Re: Kingdoms Of Amalur Is Officially Getting A Remaster This August

@ThanosReXXX
I thinks it’s pretty fun that they keep doing these stupid names for most of their remasters. I almost felt disappointed that the remaster of Saints Row the Third was just called Saints Row the Third Remastered. They also have the upcoming remaster of SpongeBob Squarepants: Battle for Bikini Bottom, called Rehydrated. Not quite as stupid play on words as the others, but at least it’s not just ”remastered.”

Re: The Xbox One Was Revealed 7 Years Ago Today

I remember watching that presentation live at a friends apartment, being severely underwhelmed by everything from the million different TV functions, to kinect. From arm hair and smart fish in that year’s Call of Duty game to some exclusive game mode for that year’s FIFA game.

Xbone has come a really long way from then, and today Xbox One X is my favourite console of all time.

Re: Talking Point: What May 2020 Xbox Games With Gold Do You Want?

JoakimZ

For Xbox One games I’d love to see Dead Rising 3 as it is NEVER EVER on sale. The three pack including 1, 2 and Off the Record is on sale all the time, and 4 is on sale pretty often but I’ve never seen 3 on sale and it’s still pretty expensive even though it was a launch title.

For Xbox 360 titles, I would like Fable 2 and Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands.

Re: Surprise! Seven Retro NES Classics Are Now Available On Xbox One

These games have some of the most stupid achievement lists I’ve ever seen. About half of the achievements for each game are for changing different settings in the options menu... Like, turn on reverb in the sound options, 100 gamerscore! Adjust the scanlines, 100 gamerscore!

Arc System Works should be ashamed of these achievements.

Re: Poll: Which Controller Do You Prefer? Xbox Series X Or PS5?

JoakimZ

Now I haven’t actually held any of these controllers (duh), but since Sony insists on having the left stick in the wrong place and having a segmented d-pad, I can pretty safely assume I’m going to prefer the Series X controller.

Also, the Series X controller is pretty much an enhanced version of the Xbone controller, which happens to be my favourite controller of all time, so there you have it.

Re: Xbox Series X Controller Still Requires AA Batteries

JoakimZ

This is very positive IMO. Rechargeable batteries gets worse with age, so to be able to change them out is a real bonus. I use rechargeable batteries with my Xbox One controllers, when they get bad I can just change them out instead of changing the whole controller.
