Tucked into Microsoft's latest Xbox Game Pass update, it was revealed that nine more games now have touch control support. That's good news for on-the-go gamers!
All of these titles are of course included in an Xbox Game Pass subscription. If you want to play them on mobile via the cloud, you'll need Game Pass Ultimate. Here's the list of new titles that now support touch controls:
- Anvil (Game Preview)
- Archvale
- Exo One
- The Forgotten City
- Nobody Saves The World
- One Piece Pirate Warriors 4
- Space Warlord Organ Trading Simulator
- Stardew Valley
- Unpacking
- Death's Door (when it arrives on January 20th)
That's a solid update to the touch control lineup, including some major new Game Pass additions like Death's Door and Nobody Saves The World. 20% of Cloud Gaming players use touch controls exclusively, so the more games that support them, the better.
Will you be trying any of these out on mobile? Let us know below.

I was hoping to see Danganronpa. Bummer. 😕
I tested xCloud about a year ago on my Desktop. It was absolutely horrendous. Has it gotten better since then? I'm not going to lie, playing the Switch in bed is a bit cumbersome.
@isturbo1984 Last month I played through Halo Infinite and Forza Horizon 5 on Cloud Gaming on my base Xbox One with a wired connection and 250 mbps download speed and it worked almost flawlessly. There's no lag at all, the only issue I've experienced is that the image will refresh from time to time, which usually happens during cut-scenes for me for some reason. Other than that, Cloud Gaming has been absolutely phenomenal and this will enable me to play all future Series X titles on my base Xbox One without having to buy a next-gen system. I highly recommend checking it out as long as you have a wired connection and fast internet.
Edit: I realised now that you meant Cloud on mobile devices, so please feel free to ignore my post.
@LtSarge any xbox cloud streaming to any device really. your feedback is much appreciated. i havent even tried the instant cloud streaming on the console yet.
@isturbo1984 I usually stream small indie games I don’t want to wait for a download on or I’m just undecided about whether I’ll like it. I find the experience is pretty decent. I sometimes get booted but it quick resumes back to where I left off.
Biggest game I tried over cloud on console is Dragon Quest XI. Worked really well.
Only thing to think about is if you’re playing a game on XCloud console it will stop any downloads.
Nobody saves the world is tough enough in places with normal controls, touch sounds like a Uber-hard mode.
That's amazing that 20% of cloud players only use touch. It really puts into perspective what the shape of the gpu market is, and the value of all that lower end indie games on the service.
@isturbo1984 I've streamed on phone and on laptop, albeit over local wifi, not 4g/5g services, and the experience has been excellent. I don't do phone all that often, mostly laptop (surface pro) but I've spent months using that instead of my actual consoles. I have had weirdness at times with it just totally flaking out and stuttering, and I suspect that's more related to clogs on their end than my local wifi since nothing on my end really seemed affected other then that, including psnow. Wired its almost flawless on console. Wireless it's very good most of the time. Phone I never actually had problems with.
Recently though I've set up xss as a streaming server both for quick resume support and for games not on cloud to use with remote play. No touch control though.
