for the devs. Not saying they will, but anything to keep me off PC would be fine. Also if it uses windows and PC software mouse and keyboard should be a option, so many WOW comes out to it and i would jump back into that. Throw the mobile store on the handheld and now they are selling to their full strength of the ABK buyout. They would have a place for WOW and Diablo, COD and Candy Crush. On thing is for sure and thats somewhere JIMBO is asking why you didn’t just buy a PS Portal and avoid the windows updates.
@NEStalgia i hear all those points. Just not sure what direction i want to take for the rest of this gen and next. The upcoming game shows in May and June will hopefully help some. Sony say’s they will show their 3 year plan. Which i think we can all guess is more PC and first party games. Xbox will show some great content i have no doubt but how much of it is coming soon and is it all going to PS5? If so that makes their show as much a PS show as a Xbox show. Takes some of the excitement away from it. At least for me it does. Time will tell, i do hope MS get’s back to console like the OG with a handheld on the side cause doesn’t that just seem safe? I mean the devs will just port the PC version over would be my guess. That seems like a win for all parties included.
Really excited, now Red Dead is my favorite of course. But I’m excited cause much like when Red Dead 2 came out it was pushing the tech at the time very hard and showing what could be done. Not to mention it was a great open world experience. I expect GTA6 to do all that but with today’s tech and features. I think this game much like RDR2 will make other games look dated or lazy in comparison. Now if it’s not a game some of you like to play, i can understand. But i like it and think it will be of those games that set’s the bar and breaks sales records at the same time.
@NEStalgia if Nintendo was on mobile the world couldn’t print enough money fast enough to keep up HAHA.
Well i would say the 360 did a little bit of what Xbox was hoping. Remember it was the console that had PC architecture over the cell. It was responsible for bring COD and others from PC to console. While the cell was a mess for it. Hence Sony’s switch with the PS4. 360 was bringing games only ever playable on PC. Plus they had great deals with dev’s to make sure they had big releases when they needed the,m. Unlike the Xbox One that went on droughts like the Texas rain. So i think the 360 did a lot of what they built it to do. Even if the strategy did change some. OG Xbox changed gaming on console in a really great way also, at least for me. But dang it.. the Xbox one was my console purely based on liking the controller mostly. Later it was because the One X ran RDR2 best. Series X i am still wondering if i really like it for more than Ui and controller over PS5. We need a reason and GP isn’t for me or shall I say does much for me. It’s good for what it is. Hoping this showcase gives us great reason to be excited for it and not just hey it’s here if you want to use it.
I so wish this game would get a heavy remaster. Bring it up to current gen graphics. But the PS5 copy at least runs at 60fps. Speaking of 60fps, i think i am giving up on it ever coming to RDR2 on console. Players and fan’s been asking for it for years now. Not a word from rockstar about it. All the game did was sell over 50 million units so you know… it’s not a priority for rockstar.

@NEStalgia exactly whats different about it? I don’t know. To much mystery around what they are doing or not doing. I don’t like the uncertainty tho.
Re: Xbox's Recent Multiplatform Releases Selling Well On PS5, Fallout Sales Also Get A Boost
@NEStalgia yeah good point Gabe don’t seem to be running back to MS, at least not as openly as Jimbo ran into retirement. @Decimateh you are spot on buddy. There would be no wait times. Not to mention all your games in one place. Which i like. So it will be an option for me no question.
Re: Xbox's Recent Multiplatform Releases Selling Well On PS5, Fallout Sales Also Get A Boost
@Decimateh never say never. It could happen. Steam and MS working together could be really big and great. I would give it a look for sure.
Re: Xbox's Recent Multiplatform Releases Selling Well On PS5, Fallout Sales Also Get A Boost
@themightyant im hopeful thats the case. Time will tell of course. I just hate to see them not be in a better position that they didn’t have to do this. But here we are.
Re: Xbox's Recent Multiplatform Releases Selling Well On PS5, Fallout Sales Also Get A Boost
Re: Xbox's Recent Multiplatform Releases Selling Well On PS5, Fallout Sales Also Get A Boost
Re: Talking Point: If Halo Infinite Is Finished, Where Should The Franchise Go From Here?
@nomither6 i can’t say your wrong. I loved Halo 4 and thought it was one of the best looking in the series for sure. Halo fans got a little weird with what they did and didn’t like. I think it will go to UE5 and that way it will be easier to work on and bring content to and even get some help from the other teams.
Re: Talking Point: If Halo Infinite Is Finished, Where Should The Franchise Go From Here?
I think you have to go unreal engine 5. Turn the graphics way up and make it more modern. I know they wanted to try something new with 5 and fans wanted it to go back to its roots. But a really good Halo game is still out there and if made it could get a nice following.
Re: Beta Footage Of Valve's New Game Has Apparently Leaked
@Ricky-Spanish i agree, it’s crazy to think they never did anything with the series. Likely never will like you said.
Re: Beta Footage Of Valve's New Game Has Apparently Leaked
@Ricky-Spanish Yeah the Orange Box on 360 was great. Does seem strange that isn’t on the Xbox store. Who know’s why. I can’t imagine how many copies a new Half life game would sell. It would print money on the PC for a few years.
Re: Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 Confirmed, Game Will Feature In Xbox Direct Next Month
Re: Beta Footage Of Valve's New Game Has Apparently Leaked
@Ricky-Spanish true tho if they gave me a Left 4 Dead game that would be close while we wait for HL3! Haha
Re: Rumour: Xbox May Be Adding A 'Consistent Social UI' To Games On All Platforms
Re: Rumour: Xbox May Be Adding A 'Consistent Social UI' To Games On All Platforms
Re: Rumour: Xbox May Be Adding A 'Consistent Social UI' To Games On All Platforms
Re: Rumour: Xbox May Be Adding A 'Consistent Social UI' To Games On All Platforms
Re: Rumour: Xbox May Be Adding A 'Consistent Social UI' To Games On All Platforms
@NEStalgia DUDE that bingo comment on Push has me laughing still man. Dang it that was funny. I don’t think there has ever been a fan base i would love to see lose more than the hardcore PS fan’s. They are not gamers that I respect and i say that as nicely as i can.
Re: Rumour: Xbox May Be Adding A 'Consistent Social UI' To Games On All Platforms
Re: Rumour: Xbox May Be Adding A 'Consistent Social UI' To Games On All Platforms
Re: Talking Point: What Dream Reveal Would You Like To See At The Xbox Games Showcase 2024?
@carlos82 @rustyduck i really like seeing some Quake posts on here. I have been asking for a Quake reboot like the doom game got. I love fast paced shooters in smaller maps. If they did that with Quake, i would be all over that. Quake Arena style shooter would be one of the only shooters that could pull me away from Gears of War multiplayer and Black Op’s multiplayer.
Re: Talking Point: What Dream Reveal Would You Like To See At The Xbox Games Showcase 2024?
@Fiendish-Beaver : Gears of War: The Marcus Fenix Trilogy remaster. Hopefully all the rumours of this game are real, and hopefully the game is actually ready, with a shadow-drop on the day of the reveal so as to tide us over until the release of Gears 6”
Every word you said here is what i need the show to be for me.
Re: Rumour: Xbox May Be Adding A 'Consistent Social UI' To Games On All Platforms
Re: Treyarch Posts First Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 Teaser Ahead Of Xbox Direct
@InterceptorAlpha and that is possible and a great point. I could see that. I think it will need some little extra perk so it’s not all centered around COD. That way it can still sell to others that don’t like COD but see the reason to join that tier. What that perk alongside COD would be, i have no the slightest idea.
Re: Treyarch Posts First Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 Teaser Ahead Of Xbox Direct
@OldGamer999 agreed. Yeah it shouldn’t. That would be way wrong.
Re: Treyarch Posts First Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 Teaser Ahead Of Xbox Direct
@OldGamer999 not so sure we don’t see a price increase. But i buy my games digitally so it won’t hit me. But i am sure we will see some new tier’s as been rumored.
Re: Rumour: Xbox May Be Adding A 'Consistent Social UI' To Games On All Platforms
Re: Treyarch Posts First Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 Teaser Ahead Of Xbox Direct
I am so hopeful the rumor, tho some now say it’s been confirmed that this COD is Series X/S and PC/PS5 only. Bye bye last gen. That will make this an exciting game for me this year. I want to see how much they can turn it up without having to use older hardware. 24 hours after COD was announced for GP, Series X sales on Amazon were up 220%. They didn’t report Series S numbers. But i think a lot of Xbox one players will come over for Black Ops. Then next year GTA6 and last gen should largely be moved over.
Re: Rumour: Xbox May Be Adding A 'Consistent Social UI' To Games On All Platforms
Re: Take-Two's CEO Is 'Highly Confident' In Fall 2025 Release For GTA 6
@ZuneTattooGuy there’s a good chance they didn’t have the tech in the last generation to make the games vision they wanted to produce. Not making excuses, just saying sometimes big idea games like this pick and choose their spots. Last gen they had Red Dead 2 doing very well and pushing that tech to its limits. I believe GTA 6 will be a game from a tech standpoint that we be truly next gen. Hell 6 years later and RDR2 is better than most PS5/ Series X games.
Re: Rumour: Xbox Planning To Bring More Games To PS5, Despite Some 'Unease' At Microsoft
Re: Rumour: Xbox Planning To Bring More Games To PS5, Despite Some 'Unease' At Microsoft
@Banjo- i agree and think that would be the best fit for them. If they can turn their hardware around just enough to make it competitive and good business for them they are set. Cause they are raking in cash on software.
Re: Rumour: Xbox Planning To Bring More Games To PS5, Despite Some 'Unease' At Microsoft
Re: Rumour: Xbox Planning To Bring More Games To PS5, Despite Some 'Unease' At Microsoft
Re: Rumour: Xbox Planning To Bring More Games To PS5, Despite Some 'Unease' At Microsoft
Re: Rumour: Xbox Planning To Bring More Games To PS5, Despite Some 'Unease' At Microsoft
Re: Rumour: Xbox Planning To Bring More Games To PS5, Despite Some 'Unease' At Microsoft
Re: Rumour: Xbox Planning To Bring More Games To PS5, Despite Some 'Unease' At Microsoft
Re: Talking Point: Rockstar Fans, How Hyped Are You For GTA 6?
Really excited, now Red Dead is my favorite of course. But I’m excited cause much like when Red Dead 2 came out it was pushing the tech at the time very hard and showing what could be done. Not to mention it was a great open world experience. I expect GTA6 to do all that but with today’s tech and features. I think this game much like RDR2 will make other games look dated or lazy in comparison. Now if it’s not a game some of you like to play, i can understand. But i like it and think it will be of those games that set’s the bar and breaks sales records at the same time.
Re: Rumour: Xbox Planning To Bring More Games To PS5, Despite Some 'Unease' At Microsoft
Re: Rumour: The First Red Dead Redemption Could Be Coming To Xbox Game Pass
I so wish this game would get a heavy remaster. Bring it up to current gen graphics. But the PS5 copy at least runs at 60fps. Speaking of 60fps, i think i am giving up on it ever coming to RDR2 on console. Players and fan’s been asking for it for years now. Not a word from rockstar about it. All the game did was sell over 50 million units so you know… it’s not a priority for rockstar.
