I'd love to play Still Wakes the Deep but my focus is all for Shadow of the Erdtree.
I enjoyed Still Wakes the Deep's joke about the "yellow paint" controversy. They basically said if you don't like the yellow paint in our game, blame OSHA (govt agency that sets workplace safety laws).
Anyone help😅Is shin megami like persona going back to main place having to talk to people and do those points like charisma or is it more like final fantasy openish world and mainly leveling up battles etc
Still Wakes the Deep sounds good to me, looking forward to that one.
@Decimateh I have not played SMT so take this with a grain of salt but my understanding of previous games is similar pokeman-but-with-demons familiar fighting but less focus on social sim than Persona. And I think the early games were more roam and find dungeons than hub centered. But again, dim memories of reviews and previews, not first hand knowledge
@RentedPanda no probs and thanks for replying might have to give it ago then sounds good🙂 couldn't get into persona. combat and dungeons were good but not Into the choices n managing stats n time etc.
Unless I look deeper at the Indies I'd say there is just nothing there for me. Probably a bunch of good stuff just 90% of them I have no idea what they are at all (only certain Indies or genre areas I look too) so I have no reference for any I care about yet.
A lot of games that aren't my thing. Though seeing Democracy 4 Console Edition on there is a surprise didn't realise it wasn't on console or on Xbox yet.
I branch out to other genres I did in 2017+ besides consoles I didn't own but for established IPs especially those types (those types of RPGs or those IPs in particular) listed I don't care about them at all.
Shadow of the Erdtree should provide the escapism I really need right now to distract from life. It can’t come soon enough. Already confident claiming it as my GOTY, I trust FS to deliver an unforgettable experience.
I'm sorry im far too busy catching up on 20 years if missed xbox gaming. I'm still only onto Halo Reach lol.
@FraserG
A bit off topic maybe:
Did you already hear anything about the new codename controller Sebile? (release)
Or could it be a showcase announcement?
@Pusher2021 Haven't heard anything recently! Let's hope it is...
@FraserG Yeah, actually looking forward to it. In the FTC papers it was mentioned as a May release but with a June showcase it seems like it could be mentioned there, logically.
Was hoping you already heard something about it, but I’ll wait patiently 😉
