Submerged is a neat little game. If you need a synopsis: It's a post apocalyptic world, flooded, and you are on a boat in this medium sized city rowing around buildings and clambering up half submerged skyscrapers tangled with trees and vines, getting onto buildings to climb around and explore to find medicine to help your sick sister. There's no combat that I recall, it's purely rowing and exploring the world via an Assassins Creed style climbing system.
I played it on Switch and have fond memories despite the obvious visual downgrade it had there. If you like platforming, "beautiful apocalypse" settings, or just low stress games, it's a good one IMO. Pretty cheap on sale.
@Pusher2021 picked up GRID for this reason and rage quit once it introduced a broken drift level. ruined it!
and WTF is going on with the UK/US Lego pricing??
@Dimey That can be frustrating but it made me better at the (weird) drifting in this game. Glad it was a smaller part of the game tbh. Except with the DLC Winter bash which was more difficult? It's been a while since I played it. I like the drifting in FH5 a lot more and the 1 million challenge in one of the Seasons did the same thing.
The regular races on GL, I upped the difficulty, it's more fun that way.
Drifting in Inertial Drift felt more easy to name another title.
I picked up Forza 4 Ultimate after playing the standard version on Gamepass a lot. Right now I'm doing the fortune Island DLC and I'm absolutely loving it. The Forza gameplay loop really is something else. Perfect game to pick up, do some races and put down again.
