@stylon: my friends tell me there's a 10mm pistol or something in the vault when your leaving, but all I found was a police wacking stick, which did not serve Erectus well against raiders
@lucieisawesome: They only get tougher ππππ Just wait till you headshot a ghoul, he gets up and comes right back at you with six of his buddies.... RUN AWAAAAY.
@A_BabyRed_Yoshi: Theres a couple in the room where the big door controls are (Overseers office?)
@sorethumbed : So far in my wanderings I've met a Mirelurk Queen and a Super Mutant Behemoth...Neither ended well. Ghouls I find easier to kill with melee weapons....

I met the Mirelurk queen last night! Whew, that was a good battle. I enjoyed that. Killed her with frags and a sniper rifle (though I suspect Preston did most damage with his minigun) π
Yeah, I'm a bit of a wimp in most games, I prefer a bit of distance between me and what I'm killing. The BOS gun that you get (once upgraded) does nicely with a shottie as backup
I totally was not excited for Fallout 4. Never really cared for the series.
Then it turned out I was on reviewing duty for it. Loaded it up Saturday and spent a couple hours tinkering. Loaded it up Sunday morning at 7am for a quick go and sort of maybe didn't turn it off until 2pm...
Had my first proper Bethesda bug last night, geezer told me to go somewhere and kill some baddies, then immediately turned hostile and started shooting me. I couldn't kill him as he was needed for a quest, but he wouldn't stop shooting me, so I left. I think I may have to talk to the Railroad in my next playthrough....

@Red620Ti: I had a bug where I just couldn't buy a perk out of the intelligence tree for no reason, and my buddy was at the last story quest but just couldn't open a door and can't finish.
I thought Bethesda said the game was finished months ago, they were just fixing bugs? If so, they did a terrible job
@A_BabyRed_Yoshi: Bethesda games have an unfortunate (and deserved) reputation for general bugginess, it has a lot to do with the complexity of the games. That's one of the reasons that I said in an earlier post - save often!
@Red620Ti: Yeah, me too for once. Only a couple of freezes and an unkillable enemy. Really frustrating that one, especially as I disarmed him and he gave up fighting back (though still hostile -,red bar). He was stuck in a concrete block (ducked down) with only his head and one arm showing.
