Topic: Xbox wont update after system reset.

My sons Xbox x, would not load any games it would just go back to the Home Screen after selecting the game. It said it was connected to the WiFi, but it seemed like it was not connected to Xbox game pass/ live. So I done a system reset to try to fix it, didn’t know what else to do, and now when I try to set the Xbox up like you would if it was new, it says checking for updates and then says error. I can’t get passed this point I don’t know
What to do, Any help would be appreciated I don’t know a lot about this. Thank you!
