Update []: Microsoft has confirmed today that all six of the games leaving Xbox Game Pass in late January 2025 will also be removed from Xbox Cloud Gaming. We've updated the table below.
If you haven't seen, we've also now got 13 Game Pass titles confirmed for January 22nd - February 4th!
Original Story: It's that time again! Microsoft has revealed the next batch of games leaving Xbox Game Pass in late January today, which includes six titles in all - with the likes of Death's Door and Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem amongst them.
In fact, Death's Door is one of those games that received an extremely rare 10/10 score here at Pure Xbox back in 2021, so we highly recommend you try it before it goes! We'll throw a link to our original review of the game down below:
Here's the full list of games leaving Xbox Game Pass in late January 2025:
Date | Game | Platform |
January 31 | Anuchard | Console, PC, Cloud |
January 31 | Broforce | Console, PC, Cloud |
January 31 | Darkest Dungeon | Console, PC, Cloud |
January 31 | Death's Door | Console, PC, Cloud |
January 31 | Maquette | Console, PC, Cloud |
January 31 | Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem | Console, PC, Cloud |
As usual, you'll be able to buy these games for at least 20% off before they leave the Xbox Game Pass library, and they may even show up in any special sales promotions that occur between now and January 31st.
In terms of what's next, we've got a bunch of Xbox Game Pass titles confirmed for later this month including Sniper Elite: Resistance and Eternal Strands, while we've also made predictions about what might leave the service in February elsewhere on Pure Xbox.
Which of these are you going to miss in particular? Tell us down in the comments section below.

Maquette is a great little story puzzler game for anyone who has not yet tried it. Its short so plenty of time to finish before it leaves.
I wholeheartedly recommend Death’s Door. I purchased before it came to game pass. No regrets as it is a lovely little game that is well worth experiencing.
Deaths Door is a must play. Absolutely loved that game
I also fully recommend Darth's Door! Such a great game and it was fun getting all the achievements too.
Some brilliant games there. Can only echo what others have said, Deaths Door is a masterpiece. One of the best games I’ve played in years. Tight action gameplay, stunning 2D graphics, amazing soundtrack and a lovely little story. Replayability too. 85 on Metacritic. Worth a buy at £15.
Broforce is great too, and Maquette is fun if a bit more niche.
The trend where Ultimate members lose more games than they get continues.
I really wish they’d announce these things further in advance, or announce the whole month at once and have them all leave at the end of the month. Why does it need to be two batches anyway?
Darkest dungeon is great. I was a Kickstarter backer back when. I’m surprised to see it go actually.
I did not even know serious Sam Siberian was on game pass. No idea how missed that till now
Broforce. Just Broforce.
You'll love it.
@oopsiezz 12 are leaving and 12 are coming to Ultimate members (5 of them are day one releases). I believe your trend is not that accurate.
Darkest Dungeon is an actual modern day classic. The sequel is almost as good.
If you've got the time over the next few weeks I also recommend Deaths Door. Fantastic game.
