The Golden Joystick Awards 2023 took place earlier today, and Starfield took home the Xbox Game of the Year award!
Bethesda's epic RPG managed to beat Dead Space, Hi-Fi RUSH, Planet of Lana, Chants Of Sennaar and Pentiment in securing the award, while Resident Evil 4 and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom took home the equivalent awards for PlayStation and Nintendo respectively.
The "Ultimate GOTY" award went to Baldur's Gate 3, which ended up proving easily the biggest success story of the night, racking up an extremely impressive seven awards in total. We're even more excited for its Xbox release now!
