@Banjo- Exactly. In my experience blocking is by far the most effective means to eliminate trolling. If the trolls can be easily blocked, they are no longer an issue. Having to rely upon moderators is where most problems begin, in my experience their judgement and response usually leaves a lot to be desired.

Blocking was the best way by a large margin to remove trolling. Now, it is no longer available for users and my block requests have been denied. Lately, Pure Xbox has been targeted by trolls and fake neutrals disproportionately, meaning PS fans that are actively Xbox haters and that spend all of their days here with different accounts.

Moderation in my experience has not been good enough: removing hyper-offensive comments is not enough to keep the place nice. It does not take care of harassment and passive-aggressive users.

This community is not about Xbox anymore, and Pure Xbox is not what it used to be. It used to be one of the remarkable few Xbox sites and communities, but its current state has made me lose interest in it.

@Banjo- The ignore feature is still there. Just click on the users post and click on ignore and you will ignore the user and won't see any of their posts.
