I was lucky enough to get one of the Halo Infinite Xbox Series X's on launch. Was the first time in the plastic I thought it was a bit meh. The stars looked more like someone had been painting next to it and been a bit haphazard with the brush.
Well I'm over the moon as my girlfriend knowing how much I wanted one as a massive Halo fan, woke me up this morning telling me she found one on the Game website and bought it for me! She's a damn keeper! 😁😁😁😍
Had just moved to London and was completely skint. Could only dream of one day owning one (Finally did when the Halo / Midtown madness bundle became available!) If I recall was £140, some way off it's original RRP!
@InterceptorAlpha One thing to note; the first hour or so isn't great at all! But once past that it's still one of the most memorable games I've ever played. Especially the twisting suburbs level!
Funny story; that guy on the left receiving the Xbox worked for a pub in central London called Ben Crouches Tavern. He used to wear an Xbox cap that he must have got from the launch event behind the bar!
I honestly don't think I've ever been more impressed with a bit of hardware. Bought one to go with my PS5 as was missing FH4, it's a fantastic little device. Ok, so it doesn't quite have that 4K sheen that my PS5 does, but it's by no means game breaking at all. Have been playing Destiny 2 on it as prefer the controller (Yes the PS5's new rumble feature is great - but I don't actually find the controller itself very nice to hold for long periods of time) and it runs beautifully. It really is only Demon Souls that makes me keep the PS5 if I'm totally honest.

Re: Video: A Closer Look At That OG Xbox Dashboard Easter Egg
@JayJ Mate absolutely - the likes of Strangers Wrath looked better than most first gen 360 games!

There's something about that original dash that's just so damn cool. Will never forget the first time I saw it - just seemed so industrial and mean!

Some form of the cyber truck would be pretty cool - but then I always wanted the Civilian hog to be playable at some point.
