Have you played Dead Cells?

I played it a little this morning, its a perfectly ok game. But it feels like such a half effort from a large studio. Dead Cells still wipes the floor with this game. I love how in dialog the only animation to the characters is their eyes blink lol. Skull and Bones will also be on Ubisoft+ next month hopefully.

Please do not spend $50+ on this game just get Ubisoft+ and save yourself money

Maybe the demo was not a true taste of the final product because what I played used slide shows for cutscenes, the character models were not terribly details and overall it felt like a less interesting version of Dead Cells

Early Access doesn't mean just a piece of a game. Slime Rancher 2 for instance is a fully fleshed out game. It's in early Access because it's development team is small and still polishing it from feedback and I'm sure they are adding more to the game. But it's just a bigger more feature filled version of Slime Rancher

I hope Ark 2 comes out in early access, any indie developed multiplayer game really should. It's the best way to test the servers and not charge someone full price before they know its ready for primetime.

I disliked Skyrim a lot, and Fallout 4 disappointed me as well even after all their DLCs. However I couldn't put down Starfield

Xbox's refund policy is very similar to Steam's

With both Nintendo and Xbox I have had nothing but success with getting digital refunds. With Nintendo I had to call them and explain the reason for the refund, as an example I thought when Overwatch first launched for the system it chugged and they agreed and refunded me.

With Xbox I simply go on the website and it will tell me if the game is refund eligible and it's smooth and easy.

How much did Ubisoft pay you to make this article? The only use of Ubisoft+ is to buy a single month to try out one of their subpar games and move on. No one with common sense should give them $18/month for multiple months

What a weird hill to die on, I sure he's doing it for a laugh. This game very promising but was a colossal failure and terrible to play.

I played the demo and it was pretty good. However Japanese old school 3D fighters like Tekken and Street Fighter don't feel like they are doing enough to move forward with technology or story. I like Mortal Kombat's recent games better

I wonder about the soundtrack of the new Crazy Taxi, will it still be punk rock or will they go with Dubstep?

I do like how they give you all the DLC for the sad selection of games they provide. All that value on subpar games

None of those games were that price at launch. They may be that now but most were £30 to 40 at launch

For people defending Arkane Studios by saying a different division of Arkane was responsible for Redfall needs to understand all divisions of Arkane not only report to the head of Arkane but also to Microsoft. So Redfall's failure still reflects negatively on the studio as a whole.

What math are you looking at, the industry in not in a decline in fact it's ending one of it's best years yet. Also as much as I am not a fan of cancer I am not going to act like I knew the name behind the voice of Max Payne

I haven't counted but I played over 200 different games (almost 300) and I know that less than half were from gamepass

Just like the PS4 Pro, it supports upscaled 4k. However the Xbox Series S is limited on a hardware and software level to 1440p upscaled 4k only. Please provide evidence to the contrary

I had a Series S, upgraded to an X. Yes it does have an HDMI 2.1 port however internally and software limitations due cap it at 1440p and 4k upscaling.

They may support 4k but the system does not render then in native 4k. It is only a 1440p system. It can upscale to 4k, no matter what settings you select even in game or in settings of the system the Series S is not capable to output in a native 4k.
