I used to be a PC gamer in the before time (before I got lazy & cheap and didn't want to keep upgrading a PC) so this SSD stuff is getting me all hot & bothered. That said, I don't play a ton of games at once, so I reckon the external drive (and maybe the seagate expansion) won't be a necessity;
I try to limit my "actively playing" to about 5 or so, so it isn't a big deal. If I have 20 games at the ready I feel overwhelmed, so I guess I set data limits in other ways.
I've heard nothing but good things of Automata, excited to give it a go next month. If it's as good as they say Replicant should be exciting to try as well!
Well, I was hoping it'd be a smash hit, but oh well. I'll still happily play it, and see how it feels for myself, but REmake 2 definitely gave me high hopes
@TheNewButler The LoS games are great! To each their own, I suppose. But I've been really happy with the recent gwg. This month especially was really solid.
Edit: As for what I want, I don't have much for a wishlist, but I'd be happy with an old school rpg. Haven't played one in a while, but something like lost odyssey or an indie rpg might be fun
Playing XBox at work during breaks is my favourite thing. I'm just hoping they'll add "stream your games from your console" soon. Help me dig at that backlog
Been playing through the first one just now. A bit late to the party but way better than whatever I expected it to be. More excited for the sequel than ever

I've had it but it goes away if I restart the system
Re: Developers Were Nervous About Xbox Backwards Compatibility, Admits Microsoft Exec
I'm all for authenticity, but not wanting bugs fixed seems a little overboard
Re: Reminder: Today Is The Final Day Of The Xbox Spring Sale 2020
@BlueOcean and how. I used to play Playstation back in the day, but with a limited budget XBox is the way to go.
Re: UK Charts: Resident Evil 3 Misses Out On First Place, But Just Barely
@BlueOcean It may not be "the best" but I'm having a blast with it. On a scale of "Is it fun" it rates a solid "Yes"

Re: Poll: Which Controller Do You Prefer? Xbox Series X Or PS5?
@FraserG does the poll include results from Push Square? That would be pretty interesting. Given that I think at least a handful of us here are biased

Bleeding Edge & Ace Combat seem pretty cool. Never heard of Kona.
Re: The Xbox One X Went On Sale For An Absurd Price Last Night
It was sold out by the time I noticed. Which is good, I think my wife may have been unimpressed with my purchasing a second one

This is great news. Even small latency issues can ruin games like Hollow Knight.
Re: Talking Point: Which Games Should Be Enhanced For Xbox Series X?
Resident Evil 2 & 3. They're brilliant already, but I'll take a new coat of paint all the same

Re: Xbox Series X Controller Still Requires AA Batteries
I wonder if it can still use the same proprietary battery pack the One uses. If so. Neat! Good enough for me.
