With Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard complete, we can finally move onto the fun stuff like Blizzard's annual event, BlizzCon.
The official convention is returning live this year between November 3-4 and if you are wondering what will be on display, Blizzard has now unveiled the full schedule, which will be packed out with plenty of Diablo, Overwatch and Warcraft coverage.
All of it will be live-streamed on Blizzard's YouTube and Twitch channels.

As usual, Blizzard is offering a special BlizzCon collection featuring a bunch of digital goodies for all of its major titles.

I can't believe i'm excited for Microsoft's Blizzcon (don't worry, this is a joke)
I remember when Blizzcon was huge deal. I remember Metallica headlining their closing ceremony one year.
Let's hope there's no "do you guys not have phones" levels of embarrassment 🙂
Regardless of MS's ownership right now, Blizzcon hasn't really interested me for quite some time and seeing this schedule, doesn't exactly fill me with excitement.
This is likely the last Blizzcon without (or at least extremely minimal) input from MS. It was likely planned and scheduled as if MS weren't owners because MS couldn't do anything legally until they officially took over so its likely to be the last Blizzcon under Kotick and the 'legacy' plans in place.
Much like Zenimax had 'plans' if they weren't acquired and Redfall for example was a result of those plans - albeit slightly changed after acquisition, I expect this to be more a state of play under ABK before we see ANY impact of MS's new ownership.
It's pretty intimidating to see back to back 7 hour broadcast schedules. I've never watched a blizzcon but it screams wait for the news roundup and highlights afterwards.

I would hope for a few Xbox announcements but that will more than likely be next year.
I would like to see them bring the art style of overwatch to an rpg game. I really like how the characters look. But I only like rpg haha.

I feel you, but with Xbox owning Blizzard... And the rumored game that Blizzard has had in production for close to 4 or 5 years (a survival game is the rumor) was heavily hinted at by Jez Cordon that Xbox fans should definitely watch the opening of Blizz Con this year.
Sounds like they are going to be showing this Blizzard game off during part of their 2 and a half hour intro presentation.
He also said that PlayStation fans would not be excited for this... that intrigues me.
Intrigues me enough to actually give 2 ***** about Blizz Con lol
