@RedShirtRod They never showed footage for the console versions. I get where you're coming from, but it's not quite the same. It's not that it wasnt as good as what was advertised (you cant advertise opinion & I agree this would be pointless argument) but they marketed PC as though it was console, misleading consumers & shareholders both, that's false advertising. I have no strong opinions about this, I'm not suing anybody and frankly I don't much care who "wins", just saying that from an SEC standpoint this is a valid case.

@RedShirtRod @JayJ This is a bit different though, If you falsey claim a product you are putting on the market is perfect and this causes your stock value to inflate, you essentially lied about the value of your company. At least in the US, your shareholders are absolutely entitled to compensation. This isn't about releasing a bad product, it's about knowingly lying about the quality of the product at the cost of the people that own your company. Heck, even if you do it by accident you may have to reimburse shareholders (This is the industry I work in, I have had to reimburse shareholders due to accidents), so you heck well better reimburse them if you did it knowingly

I have no qualms with cultural censorship. That said, I will always be extremely confused by the USA's cultural aversion to bad language & sexuality, while it seems to embrace violence. I for one would rather catch my daughter cursing at or making out with a guy than catch her stabbing him.

@gollumb82 this is a wholly different experience than the earlier titles. I get where you're coming from, but this is almost a different series on its own. That said, I get waiting for gamepass but once it comes this is a must play

@Menchi the 3rd one really grew on me after the halfway point. It takes far too long to really get going, but in the end I remember it fondly

I'm glad people are able to enjoy it, but I'm still happy I could get a refund. The game wasn't what they advertised, no ifs ands or buts about it. I'll pick it up again once the price is low and the updates are high

@niggyt2004 That Spyro trilogy is phenominal, but I too couldn't get that same feeling from the Crash trilogy. I still can't quite put my finger on what it is exactly

Every Yakuza title they have. I've been raving to anyone who will listen on my newfound love of Like a Dragon, I just can't believe it's taken me this long to play these games. I've even owned Playstations from PS2 to PS4! Curse these rocks I live under

@sib Probably Yakuza Like a Dragon. I've never played a Yakuza game before and I only even gave it a shot since I got a refund for Cyberpunk, but it's a crazy take on the traditional turn based RPG and the story is phenominal. Playing it nonstop since I grabbed it.

Decided to give Yakuza LaD a shot since cyberpunk was a bust and hot dog. The story is phenominal right out of the gate and I am in love. I think I'm actually greatful that cyperpunk didnt work out otherwise I dont think I'd have given it a shot and so far it is a gem

Given how much crap I remember Oblivion getting, I'm surprised it's winning the polls. I mean I voted for it, but I'm usually on the wrong side of game opinions.

For example: Dragon Quest V is my least favourite Dragon Quest.

Warm bodies was actually a much better movie than I expected it to be. I remember my wife & I enjoyed that when it came out, maybe a good reason to watch again for nostalgia's sake

@Richnj Okay. I'll word it like this then. I don't think colours are important and I would rather they focus on things that improve actual gameplay.

Edit: Please note, if it's important to you, I dig it. They could tell me the only choices are red & blue, I'd still be happy. I don't think about the aesthetics, so to me the argument feels silly is all. Not trying to fight, though I do feel I'm coming across that way. Sorry for seeming gruff

@Richnj I assume vocal minority only because I can confidently say that not a single person in my play group cares about this. Secondly, I am not saying that colour is better tham shaders or the other way around. I'm saying that in my opinion, I don't care. It doesn't add or detract from the game either way. And if it adds nothing, I would rather have the developers focus on literally anything else. If colour options are important to you, okay. But the people that I personally know, not strangers on the internet, do not find this important. We care about the story, multiplayer options, & gameplay.

@Revengercm I have standards, just saying I disagree. I don't care about this feature. The people I play with don't. Just because a vocal minority is upset doesnt mean the developer should listen. Focus on what will make the experience better as a whole, not what will make a few vocal people happy. This is a waste of developers time in my opinion
