Re: Xbox Lockhart Will Be "Surprisingly Small In Volume", Suggests Insider

@BlueOcean I don't buy into a lot of rumours, but this one actually seems pretty well-founded because of all the different (and quite reputable) sources reporting on it. Other than Breath of the Wild 2 and Metroid Prime 3, which are quite some time away I think, Nintendo doesn't really have anything big in the pipeline as far as I know, so I guess it would be a relative easy way for them to fill up the gaps and earn some dosh.

@gingataisen I for one would be delighted if everything from next gen would run at 60 fps, but if I remember correctly, the same thing was being said at the start of this generation. Also, I don't think we've seen the end of remasters at all; I think there are already a few announced! A new 60 fps gen without too many remasters sounds excellent, but I'm not holding my breath

Some sensible stuff being said in this topic, I like it! With regards to fanboy behaviour; what I really don't get about it is the fact that the only person one deceives is oneself. Why people opt for a console that hasn't got the most interesting features or games for you, but does have the correct multinational producing it, is a notion that simple doesn't make sense for me.

@Jslade It still looks pretty good indeed! Considering it's been 14 years, the progress in the graphics department has been quite lacklustre actually, especially when you compare Gears with something made in 1992! Gameplay-wise I think it doesn't hold up as well though, it's a bit repetitive. The toxic masculinity and shakey cam are less impressive too nowadays I'd say.
