It seems as though we're pretty much done with Xbox Game Pass in 2023 now, as Microsoft has nothing more confirmed for the service in December, so it's time to start looking ahead to what's arriving in 2024.
The list for next year is already pretty big, but in terms of January and February, there's still a lot of fleshing out to do. That said, two more games have been confirmed for those months today in the form of Go Mecha Ball and PlateUp!.
We'll keep an eye on all the other Xbox Game Pass titles as they're revealed over the coming weeks, and don't forget to keep checking out our exhaustive 2024 guide - it's always updated as soon as we get confirmation of new games!
Let's take a look at more details about Go Mecha Ball and PlateUp!:
Go Mecha Ball (January 25, 2024)
"Load up and roll out, in this twin stick shooter with roguelike progression! Blast your way through arcade-style levels, using pinball-style physics mixed with an arsenal of devastating weapons. Defeat waves of enemy bots, battle big bosses, and upgrade your mech between runs."
PlateUp! (February 15, 2024)
"Cook and serve your dishes, design and decorate your restaurants, and expand your culinary kingdom with new unlocks, abilities and dishes in procedurally-generated locations. Classic cooking action with permanent roguelite progression. Hire your friends - or do it all yourself!"

@Kaloudz had a blast this year with game pass and looking forward to 2024 mainly for hellblade 2
Activision games hopefully will drop January aswell
@eire-shabba Diablo 4 should be on there today in my opinion. Of course, I'm not behind the scenes to understand the reasoning.
But I do believe very, very, very, large part is they are absolutely doing that on purpose so copies are purchased for Christmas gifts. Then once Microsoft gets that holiday cash it will "mysteriously" be on game pass.
I think that is a dirty way to do business and makes me detest game pass that much more.
I had a great year of gaming … I see no reason not to get extremely optimistic for 2024
@GuyinPA75 Yeah that must be the only reason they are not up on gamepass right now and you can bet they will all be on sale over the Christmas all any company out there wants is the money in your pocket
Go Mecha Ball is a big win for me. I’m really looking forward to playing it.
I am getting real tired of the same games coming out for Xbox. Lots of smaller indie games and these party style games. Good thing I got a Playstation 5 so I can play all of the great Single player story driven games like Spider-Man, The Last of Us, God of War and Uncharted. Xbox has none of those and its really starting to turn me into a Playstation fan...
Finally! some games i'm not interested in and may be able to catch up... just a little.
@GuyinPA75 I really do not understand how you've managed to get angry at a scenario you yourself have created in your own head. And then decide the sensible thing is to use that imagined scenario to fuel some level of hatred to a service that makes games accessible. Like... Just wait if that's the case? I am baffled.
Yeah, we will probably see some Activision games soon in 2024, but the press releases have been saying for a while it will take time. Some games may have complicated licenses, different business models. But anyone buying Diablo 4 today should not be surprised if it shows up on GP next year. I bought it over the summer and it looked pretty likely then I could wait it out, so I won't be upset. I'll be enjoying the Diablo 2 release at no extra cost, instead
Let me preface this by saying I pay for GamePass. So... what i'm about to say should not come off as a rant. But lets keep it real, they dont really have any good games on there. I mean besides MLB, Forza, Halo, most of the games on there are meh at best. I enjoyed Starfield for a while til i realized how broken the game was. But I will say that i enjoy the option of finding a diamond in the rough out of games I KNOW for a fact i would never buy. I just wished it had more games I liked. But no real complaints from me.
