Call of Duty may be super well-known for its multiplayer component, but whenever a Treyarch-developed entry comes around, Zombies mode is another hot topic amongst the community. This year, for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, the team is hailing new map 'Terminus' as a return to round-based Zombies - and here's our first in-game look at the mode.
Up above is some hot-off-the-press footage of Black Ops 6 Zombies for you to all enjoy. The team's Zombies gameplay reveal showcases the new map, characters, movement mechanics and more - alongside some old-favourite features returning; like perk soda machines and 'GobbleGum' abilities.

What's more - it sounds like the team is going to town on the quality of life changes being made for Zombies mode in Black Ops 6. The mode has long been tough to properly get into for newcomers, especially when it comes to finishing the main quests, but the developer is making a ton of improvements to that whole process in this year's game. Treyarch has been going over all of this on Twitter, and we highly recommend browsing their feed — along with the Call of Duty blog — for all the new details on Black Ops 6 Zombies.
We'll also leave you with this: Terminus isn't the only Zombies map coming to Black Ops 6 at launch. The team is already teasing a second map — Liberty Falls — which will be fully revealed later this month. All of this Zombies content, alongside campaign and multiplayer, day one on Xbox Game Pass? We're in for a treat this October!
Excited for this one, then, Game Pass aficionados? Tell us if you're playing COD Zombies this year down below.

Need some campaign info, especially game length. Playing blacks op 3 right now, which has a good meaty campaign and length.
Would be great to see that return.
This looks OK to be fair, I've not really enjoyed a Call of Duty since BO2, so hopefully it lives up to that.
I don’t know how accurate this theory actually is, but what if Activision combined the games into one launcher because the ‘good’ aspects of Call of Duty as a franchise are split across three games: MW2 (campaign), MW3 (multiplayer), and BO6 (Zombies). 😔, I wouldn’t put it past them…
I was so excited until they stated no 4 player split screen Zombies.
Immediately killed any interest I had.
Since coming on game pass I’ve been really enjoying zombies in MW3 to be honest. Not played zombies for long time before this one
@OldGamer999 I too am enjoying MW 3s campaign.
Bring it on, there is a few things that was stated in the recent blog that gives me a little bit of distaste like the game being always online, it's horrible going for a high round and it disconnects but then to avoid that going offline was the answer but it's not possible to do that now either, I know there is now a new save feature but it's still the same thing unfortunately but all in all it looks great.
