Hopefully they can get Riders Republic functioning properly. They've been avoiding fixing things like rewind and collision since launch. It's frustrating hearing about new games and the last game is still broken. Hopefully this allows them to fix their games.

@UltimateOtaku91 I called it with the OLED Switch, not that I'm the only person with this opinion. But the Nintendo Switch is outdated and needs a true successor. Graphics aren't everything but a max of 720p while docked even when it launched in 2017 was bad. It's great as a handheld system, but many people aren't looking for a handheld. I have mobile games I play to fill that void. They have a loyal fanbase and and aren't going anywhere, but they aren't doing themselves any favors milking the Switch like they are.

Without a remaster if anything just for an online multiplayer component, I don't see this doing well.

Goldeneye 007 multiplayer is exclusive to the Nintendo Switch. Switch the console capable of a whopping 720p in console mode launched in March of 2017. I don't know who's worse, Sony or Nintendo, they both make me want to puke. Sony needs to stop trying to be the bully, they bullied me out of purchasing their products. If Nintendo doesn't get their crap together they may be cut off as well. Microsoft, well they need to get their crap together as well. They have failed me over the last 3+ years. It's as if they all hate gamers.

@FraserG Same could be said for any title that's TBD.

The LEGO DLC had the most content and replay value. I still haven't collected all the LEGO pegs in FH4. The Hot Wheels content is great but it has very little replay value and completed in about a day. Fortune Island was great though. I just don't see them needing to do this in FH5. I'm hopeful for another LEGO DLC. Fortune Island like Hot Wheels was finished too quickly in my opinion.

Seems kind of weak they didn't just include the FH5 Ultimate with all the extra content.

The problem is finding two games worth buying.

@ParsnipHero They will be saving me money. I won't spend a dime on their games. They have proven to me they don't care.

@Moonglow Neglect, ignoring, whatever it is. Rockstar sure seems to hate single player content since GTA4. I think it's a bit of neglect and ignoring. Zero content for GTA5 and zero content for Red Dead Redemption 2. I prefer games that have zero online/multiplayer content for this reason.

@IOI Well this year is definitely a pivotal point. It really feels like the last two years were wasted.

@Microbius I've gotten to the point where if I see a game has an online component I tend to just ignore it. Games with online multiplayer often leave the single player side neglected.

@TJ81 It is very impressive, my comment by no means was to argue your point. MSFS by all counts is very next gen in it's own ways breaking barriers on how it pulls assets from cloud servers because you can't keep the whole world on your PC. Just in reference to the Series X, the best is still yet to come. I think people will be blown away with the games we get that use Velocity Architecture and the direct storage benefits that come with it.

@TJ81 What is your definition of next gen? I agree with the fact that MSFS is of great quality, but it runs off last generation technology and tools. I say this because the Series X is designed to use the Velocity Architecture, and to this point, I'm not sure if a single game being played is using this feature yet.

This will be a true next gen title when it releases. Something this console generation needs badly.

We got what a broken Halo Infinite and a side grade Forza Horizon 5. I gave it an E because of the lack of games. These games aren't even Next Gen, I don't think we've actually seen one true next gen game yet from either console. For that reason I give it an E for now. I feel Game Pass is doing well, but that isn't Series S|X exclusive. The hardware itself isn't being properly used to give it a fair evaluation of this generation. I do believe this will turn around but I consistently have people telling me they won't buy a Series X until there are games to play.

Sony can't buy companies like Activision/Blizzard because they spend all their money keeping titles off Xbox.

@Chaudy Think about it, you might be able to play part 2 on the Playstation 6, possibly complete it on the Playstation 7.

There is a target audience for this game and they seem to have found the the formula needed to be successful with it. This was never going to be an Elden Ring generational game. It will have a cult like following due to the content that will be a hit at home parties where people are already up to some foolery. You could really tell from the reviews was that the ones that gave it a bad review just couldn't get past what makes the game popular. It just wasn't for them. I tried it and it while it I don't find it amazing, the humor hasn't ruined it for me yet and I will keep plugging away at it, it's nice to hear that the story is good near the end. I really like how the game starts.

I say screw Sony. I wouldn't offer them crap. They are definitely never getting another dime from me that is for sure. Phil pandering to them like this makes me wish he would step down. We need someone who will actually do something for Xbox users. Not lay down for Sony.

Microsoft's handling of Mojang Studios with Minecraft being on more platforms than when they acquired it should shine light on Microsoft keeping their word in this situation. This just looks like some Sony fanboy in the FTC is throwing a tantrum.

Microsoft should submit this as proof to the FTC they don't have a monopoly.

Last Gen Microsoft has no games. This Gen, we can't allow Microsoft to acquire Activision/Blizzard because they they would control too much...

Whether someone or not cares about the console wars, the wars are effecting your gaming. Sony isn't buying Blizzard/Activision Microsoft is. Sony doesn't get a say, this was an olive branch and they lost that opportunity because Sony is such a hubris company, they are dumping money to keep games away from gamers. You may not care but Sony is paying money to keep you from playing games you want to play because it isn't theirs. Sony has zero integrity. Microsoft is just as bad though.

10 years from now are we going to even have a new Nintendo? I don't see a reason to have to support these companies, if they can't even keep up with hardware why do they expect developers to dumb down their games. Just take a look at Sonic Frontiers on the Switch. It's just bad, really bad.

Sony campaigned and won last generation saying Xbox has no games. I don't think anyone has sympathy for them. Perhaps they shouldn't have spent all their money keeping games off Game Pass and Xbox as a whole and maybe they would be in a better position to do the same.

@Kaloudz Yes, I use an extension. I had to manually install it from files on Github. I believe it works for Chrome and Edge. Chris Titus Tech on Youtube had a video about it just a few days ago. Worked for me.

Not sure how good the game would play on a Switch. Nintendo has 3rd party game issues. It's long overdue for Nintendo to upgrade their hardware.

@Kaloudz there are paywall blocker extensions you can get that delete cookies to bypass many paywalls.

Most inflation is due to corporate greed. I won't be rewarding this behavior.

Game of the year editions will start becoming more popular. Why not wait a year for all the content and bugs to be worked out at a discount price. I will never pay $70 for a game. I'm sure there are many like me.

Time to find a new cheaper hobby.

@BAMozzy Yet if you want to play COD, the place to play it is on the Playstation. Because Microsoft says, Sony said so. Phil is a coward. All this does is it will raise the cost of the Game Pass while giving the benefits to Sony players. It's a head scratcher to me.

@BAMozzy I didn't miss that. I still think Microsoft is literally screwing over their own consumer in favor of Sony. It's not like Spider-Man or God of War are coming to the Xbox. I don't even play COD, but I find it pathetic that Microsoft can't have their own exclusive game without upsetting Sony fans so they won't do it.

@armondo36 It's not like people are against it. The problem is Sony is the biggest pusher for exclusivity and could care less while doing whatever they can to piss on Microsoft and Microsoft just says, please and let me help you.

@armondo36 It feels like Microsoft bought Activision to make sure Sony gets what they want. because it feels like were the ones losing from this deal.

I'll definitely be letting my subscription lapse when it runs out. I've been paying into it for two years and played maybe one game on it. The games I like to play I tend to buy. There just isn't any titles I'm interested in. I thought there would be more and better quality.

I would rather see Microsoft release a successful title this generation.
