Out of those three it has to be MK11. I'm not a fan of the other two. Story mode was interesting but nothing amazing. MK9 is my favorite in the series. My all time favorite fighting game is Killer Instinct though. I hope and wish they make another one for Series X.

Welp, I try not to be but I can be a sucker for sales. I haven't bought any game at full retail price this year. I purchased Black Ops 1 and Fight Night Champion, both were purchased for a second time, because both of my disks happened to break so I bought digital versions. Other games that I purchased on sale are UFC 3, Wolf Among Us, Doom 64, Rad, The Division 2, Lost Orbit: Terminal Velocity, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Titanfall 2, Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, Strider, 2Dark, and Batman: Arkham Knight. I also made the excellent purchases of Game Pass Ultimate and EA Access which allow me to further expand my library. I need to get through these before I make more purchases and I'm hoping before the Series X comes out. Come Tuesday though I'm sure I'll be checking out the new sales that have been added to the digital store.

Not going to lie, I was a little lost during that trailer. Then again, I did have to sneak watch it while I'm at work. I couldn't figure out what exactly was going on, but I do like the art style. I hope we get a demo of this during the Summer Demo Event later this month.

@KelticDevil I agree that all those games looked great. Even better, Scorn and The Medium will be on Game Pass on launch! I'm really hoping Bright Memory and The Ascent aren't $70 games. I don't think they will be but I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

75-100 game demos is a crazy amount. I doubt I'd be interested in even half of those but knowing there will be so many to choose from to demo is great! These next few weeks will be filled with hype and anticipation!

This is one of the amazing things about Xbox and Game Pass. There are so many hidden gems and just outright great games on there! I have not played it but I will give it a shot after seeing this. It definitely looks interesting.

I love the design of the One S and One X, but I would not want a next generation console to look like a current gen console. I was never a fan of the GameCube but the mockup of the Series S was growing on me. Whatever design Xbox has up its sleeve I am sure and I feel confident that it will be gorgeous.

Maybe Xbox will snag it for Game Pass later on like 2K20. Haven't cared much for basketball games in a long time though. I'm just curious to see what "unbeatable graphic fidelity" looks like.

@duhsoares21 I did read some of that interview now that you mention it. It would be amazing if that were the case as long as they take their time with both to make sure they come out right.

I never played any of the original titles. I looked up some reviews once I learned about this remaster and was impressed. I just recently got EA Access and was hoping they would be a part of the vault, but unfortunately they are not. I will probably buy either Crysis 2 or 3 in the meantime and hopefully I like that enough to jump on board once they release Crysis Remastered.

I don't know how big of a studio The Initiative is, I have read nothing but good things about it, but I wonder how big it is in terms of how many people they have working there. I say that because I wonder if they could possibly be working on the Perfect Dark reboot and a new IP as well. Probably not but one can hope I guess. Whatever the case may be, the excitement only grows and grows as the days go by.

@John_Deacon I've heard many good things about the Ghostbusters game. I've never been a big fan of the movies but reading good reviews has me tempted to try it out. Have you played it before and if so, what's your take on it?

I guess it is time I get to playing Blazing Chrome. I downloaded it awhile back but never got around to trying it out. I hope I can complete it unlike Doom and Wolfenstein 2. I started both of those on Game Pass but never finished them and they were eventually taken off. Looking forward to what new titles will be announced soon!

@AlexSora89 this bugs me as well. There are a few 360 games that I would purchase, but I am prevented from doing so through my 1X. I don't understand why if they are backwards compatible.

Doesn't surprise me that it would be held towards the end of July. That is what I have been expecting so here is to a speedy July! I have plenty of games to catch up on and with the Premiere League back, I should find myself busy enough to hold me over until the event comes around. Bring it Xbox!

@Tharsman I plan on buying at least 3 of these titles. I've been looking online and reading reviews but if you could rank the Splinter Cell series, what would your list look like? I'm not sure which ones I should buy.

A new Tomb Raider! Wouldn't mind if it's still a good ways away so that they can take full advantage of next gen hardware. I know they say that "optimized" means they are taking full advantage, but I really feel they are slightly held back due to xbox one versions.

I was already excited for the messenger and observation when they were announced for xbox. Now I really can't wait with this game pass announcement! I love xbox!

Such a great topic! As much as I would like for Xbox to announce a price, I also want us to undercut Sony's price after they announce theirs. I would love it if Phil Spencer played a little dirty and rubbed it in their face the way they did with the Xbox One reveal! I'm sure Phil has too much class for that though.

As far as games go, extended gameplay is a must. I think everyone is in agreement that a Perfect Dark and Fable reboot are very much welcomed and wanted. I'm excited to see these new types of games that Microsoft has mentioned. New IP's are expected, but I would also like to see some new backwards compatible games announced. I've been dying to play NFL Blitz and MK9 on my X1X! I'm hoping for some EA gameplay, maybe some FIFA, Star Wars, UFC, or even a Fight Night announcement! They didn't show much of anything at their EA Play event so hopefully Xbox has them saving some of their work for this event.

I think a release date will be announced. I really don't see them announcing the price unless they have insight on Sony's plans or unless they are just set on what they want to pull off that "mic drop". July can not get here soon enough!

I have never played any of the Crash games but looking at this trailer and reading comments about how beloved the franchise is I think I will end up giving the N. Sane Trilogy a shot.

@BANJO some very good games coming our way indeed! There are many more plus ones that we do not even know about yet. Sounds wonderful and appealing but man my wallet is cringing looking at all the stellar games that are coming out. Thank God (and Microsoft) for Game Pass!

I have been really busy with work this week and completely forgot to purchase two games from last week's sale. I was looking forward to giving For Honor and Rainbow Six Siege a try. Oh well, guess I'll wait and see if they go on sale again later. Maybe I'll give Strider and Chaos Theory a go this week.

I haven't played a NFS game in a very long time. I made a slight attempt at getting into one during the sales that Xbox has, but i could never figure out which one to purchase. Maybe I'll just start with Heat. The visuals shown in the pictures as "work in progress" look absolutely ridiculous though! I mean that in a good way. I don't even want to believe that is what the next NFS will actually end up looking like because I don't want to be let down when it's actually released.

I never played the original but recently downloaded it for free as this month's games with gold. I find that odd since the remake is right around the corner, but I'm looking forward to playing through the campaign.

@FraserG 3 games that I've been contemplating on spending some time on are dead by daylight, for honor, and rainbow six siege. I've heard good and bad things about them. Have you given any of these a try and if so, what are your thoughts?

"Absolutely going to bring the heat"! Wow, words like that only get me even more hyped so I hope Microsoft actually does go all in and destroy that mediocre playstation showing. I'm not the biggest halo fan but I'm curious to see what's new since I'll probably give it a try being it'll be on game pass day 1. Looking forward to seeing what new IPs are coming. My unrealistic wishlist would include:
Killer instinct
Fight night
A licensed baseball game
Turok
Ninja gaiden
A more realistic wishlist would be tomb raider, perfect dark, more on hellblade, fifa 21, more the ascent, more on the medium, more on second extinction, more on bright memory infinite, more on valhalla. Then just whatever new games they have.
Also, I'd like some new backwards compatibility announcements. My dream wishlist for that would include:

Goldeneye 007

Man i can't wait for this! Xbox please kill this show!

Haven't been the biggest fan of EAs ufc series. With the likes of Mike Tyson and Isaac frost being included in ufc 3, and now Tyson fury possibly in ufc 4, I can only hope that this is a step closer to finally giving us another fight night!
