@Nintendo4Sonic So the problem with Pre sequel is it has spoilers for 2 so if you haven't played 2 and are interested in it play 2 before pre sequel otherwise you will be spoiled.
Tiny Tina's is a spinoff from the series and really doesn't connect to Borderlands games. It does play like them with a more emphasis on fantasy then sci-fi and has the characters from 2 but the game is a story in a story. Basically the characters from the Borderlands game play a game like Dungeons and Dragons and that Tiny Tina's. Also Tina Tiny's Wonderlands is a sequel to a DLC from Borderlands 2 so you might want to play that before hand.
Basically best bet is start with 2 and go from there is you enjoy 2 then hit Pre-sequel and if you want more there's 3 and Tiny Tina's.
@Nintendo4Sonic I suggest trying Borderlands 2. It's fairly cheap nowadays and it's regarded as the best one in the series. You can see how you like the series with that game and not break the bank.
I hope it's closer to 2 then 3. I tried playing 3 but just couldn't get into it something just didn't click with me. The characters just weren't as good as 2 or even 1.
Well no *****. I am pretty sure most Xbox owners have Gamepass like me who didn't buy the game and just played it on Gamepass. Playstation owners have no choice but to purchase it if they want to play it. Thank you Captain Obvious.
@Kaloudz Well the fact that they already pulled it probably is the reason why they aren't doing it for the first one. I am thinking in order to put it back on the stores they would have to go through the process like a new game does which is probably too much work for them.
@Kaloudz Probably, but they didn't care. The only reason they are doing this is because of the backlash and lawsuits they got over removing the first Crew.
@Blastfemur Thanks for the info. As someone who's a hoarder that was the one thing that bugged me about the ES games. Yeah I know that I don't have to pick up everything but then I am left with that feeling what if I can use that later.
@NintendoByNature Avowed plays like an updated version of Oblivion and Skyrim IMO. Gameplay is similar but of course Avowed has a fee QoL that make it better. Now I don't know if those QoL features are in Oblivion Remaster or not. But yeah these games have a similar feel.
Diablo III (Series X) Continuing with the story, I am a out to meet Zoltan Kulle for the first time. Currently level 46 Crusader.
Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin (DS) After finding my old DS Lite, which I thought I lost years ago in a fire and picking up a new charger for it I decided to try it out with my favorite Castlevania games.
Avowed (Series X) I may of slowed down a bit on this one but I am still enjoying it. Still exploring the world and doing some quests.
Madden 25 (Series X) I am planning to get a few games of my career mode in with my running back who's on the Denver Broncos.
That's all I will have time for with the holiday and Wrestlemania this weekend. Hope everyone has a great holiday!
@Kramlar Because they are games that I am pretty sure people are more interested in purchasing instead of the same old crap. Can you honestly tell me people are buying stuff like Skyrim now?
So no Suikode Colllection, No Dragon Quest IX, no Final Fantasy Pixal Remaster, no MLB The Show, No Indian Jones on sale but Skyrim a game that everyone and their mother own at least 5 copies of so no one is going to buy is on sale again. Whoever figures out these sales needs to be fired.
@AverageGamer @Millionski I suspect it's due to World of Warcraft. It would take to much to move WoW over to Xbox store. After all Battle.Net integration plays a big part in WoW
@Ricky-Spanish Yeah I really enjoyed College Football alot. My QB was with Boise State before going to the Denver Broncos. I also have a Running Back that's with Wisconsin and a Wide Receiver with Air Force. I really like the fact that you can continue on ward with Madden after your done with College.
@Ricky-Spanish So you start with EA College Football 25 create a character you pick your position say Quarterback and you only play that character. So if they don't put you in the game for example you don't play that game. However there is side stuff to do like weekly drills that you do to build your skills up and of course keeping your GPA up.
Once you finish up your four years of College you or if you have good enough skill points you can declare yourself for the NFL Draft. Once you do that you import your saved character to Madden 25 and go pro.
Avowed (Series X) Still plugging away at this game so far I am 30 hours in and still enjoying it.
Diablo III (Series X) Since it came to Gamepass and I have been itching to play it again I decided to start a Crusader. I just hit level 20.
Madden 25 (Series X) After finishing up my college career I decided to go Pro and transfered my character to Madden where I was picked first round by the Broncos. So far we are 2 and 2 and looking to add to that win record this weekend.
@Kaloudz From what I remember you could save your character which didn't take as many blocks it just took all the blocks if you saved your progression like how far you were in the dungeon. So if you didn't save your progress you'd have to do the entire dungeon in one run and beat Diablo.
Of course if you play Diablo on a PS3 you don't have to worry about that since saves go straight to the hard drive. But yeah back in the PS One days it was annoying. A few other games took up whole memory cards, another one that comes to mind is Gran Turismo.
Loved the game and is definitely my GotY for 2024. I just had to drop it because Avowed has taken up the majority of my gaming time. Once I finish Avowed I plan on going back to it.
@Kaloudz The Playstation port of Diablo which was my introduction to the series wasn't bad just a bit odd especially the way to save. If you wanted to save your progress it took a whole memory card!!! Not quite sure why that was but needless to say I never got far in that game.
I do believe that people regard 2 as the best, especially with its expansions but I can't say myself as I never played 2 since it was a PC exclusive. Like you most of my time was spent with 3 and 4 and out of those two 3 is my favorite. 3 just has that pick up and play feel where I can jump on do a dungeon or two and jump off and I am satisfied. As I said 4 is not bad just has alot going for it for someone like me if that makes sense.
I have to say Avowed. They way they game has me hooked, I honestly haven't been hooked by a game like this since World of Warcraft. I would say that 90% of my game time is with Avowed right now. With 10% going to a few other games like Madden 25, WWE 2K24 and now Diablo 3.
I fell off of Diablo 4. It was fun don't get me wrong but so overwhelming and it just felt like a game that I would have to put in alot of time to fully enjoy. A far cry from Diablo 3's pick up and play feel.
@Kaloudz D1 was only released on Playstation 1 as console goes. At the time there was no Xbox so I am not sure if it's a PS exclusive, since it never came to the N64, they got Starcraft instead. It could come to Gamepass PC though.
I grabbed College Football when it was on sale a few weeks ago but I am thinking of grabbing Madden 25 here at that price especially since you can take your College player to the NFL after their College career is over.
@YeyoFairy It's a bit more then that for CoD. Before the put CoD games on Gamepass they have do a seriously security overhaul on them. They are so many hackers and bots on the older CoD games that they are pretty much unplayable in there current state. It would be alot of time and effort on Activision's part to fix all them, time that would be taken away from current games.
The thing was how Doug Bowser said it compared to Don Mattrick. The way Don said it, he made it sound like if you didn't want to get an Xbox One you were a second class citizen and spat on those that didn't want to agree with their new policies.
Doug Bowser on the other hand is acknowledging that some people don't want to upgrade right away and it's ok not that they are going to be left in the dust.
Avowed (Series X) Starting to get into Emerald Stair. So.far I did a few of the main quests and a couple of the side quests. I think now I will tackle a few bounties.
WWE 2K24 (Series X) Continuing onward with GM Mode.
EA College Football 24 (Series X) Decided to start a Road to Glory play through. Currently a quarterback for Boise State.
Avowed for me as well. I am really enjoying this game. It seems like alot of you I am taking my time and exploring and doing all the side quests. I am still in the second zone and only have a 1 and half days total play time. I am maybe able to play about 4 to 8 hours a week but still able to enjoy it.
It's such a chill game to with all the environmental story telling and then they way you can customize your characters play style is so awesome. This game is definitely a contender for my 2025 GotY.

XDefiant shutting down still hurts. But hey at least we are getting another Assassins Creed, right?
Re: EA Cuts Hundreds Of Jobs, Respawn Announces Two Cancelled Games
So basically the CoD killer didn't do as it said so they are moving on to other games.
Re: Gearbox Announces New, Earlier Release Date For Borderlands 4 On Xbox
@Ricky-Spanish After playing 3 I am in the same boat. Unless a certain villian comes back then maybe I might get it sooner.

I wish they would go back now and bring back The Crew with an offline mode, but I know they wont.

Re: EA Announces Release Dates For College Football 26 & Madden NFL 26
I figured as much with how cheap both games have been lately. I can't wait to see what improvements they make to College Football 26.
Re: Review: Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 (Xbox) - A Sublime Debut And One Of The Freshest RPGs In Ages
Will add it to my back log. Still need to finish Avowed and Diablo III before starting another game.
Re: Oblivion Remastered: All Changes, Additions & New Content
All that and they couldn't give us the option to turn encumbrance off or at least make it like Avowed.
Re: Hands On: Oblivion Remastered Is Impressive, But There Are Some Performance Issues At Launch
@Ilyn My roommate plays Fallout 4 on the Series X that way. She just gets rid of the emcumbrance with a mod.
Re: Hands On: Oblivion Remastered Is Impressive, But There Are Some Performance Issues At Launch
@IronMan30 Not only that but I only get so far before I am going back to town to sell/store my stuff and it just feels like I get nowhere.

I hope they use Avowed emcumbance style. That was my biggest complaint with the original Oblivion.
Re: The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered Is Now Available On Xbox Game Pass

Re: The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered Is Now Available On Xbox Game Pass
Will start this after I finish Avowed at some point.
Re: Bethesda Officially Announces Oblivion Remastered, Full Reveal Coming Tomorrow
I always liked Oblivion alot more then Skyrim to be honest. I will probably play this after I finish Avowed or Diablo III.
