Please don't mention EG, this is an Xbox centric site. I'm allowed to support Xbox here finally. Also Split is cool, but it's not needed by the masses. Also people seem to forget it will come, chill.
It will be coming for BG3 and FORZA MS from what I can see

@Cherip-the-Ripper Promised miles back, so not really that bad, Halo should have it, but it's not a massive miss for me.

I have a small box room, no space for people, online gaming with 9 people in a party is far better

Split screen can wait, that is easy to see.

They cannot and will not make exceptions Kev, that is plain to see. It is a good move and important. Best for all involved Xbox users get it at the same time, this has not happened in the past and we don't want staggered realises at all. Would be daft! It might happen one day, but for now it's a contract clause etc.

Ship both and get it done!

These are the rules, they have been in place for years for the Series S and X, it's harsh but makes perfect sense, Series S and X owners are in the same boat and want to enjoy the game at the same time.

I blame the devs here as in, they need more time etc, to work this out. Series S hasn't had these issues before, runs other more demanding games fine!

@Fiendish-Beaver Don't think it's the Series S at all, it will work,
just think it takes more time, Series S is weaker yes, but it runs games that are much more demanding for sure.
Dev issue here for me!

@Titntin I assumed you missed the walkthrough they did, they've released quite a lot already.

@BRT15 GT7 has some dodgy visuals too on many tracks I've seen, like the cars are floating etc.

@iplaygamesnstuff it still works by the way just less 3:2 which is still amazing. I'd urge everyone to stack 2 years now or 3 and get the ratio. Easy to do.

I've seen you post a few times now. You get all the perks of gold with 25 games off the bat plus more to come. It's great for new comers.

Games with Gold had been pretty poor for years now. Game pass is better. This is good value too.
25 titles off the bat is great for new comers and more.

Looks like a great move to be fair. If that catalogue grows then it's already amazing value.

@GADG3Tx87 the loop is still active. If you're quick. My friend has his sorted until 2026. Mine is sorted until 2025. The value is still fantastic.

@Grumblevolcano it's great news. We don't want gold anymore. Game with gold is daft. Imagine having game pass and live in one. Will be perfect.

@HonestHick why cancel game pass. Just use it and get games on cd keys cheaper.

Xbox is not one game, and it never will be. Also Nintendo hardware is woeful, they are only top because of a few games.
Their online and MP experience is last currently.

@Darude84 You get a Heart sir. Of course. I play a lot of online games and active large Triple A with a few party games along side. So I need instance access etc. But yeah hope that helps explain it. I get what you mean one and done games, More a Sony thing. I'm playing for long online games that last for years. I need them ready to go, as I only play 2 hours a night, will be even less in September as my first child arrives haha!

@Darude84 I don't think you realise, If I'm playing Halo and BF2042 most nights, that's 2 large games already.

Add in Forza H5 and FIFA23 and crappy COD. plus smaller Double A games, I need them and indies. I don't want to install or move big games to play. I have a large collection, I want them all ready and organised. Most users will need the expansion especially with Starfield and other big hitters arriving etc.

I have 3 external hard drives attached, as I have my 360 and BC games on different ones. Plus I download games ready.

I need an expansion card badly, but I can cope of course.
Having my top 10 games on the Internal is fine, but a new game comes along, boom I'm struggling for space.

@FraserG I I more meant the Amazon delivery.
I would go for a WD one as it's cheaper, but that's direct from website, using 10% code which isn't too bad.

Will try and do a comparison price check soon.
