Voted Hit and Run because of the old Microsoft racers I want to see revived, the sandbox driving game of Midtown Madness takes it. And because Hit and Run is just a great classic Simpsons game.
If Xbox could allow linking with headsets already available, such as the Meta Quest 2, that would be lovely. Could see other games on Xbox become VR compatible if such happened. But for Forza in particular, it would be one of the best racing games available through VR.
@QuietLionXP Honestly, if it's going for massively cheap, I don't see why you wouldn't enjoy London: The Exploration Simulator. If there's one thing Legion did well, it's the world design.
Ah, Mask of Mists is coming to Xbox platforms. Such a great little puzzle adventure game. I will admit to being unsure what I was doing at the time, but that's because logic had failed me and nothing to really do with the game.
I could never forget about this when Test Drive Unlimited is making an appearance at it. And now this infographic has got me interested for more than just that. I've seen Session around a bit but never jumped on. I know enough to know it's a pretty raw stakeboarding sim, but not much else. Maybe here we'll see a new map for it.
The Life Games label. We know of Hotel Life (which I really want to get), so I'd guess we'll be seeing more of the games within it here. Dunno what else they could offer, but I'd guess they're looking for experiences not within the mainstream. EDIT: Whoops. I only knew of Hotel Life, but there's four more that they'd announced at the same time. The others are more mainstream than I'd thought, but it'll still be good to get a look at them.
The gameplay they showed off looked as though they were borrowing fom the third game, with expeditions seeming to be an expansion of the progression within that game. If they allow blueprinting of championships, I'll be fine with whatever else they throw into the game. But, balance, as others have said. It's all well and good having a few crazy events, but keep the core experience mostly down to earth.
Wouldn't say no to the stories being expanded in some way if they return to include the Events Lab. Such would allow a combination of Playground to show their skill at creating stuff with those tools, along with going further in referencing other games.
That's a lot of locations to be visiting and doing stuff in. More than ever this is looking the greatest LEGO game ever. Hoping next month gives us the release date.
Honestly, Galactic Conquest could be its own game. If EA doesn't want to return Battlefront to being a Battlefield skin, someone else could make it so by making a Galactic Conquest game. Could even combine a few elements of Empire at War into it, such as building and upgrading facilities on planets you own to buy more units to help in battles.
As for other games, would be nice to explore more forms of racing than just pod racing. Oh, include a pod racing league into the game, as well, but feature things like starfighter racing, swoop racing, even create a new form of racing or bring something back from the Legends material, such as the garbage tunnel racing from Rogue Planet.
So that's why I couldn't beat that mission when I played it on the One X. I thought it was my controller's A button playing up. Now I know I don't need to waste the time downloading it to the Series S to try again with the new controller.
Can't really forget about it when it was featured on the back of the Series console box. I've been waiting on this one ever since it was hinted at back at Celebration last year. I've been confident it would be the greatest LEGO game since it was first announced at E3 thanks to those closed door impressions, and I'm also confident it will be one of the best Star Wars games. It really is a waiting game.
For as much as I'm loving the recruit anyone mechanic and exploring London in Legion, I also can't overlook the things that are missing that would have made it better. I'm not talking about the missing hacks, but the lack of races and other side events that were present in Watch Dogs 2. I can understand why the Driver SF style events aren't present, but lack of races - even if only one per district - is felt. Even drone races. There are people who specialise in drone racing, yet the event itself seems to be missing.
I went for Riders Republic, but both of the truly new options (as in, not a remake) are almost tied for my interest in them. Doubt I'll ever get around to either one at launch, but I'd go for Riders before Immortals if I were to choose just one.
Oh, that does look good. As long as there's moving elements to it (that many characters and no interaction between them would be a bit of a missed opportunity), I'm sure it'll be good to look at.
@hulkie I'm pretty sure that TT Games were waiting for Star Wars Celebration for the big news blowout. Imagine the reaction they would get at that conference when they show off the game then announce it's coming in two months! But... Celebration's been cancelled, so when we'll hear of anything now is up in the air. I still think it'll be sometime this month, perhaps a bit earlier now they aren't constrained to that event.
Forza Motorsport is something I always love to see - just for the new tracks that might get included - but this time the attraction of a new Fable by Playground is just a much more exciting prospect.
I wonder if those in the pre-show will be third-party, considering the main show is meant to be first party? Could be interesting to tune into that pre-show as well, just in case there's news of a certain Saga made of bricks appearing.
C for me. After Watch Dogs it just felt as though my interest was lost and nothing could get it back. Doesn't help that the game they'd held for the end had already leaked, even if the trailer for it was interesting enough. Everything between those two, however... nothing was keeping me interested.
I've played this on Switch. It held my attention for a good while, but ultimately the Cookie Clicker concept feels like the main attraction while the adventure and puzzle aspects feel more like side additions to make it seem more fleshed out than it really is. I might give it another run when it arrives, as I did have fun while it lasted.
@xMightyMatt14x If I enjoy the third, then I can always go back to the first two if I feel like it. If this new one is a reboot, however, I may as well just jump into the new one after the third. I've no doubt that this new one will be a great game.
With Playground Games at the helm, I would be surprised if it went the dark and gritty route. I'm interested in this, and will probably dive to download the third game to give it a proper playthrough since I first claimed it from Games With Gold all those years back.
If there is indeed two racing games being revealed tomorrow, I'll be completely in love and completely unable to decide which I want to get next - particularly if Ubisoft also reveal a racer on the 12th and Microsoft bring out next-gen Forza.
Ooh, I'm down for some of this. Been ages since I played TDU2, and it's been an entire console generation since that released, so there's bound to be a lot of changes that are coming to this new one. If it stays in the same location... It will be beautiful.
I'd be interested in seeing what such a game could offer. I loved exploring the castle in Order of the Phoenix and Half-Blood Prince, so if there can be more to do within the castle, that'd be great. And if Hogsmeade is available as part of that (and we can go there whenever we wanted) that'd be an even sweeter deal.
I got the 360 too late to really have much fondness for it (near the launch of the One), and though I didn't get a One until 2015 it's definitely my favourite of the two I've played (counting the One X among them).
I've got my eye on it. I loved Starlink, and this looks to offer something similar yet different, with a world that looks beyond beautiful (not that I'd fully be able to see that even on Series X).
An HD remake... I don't think it'd be Burnout or Need For Speed related, but you never know. Could also be the return of SSX, or testing for interest before a series revival.
Okay, who voted Kinect Star Wars? Is I'm Han Solo really the best thing this franchise can offer?
I've got to go with the original Battlefront II as it was the game that got me into the franchise in the first place, though the Xbox version was only acquired a few years ago when it got put on Backwards Compatibility.
Yes, yes, and so much yes. I've said it before elsewhere, but I see this becoming the best LEGO game of all time, and one of the best Star Wars games of all time. I am absolutely excited to get stuck in when it finally releases.
I'd say it's certainly been a success of a game. It moved from modes that restricted the action to certain hotspots to more freeform modes that allowed the players to dictate the action. Sure, it's still lacking in some major areas - and I still wish they weren't using the Garden Warfare template - but it's a great game.
Completely digital. Have been for the last few years. No Xbox One games physical, only LoZ: Breath of the Wild physical on Switch from when I preordered game and console together.
Just offers convenience when things are instantly accessible, and as others have said, the Xbox ecosystem means that digital is easier and more convenient then ever.
Battle for the Grid is a great fighter let down by not taking advantage of the full range of source material. Everyone should at least give it a try now its on Game Pass, although I doubt the game would convert anyone to the show who isn't already a fan.
I've been enjoying the drama on the GTA Forums, but it all seems to just lead to Vice City and 25/March.
I honestly expect Vice City to just be one location on the map, perhaps with a few other cities of Florida featured. Make this the most fully featured state they can - with more locations than what featured in San Andreas.
I really need to dive into this sometime. I've only recently just started GTA IV, though, and I need to make a return to the first RDR. I definitely want to experience this before GTA VI finds its way to us, that's for sure.
I wish we'd get a new Harry Potter game. While they might not have been the best, they were at least competent games that made us feel like a wizard (except the Deathly Hallows games. Only thing I felt like there was a child with a finger gun).
It'd be interesting to see what they do with a new one. I doubt we'd get a game where we play through all seven years, for instance.
Well, this is a great surprise. I think I visited here once in a while before, but never used it as much as Nintendo Life (this was back when CVG and ONM closed up shop). Now that it is back, I'll be keeping an eye on it around the same as Nintendo Life.

Re: Can You Guess All Of These Xbox Star Wars Games?
To be fair, the LEGO stuff is logical when thinking it through. Don't want to make it too easy, after all.
Re: Can You Guess All Of These Xbox Star Wars Games?
19/20, simply because I selected KotORII instead of the first one, which then did clue me in when KotORII came up.
