I played it a little this morning, its a perfectly ok game. But it feels like such a half effort from a large studio. Dead Cells still wipes the floor with this game. I love how in dialog the only animation to the characters is their eyes blink lol. Skull and Bones will also be on Ubisoft+ next month hopefully.
Please do not spend $50+ on this game just get Ubisoft+ and save yourself money
@Kaloudz
Have you played Dead Cells?
I would try a month but having just got Assassins Creed Mirage, owning all the rest except Rogue and also having a good amount of the rest of their games, it just makes it seem not worth it.
Pretty sure the price is also high in comparison to game pass? I'd do a trial if one popped up.
I'm going to do the month of Ubisoft Plus. I am excited to play this, AC Mirage, and The Crew.
I'm tempted to try Ubisoft+ for a month to play this and Avatar. It seems good value if you can play 2 new games.
Not working in the uk ,its just saying manage subscription
I’m in the middle of two other games but I loved the demo so I’ll certainly be picking this one up.
Subscription services value often depend on what is on the service that you don't already own. Since I have many of the games already I don't see the value and Ubisoft games always go on sale super cheap anyways.
Thanks for the reminder on this! I'm gonna do a month of U+ and play this. Didn't know about the early access till I saw this post. Thought I was gonna have to wait till Thursday to check it out.
@Kaloudz
Then this new Prince of Persia will be perfect for you because it has about a 30th of the amount of enemies so have fun
@Kaloudz
I don't know which Ubisoft games you've been playing but in the past decade all their games have been mid at best. The only recent game with any merit is Fenyx Rising
@Kaloudz
They were for me but then they got lazy and started pushing out some of the most basic no frills awful games of recent memory.
@Kaloudz
Give me an example of a really rock solid game they have recently released
@Kaloudz
Really the only flaw Valhalla had for me was its immense padding and they called it AC when you were as far removed from an Assassin as possible
@Kaloudz
Unity (once it was patched up) and Syndicate were better assassin games. Valhalla is the best Viking game I've played
@Kaloudz
Unity works and it's one of the most ambitious Assassins Creed games ever made
@Kaloudz
I feel you are unaware that modern video games can and have received patches. Yes it launched in a really rough state but it has been completely patched up and is one of the most impressive Assassin Creed games. It's very inexpensive and 100% worth giving a look now
@Kaloudz
It's been 9 years since it's launch, it's fixed I promise you I just played through it again and it's a very impressive title
