@Kaloudz I think with it being a sort of lobby system the players have to choose to join you based on seeing your xp level and the game level you are on. How far through the game are you? Because I had more luck getting people to join me in part 1 and 2 and less luck in part 3 because of less players being that far in the game. I also think overall the recruit system was really poorly explained so players overall aren’t trying it all that much.
I’m super happy with the guest players being able to skip cut scenes though. I have helped out with a few bosses and then been stuck watching 10 mins worth of cut scenes for my trouble.
@Kaloudz Yeh it’s really badly explained! In fact not even sure it is explained. I had to watch a couple of YouTube vids on how all the co op stuff worked. You will deffo struggle to get help in part 5 unfortunately because people can only guest on levels they have completed. You might just have to rely on the terrible NPC reinforcements running in and getting clattered straight away 😂 At least they take some of the hits for a while.
@GeeEssEff can you choose where to help? Like, what if I want to help but not Lu Bu lol
@Kaloudz they are hilariously bad. Lost track of how many boss battles I have lost because I am trying to pick up an NPC who has been downed 30 seconds in. How do you farm cup of cordiality please? I have barely used any because the pick ups have been so few and far between for me.
@relaxplease you can indeed but only if it’s on a battlefield or sub battlefield you have already completed. If you go to recruit and then respond from a Battleflag, you will get a list of players who are looking for help with their level and the level they are on.
@Kaloudz THANK YOU! that’s my weekend sorted farming for cups and special gear.
@Kaloudz Top chap. Any personal favourites of yours?
@Kaloudz try the Liu Bei set, the dual swords have really cheap OP martial arts. The X skill only costs 142 and mimics guarding while you hold it down and charges up an attack that triggers when you release the button. So you basically can't take damage while anything close to you gets shredded, then release for big damage. The armor has a pretty good effect too, a small heal on every deflect and then a spirit generation buff that triggers whenever you heal.
I generally suck at souls games but I have been breezing through this expecting to hit a wall....even got to the dreaded Lu Bu last night....while he probably took me the longest...did it on about my 5th attempt...maybe I am just better at deflecting souls games...as Sekiro is the only one I have completed
