Damn, I was hoping Dynasty Warriors wasn't exclusive.
@Lup Stay tuned, not sure on that one yet.
Update: It's now been confirmed as coming to Xbox Series X and S.
I doubt it is exclusive. But never was much of a Warriors fan to begin with so not fussed either way.
I just watched it and my god its terrible. I think xbox will blow it away on the 9.
We knew it.
PlayStation nowadays is more like multiplatform station anyways.
It wasn't an amazing show, but Astro-Bot is just a joy. Genuinely my most anticipated game of the year
@FraserG
YEEES! Thanks, man! I am very happy right now.
Oh well I think I can safely say after watching that.
Unless Sony have something else for this year and maybe Nintendo my year 2024 is now set.
Depending on MS delivering.
Star Wars outlaws
Assassin creed
Avowed on GP
Indy on GP
COD on GP
@PapaGlitch that speaks volumes for the wrong reasons 🤣 astro bot is amazing but it’s more like a side meal . this state of play was bad imo
@Gamer_X people in glass houses
Hope Astro Bot isn't exclusive as that looks amazing!
@bowzoid lol I assume that's a joke
@PapaGlitch I was about to say the same
@nomither6 Maybe it's my sensibilities but if this is a full sized game on the level of say Mario Odyssey, which by all accounts it seems to be then it most definitely isn't a side meal to me. I'd far sooner play Astro Bot than most of the AAA 100 hour+ sprawling open world games with inevitable crafting and RPG elements that are so popular nowadays!
Not dragging Sony but by going first it really only showcases Xbox more strongly… basically a teaser for the really big show… or at least show only games exclusive to PS
When that Where Winds meet game got leaked as going to be present, I looked it up. Looks money. Hope that one does get announced for Xbox (hoping it’s just a marketing embargo).
I wasn’t a fan of the state of play and not excited about any of the games there that are coming to Xbox. I’ll be looking forward to what Xbox has in its upcoming show.
I know this is an Xbox site. But state of play seemed kinda lame. I love Sony in the ps1 and ps2 days… but they’ve kinda lost me.
I’m biased since I think the Xbox show is gonna be full of RPGs, but I think the Xbox show is gonna be a lot better. At least for me. Kinda funny how it is now… I look to Xbox for my RPGs …
Looking forward to Dynasty Warriors 🙂
@Gamer_X "PlayStation nowadays is more like multiplatform station"
If that's what you think of PlayStation I hate to see what you think of Xbox 😅
Glad to see some of these are multi platform.
The State of Play itself was nothing mind blowing, but not terrible.
Infiniti Nikki and Astro Bot were my two favourite reveals.
I’m hoping Monster Hunter Wilds is cross play and progression this time round as Worlds would have benefited from that massively.
I come on here and say give me the xbox360 days.
Now I’m saying give me the PS4 days instead of PS5.
It’s amazing how the consoles themselves are way more expensive. Same time line PS4 and Xbox one around £290 about now.
Games cheaper even digitally and lots more big AAA games around.
So it’s good old pay more get less syndrome.
@Tecinthehead : Xbox for years have been embracing multiplatform ideas, Phil Spencer constantly have gone on the record about it, while Sony is still pretending games releasing on PlayStation are exclusive only to see those games on Xbox a few months later...as this article clearly shows.
@PapaGlitch haha ikr.....as if that not PS5 mario game. YES ITS EXCLUSIVE....🤣🤦🏿♂️
@nomither6 Did you play the Astrobot VR game? It's the pinnacle of gaming. Anyone who has the time, space and is happy to be isolated away from the real world, would love it. Imo it's better than Half-life Alyx due to the sheer joy and colour.
But VR gaming in general is a bust as its so isolating.
@themcnoisy i don’t have a VR , id like to try it one day , but ive never had interest for it
"Don't worry, they're not all PS5 exclusives." Why would Xbox reveal PS5 exclusives? Also, can you possible have one Xbox article without mentioning PS5?
