@FraserG Haha didn't even see this! Been hitting refresh on GAME all dam day.
Did it just then and bam, there it was!!
Came straight here to let you lot know 😁

Re: The Ascent Update Quietly Adds Difficulty Options On Xbox

@SplooshDmg I was always on the move and used my abilities the second they became available. I'd pop the spiders as a shield while I activated the switches. Loads of viable options. I've seen a few comments saying it was far too light in that regard but I feel like there's a ton of build flexibility.

@SplooshDmg Same, I'm very glad I stuck it out. Like you I tried a bunch of different options to see what worked. I ended up with a Lvl9 Pulse rifle, turret, spiders and the skill that covers loads of enemies which you then get health back from shooting. I've forgotten what it's called clearly πŸ€”πŸ˜‚
I've taken a break for now but will certainly go back to clear the last few side quests I have 😊

While I am a massive fan of the Souls series I totally agree with what Double Fine are doing here.
As I've got older, my game time is far more limited. With the time I do have I like to feel as though I have made some progress. If I find myself with a beautiful hour to myself the last thing I want is to spend that hour trying to beat a boss.
I realise now, that is slightly at odds with Elden Ring being my most anticipated game πŸ€”πŸ˜‚

Re: Random: After Their Entire Team Leaves, Halo Squad Comes Together To Let A Lone Player Win

@Blessed_Koz I'm sorry to hear that.
I've always considered Halo the type of game where mad cap fun is first and foremost. A serious game like R6 would lend itself to a more competitive player I guess. With that competitive nature comes that kind of attitude πŸ€”
Not that Halo can't be competitive of course.
Despite loving the early R6 games (the book is a real fave) I've never played Siege.

I've played Halo regularly online since Halo 2 and I couldn't agree more.
There were some dark days at the height of its popularity but they were always isolated events.
Recently though, only the most loyal of fans remain and the community is incredible.
Sprint or no Sprint discussions on Waypoint is as heated as things get (although that is rather heated truth be told haha)
Let's see what a F2P Halo brings to the table πŸ€”
