Both films are awesome mate...My boy nearly exploded in Ultron when Iron Man and Hulk had a "disagreement"...

Big Hero 6 was very, VERY cool. Some real laugh out loud moments in that one.

The sad bit is super-sad. No spoilers, but I was welling up. As were the two 30-plus year olds I was watching it with. Big bunch of wusses.

Yeah we watched it in 3D on Sky at the weekend and enjoyed it enormously. That bit was very sad... although I did have an inkling that what followed was going to happen what with it being a Disney film and all lol.

Mad Max was quite good. All the vehicle sections were fantastic and the score was brilliant. The mid section of the film was a bit of a let down when compared to all the chase scenes. The noise from the cars and explosions was immense, a true cinema experience or one for a great home cinema system and very understanding neighbours!!

Lol I used to work in Botswana and flew in/out via South Africa. I saw the original mad max there and they cut out all the violent scenes (made for a v.short movie). πŸ˜—πŸ˜—πŸ˜—

Just read the sad news about Christopher Lee's passing. Those of us of a certain age will remember him well from the Hammer Horror films in the 70's whilst younger peeps should know him from Star Wars and Lord of the Rings. Kind of thought he'd just keep on going but he certainly had a good innings at 93! RIP Christopher.

Yeah he made a terrific vampire and a fine Bond villain in The Man with a Golden Gun too. He was really tall and as you say he had a very deep and distinctive voice although he never spoke much in the Dracula films!

Lol hammer horror films of the 60's and 70's, I used to love them. Sad to see him go.

Got thrown out of a cinema way back when, during a Dracula movie, leant over and nipped my GF on the neck. You could have heard the screams 100 miles away. We had to leave πŸ˜—πŸ˜—πŸ˜—πŸ˜—

There's a LOT:

  • 13 Assassins
  • Aladdin
  • the Avengers
  • Back to the Future (all 3)
  • Hara Kiri: Death of a Samurai
  • all InuYasha films (though especially the second one!)
  • Jurassic Park & Jurassic World
  • the Last Samurai
  • the Lion King
  • Shall We Dance? (Japanese version. Have no idea why I love it so much)
  • Summer Wars
  • anything I've seen by/with Takeshi Kitano (Outrage, Outrage Beyond, Sonatine, Zatoichi: the Blind Swordsman)
  • Anything I've seen by Quentin Terantino (Django Unchained, Inglorious B-st-rds, Kill Bill vol 1 & 2)

There's probably some I'm missing, as well.
