The month of May has arrived, and hopefully that means we'll be getting lots of juicy Xbox Series X info over the next few weeks! In the meantime, there are plenty of great Xbox One games to keep busy with, including four Free Play Days titles this weekend and some major Xbox Game Pass additions. Here's what we're playing over the next couple of days:

I'm really digging last week's Xbox Game Pass addition of Deliver Us The Moon so far, which has one of the most intriguing intro sequences I've experienced in recent memory. I'll definitely be jumping back into that one this weekend, as well as another new Xbox Game Pass title in the form of Streets of Rage 4. It's been a long time since I last played a game in the series, but I'm really enjoying this one.
Elsewhere, I'd like to give Sonic Mania another go now that it's free-to-play for a couple of days, and I still haven't had a chance to play Gears Tactics properly yet, so I'll definitely be spending a few hours with that game this weekend. And again, it's free with Xbox Game Pass (for PC)!

Thanks to Xbox Game Pass, this weekend I'll be taking to the streets in the long-awaited title, Streets of Rage 4. I've spent a handful of hours with it so far, and it's quickly grown on me. Much like Sonic Mania - you can tell the developers of Streets of Rage 4 were true fans. They've managed to capture the magic of the originals and at the same time add a whole new layer of complexity, as noted in our Pure Xbox review.
When I'm done on the streets, I'll be going into homes and removing furniture in Moving Out. I've heard quite a few people say this isn't as stressful as Overcooked, but in my opinion, it still requires a great deal of focus and coordination if you want to earn the gold medal on every level. To unwind from the frantic action in both of these games, I might set sail in Sea of Thieves, or go for nice long country drive in Forza Horizon 4.

A gaming backlog can be somewhat overwhelming. Everyone falls into the trap of thinking that one day, they’ll get around to playing everything they have and will accrue all of the gaming knowledge in the universe along the way. Only that never happens.
So, for the sake of my ever-waning sanity, I’ve drawn a line in the sand, and Marie Kondo’d my Xbox One hard drive this past week. I’ve sworn to only install games that I genuinely want to play. This weekend, that list includes Streets of Rage 4, Telling Lies, Freakout: Calamity TV Show, Moving Out, and Antigraviator. If there’s time, a sneaky little bit of V-Rally 4 (now free as part of Xbox Games With Gold) will get a couple of hours, too.
I won’t install anything else until I’ve played them all. Aside from Yakuza Kiwami…oh, and it’s Team of the Season in FIFA 20 this week…oh, and Sensible World of Soccer is free and…darn it.
Which Xbox games will you be playing this weekend? Let us know in the comments.

I'm gonna start Dead Space 2, for sure!
Also playing Ninja Gaiden Black and... Maybe Blinx
Streets of Rage! Only played about half hour or so but really enjoyed it. It feels like it's as great as I'd hoped.
The fact it's on Game Pass is an absolute joy and I've already convinced a couple of friends to make sure they download it and get playing soon.
Streets of Rage 4, Final Fantasy VII and Mass Effect 3.
Well it's gotta be Streets of Rage 4, obviously!
Yup, Streets of Rage 4, and loving it. Easily my favorite game released so far this year.
Nier Automata, I never beat it when I played it before so I started over. Just like before, I’m loving every second of it.
LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes (Vita) - Lex Luthor broke Joker out of Arkham and now the manhunt begins.
Fallout 3 (Games for Windows) - Still just competing random sidequests and enjoying the scenery.
3D Brick Breaker Revolution (Windows Phone) - Playing this one last time before the ultimate deletion!!
Almost finished Borderland GOTY edition, This game is long.. After that with all the Assassin's Creed hype right now I'm gonna play Blackflag next..
I’m still playing Doom Eternal.
Mudrunner is the starter, Lonely Mountains Downhill the main, and I'm having Two Point Hospital for my pudding.
Still playing Rise of the Tomb Raider and enjoying every minute ( 30 hours later). Probably going to pick up the dlc since I think I’m close to beating the story.
I may also play some Moving Out. I thought it would be the next game my wife and I play together but she doesn’t care for it as much so I may have to go solo.
Happy gaming everyone and stay safe!
Hoping for a bit of a catch up with my brother-in-law and Rocket League. Also I'm enjoying Descenders and I want to try Moving Out.
Been playing a lot of Modern Warfare and Gears 5 multiplayer lately. As for single player games, I just downloaded Nier Automata on Gamepass, so looking forward to starting that. Have a great and safe weekend everyone!
Streets of rage 4! thanks to game pass
and Little nightmares thanks to the golden week sale on xbox one.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons on the switch.
Xbox One — Streets of Rage 4. Lovin this game and as so many others have said you can tell the devs are fans of the series. Finished it on both easy and normal but I have more to unlock.
PS4 — Horizon Chase Turbo. While my son was busy with the Xbox One I decided to see what game I had on my PS4. I completely forgot that this game was given out for free with PS+ and I have been enjoying it on my phone so I decided to check it out on the PS4. OMG this game is so good. Like Streets of Rage 4 you can tell the devs of this game are fans of the arcade racer genre. With so much stuff to unlock I will be busy with this game for awhile.
Streets of Rage 4. Psikyo Shooting Stars Alpha & Bravo
Castlevania lords of shadows
@Spartan48 Excellent game, severely underrated!
